This place was a terrible scam for sure. We went there to get a car for my daughter because they had one listed that we were interested in (a Subaru). That car was sold, so they offered a newer Subaru, which was way too expensive for our budget. They had multiple Ford Focuses available and so we test drove one, even though we really didn t want to buy one. It had a loud tire noise that the salesperson downplayed and the tires they had on would NEVER pass inspection for safety in Maryland but was apparently OK for Virginia? Gotta wonder who does their inspections . part of their scam I guess? However, we were willing to replace the tires, but when the pricing time came, that s when the worst scamming we have ever experienced started. The price was DOUBLE what they listed online and he had inflated the price by $1,000 more than it was listed on their website (the owner himself was our sales guy and he claimed to have to ask a manager to lower the price!!) with multiple fees ($999, $2,990, etc). He marked the wrong amount for sales tax- as calculating 6% is hard to do I guess- and he isn t supposed to even charge for MD sales tax when selling a car to out of state residents. He claimed the price would drop if we financed it, as it was higher due to a cash price, when we all know that it s the inverse! Finally, when we decided to leave, the price started dropping by the thousands. Eventually, while we were shopping elsewhere, the owner texted my husband a price $5,000 less than the original quote. For a car that is 12 years old. The joke is we could have paid cash, but he didn t know that. We wanted to finance to leave ourselves some wiggle room and then maybe pay it off quickly. Boy did they lose a good sale with their shady techniques. Please do yourself a favor and stay away and go where the people are not as blatantly dishonest as these people!! Would give zero stars if that were possible for their predatory techniques.

Sold me a car and i had it for a month and a half and it was in their shop for over a month overall . Had to take it back there three times one that i gad to get towed back there. They lied to me about what was wrong and spent time fixing stuff that was not broken and did not fix the problems. Ended up having to buy a new vehicle from somewhere else and taking a 10k loss on a vehicle that i just bought. They said that they sold me a car with brake problems and a broken tie rod. If you buy a car from these people make sure you take it to your mechanic first to look it over. Hope Karma catches up with them. Would not recommend.

Called about a Tahoe they had Tariq was the representative supposed to be helping me. They have a Text message option to send info which is convenient but they don t reply. I asked Tariq to call me and I received no call back. The finance manager said they would call me back no one called back. I called and I set up appointment for Monday. I went to look for info for insurance purposes to website and come to find out the vehicle was sold the day prior. Poor communication on his behalf, they offered me a fair amount for my vehicle but I had to hound the guy to get me information. Need to improve on customer service. Also they wanna push their service packages and their financial institutions they work with, which I didn t need cause I have a bank I work with. Overall bad experience would not recommend.

Tahid Alam is tried to rip me off. The car I bought was advertised for $12,490. He financed it for over $20,000. He also required 3 months of bank statements. Now the car has the check engine light is on.UPDATE: Tahid had workers rip the temp plates off the vehicle and repossessed it. After I took it to Ford and discovered that it needs $9 307.52 worth of work done to pass Vigina safety vehicle inspection. I have informed Westlake Financial about the issues and their auto fraud team is also investigating as well.They have requested the documentation for the repair work. They have informed me they are requiring a full refund for amount financed but are determined g if legal lawsuit will follow

Last resort type of dealership. The pictures on their website arent even real. It s actually a small janky looking warehouse. Their employees don t even know what they are talking about half the time. I sent a mechanic to go pre inspect a vehicle and they were turned away. When I called to see what happened their response was that the employee who turned them away didn t know what they were talking about ??? Safe to say they are not trust worthy and sell cars with mechanical issues they don t want you to know about. Do not buy from here!

Terrible dealership. Do not buy from them!!! They do not have your best interest in mind. They sold me a car with terrible mechanical issues. Not even worth the cheap prices they offer. Ive spent thousands repairing a car i bought from them two months ago. And then when confronted about the damages in the car they lie and say they can try to help and then ignore your calls. GET YOUR VEHICLE PRE-INSPECTED before buying from here if they are your last resort.

This dealership does not return texts, phone calls or emails. when they do they lie about being approved for a vehicle and the next day not approved. makes me wonder if they want to even sell a vehicle. they do not approve all types of credit so that is false also. definitely stay away from this so-called dealership.

I would recommend Javon from My Car to any and everyone. He will go out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied and get what they want. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and Javon and his manager Tahid stayed four hours after closing time until I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted. Afterwards, Javon called to check up on me to make sure I drove home safe with my new car. Javon and Tahid were very nice and eager to make sure I got the car I wanted with a 2 year warranty included. They answered all of my phone calls and questions and stayed on top of my finance application. I would recommend them to any friend , family, or stranger because they care and delivered excellent service!

Your gonna be treated fairly here with some good people. Even though I'm out of state I have no worries about anything because I know they will help as much as they can. I saved a lot for the trip here!!!I don't do reviews so if I'm doing one that says a lot!!!

Sold me a car with a broken clutch, made me pay for half after it broke down in 2 months. Claimed to have fixed it and then it broke down again 2 months later, brought the car in January in cash and they wont fix it for free. Had to take it to another shop. Still car less be mindful!

Dealer responded fast and with all the information I needed about the car I wanted. the car was exactly as described and it looked even better in person. I didn t feel pressured into buying the car. They also let me know ahead of time what I would need in order to finance. I was able to get preapproved before going to the dealership. The process was fast and easy. When I finally went for the test drive the car was ready for me. I don t have the best credit and I was still approved and able to get a good deal. The process was straightforward and didn t take as long as other dealers that I ve worked with. They were friendly, allowed me to take my time to browse before approaching me and didn t make me feel overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone with no credit, bad credit or anyone who needs a second chance. The cars are in great condition it made it hard to pick but I m happy with my car. It s been 2 months since I bought my car and it runs great, no issues.

Before I start this lays all on me, because I trusted them to do paperwork and didn't follow up behind them but I was charged 3000.00 more than the list price. My fault ran thru the paperwork quick didn't pay attention. Anyone check ur paperwork before signing

I loved our experience here. I was greeted quickly and two hours later walked out with an awesome car ... One of a kind for sure. The staff was honest and they felt like friends. We even got to meet the owner Tariq... He was there and to my surprise he was young and very genuine. They had a great selection of cars ... Great dealership! I would recommend this place to anyone.....

The service was good he answered all my questions when he showed up after I waited on the lot for 15 minutes. The pricing was really deceptive... Fees were outrageous, I've never heard of dealership fees being almost $2k! The sales rep I talked to wasn't really willing to negotiate.. he even suggested I go look at other dealerships! I understand not wanting to bother the customer by being pushy because I'm in sales as well but he didn't really seem like he even wanted to sell me the car to start with.

This car dealership is the best car dealership I ve been to in a very long time. The people that work here are more than friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you as best they can. I am in the United States Army and I have bought plenty of cars and dealt with plenty of salesman and companies and I must say that by far this is the best transaction I ve had with buying a car. I will definitely be recommending anyone to come buy a car here and will be buying my future cars here for the foreseeable future.
