Needed a tire patched fast and my guy Cordell made sure it was finished after just a couple hours even though they were busy, and it was a Saturday. Will definitely be going back for all my tire needs, thanks!

This is my second time coming to this location of Mr. Tire for my vehicles and each time I have been happy with the service here. Today's visit did not disappoint. I had a few things that needed to get done and they took care of it while I waited. The atmosphere is pleasant, from the time I walked in the shop and the young man (I don't remember his name) checked me in to Milton handling the rest of the process. Very professional and friendly. And I like that they kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle. I will be coming back to this location for my car needs. Thank you fellas! You truly blessed me.

Had come here after a long trip from Florida to visit family up here and I heard something weird with my breaks over the Thanksgiving week. Milton was quick to take care of the issue. He connected with us the day before thanksgiving so I was able to drop it off first thing thanksgiving day and they took care of it first thing the following morning, all issues were taken care of in a timely manner and then some! Earlier than any of us expected, which was a huge weight off our shoulders as I had to have my vehicle to drive back to Florida! Excellent service and fellowship! Milton saved the day

Great staff and always take care of my car. Quick turn around time and I can always schedule with them. Today they even got my state inspection done during an oil change! Thank you for the great service!!

Went in for oil change. Their courtesy check said I needed a new battery. It was only 6 mths old from dealer so I had it checked elsewhere at it was at . I know I need new brakes but they said they were fine. Won t go back or recommend.

Great service. Went in for state inspection and they finished up way quicker than I expected. Did a great job and the staff is super friendly. Milton ,Wilson and Don thank you again and I'll be back.

Mr Tire Auto Service Centers at Harrison Road has always exceeded my expectations in both the quality and the range of services they provide. I regret sticking with other dealers and not coming to Mr Tire earlier. Thanks to them and their thorough, knowledgeable and customer-focused approach, my car runs great and always on top of it s performance. There s no better place.

Milton and Alim were so nice and helpful. I needed to get my tires aligned and balanced they made me feel that I could trust there work. I stayed and waited for my car which took under an hour. I can t thank them enough and I will be a regular customer.I highly recommend Mr. Tire on Harrison Rd.

Milton and Alim were amazing at the front with extra help on what could be wrong with my vehicle. Wilson checked my car within 15 minutes of me being here and waiting and let me know exactly what was going on. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

Had an 8am appointment today. Milton and his crew were so professional, they got me in quick and looked over my vehicle. They let me know my tires and brakes needed to be replaced soon, but not today. Wilson was very honest and straight forward with me, highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever. I had a terrible experience at Mr. Tire. When I arrived for service the mental midget manager told me to look at his computer screen, and actually asked me to show him where my name was scheduled for an appointment. How freaking rude is that? I advised him that I called and asked for him the other day. I was told he was not in. I advised the guy that I needed a simple oil change, and I could drop my vehicle off. He said it was no problem if I was going to drop it off. I advised the so-called manager that his guy obviously failed to log my appointment. The so-called manager claimed they couldn't help me because they only had one mechanic. I told him that he needed to do something about his guy failing to log my appointment. He actually said that it wasn't the guys fault. I had to explain to him how his guy was at fault, because he wasn't quick enough to understand why he was at fault. This so-called Manager didn't even care to help find me another Mr. Tire store that could help me. They certainly lost my business. You'd be better off not having your time waisted, and take your business elsewhere! I sure did!!

I m always pleased with the work I get done here. Honest shop and great work. Don communicates well and never charges you for anything you don t need. I won t take my car anywhere else. Services I ve had done are Tires, Oil Change, Check Engine Light, Coolant Leak, Replace Coolant Reservoir, Hose Replacements, and state inspection. I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

I recently noticed a small oil leak on my truck coming out of the filter. Even though the last oil and filter change was done at another local service center, Milton and his crew were very friendly and professional, and they got me in quickly with an appointment. After looking at the truck, the technician noticed the filter had loosened and needed to be tightened almost a quarter turn. He cleaned everything up, ran the truck to make sure the leak stopped, and topped off with a half quart of oil. When the truck was ready, they didn't charge me a dime for labor or parts. This shop has earned my business for maintenance on my vehicles going forward!

This was the second time I've been to this establishment, and the first time I used their service on my own vehicle. Both times Milton handled my transaction and provided nothing short of excellent service. Milton and Don (I believe that's his name) were both friendly and helpful and got me in and out within 90 minutes for a tire change + alignment on top of a last minute state inspection request which they slipped in to their already busy schedule. I'll definitely call them first in the future for my tire needs.

I went to get just a regular oil change this past week. I was advised by the technician manufacturer recommends for me to get the synthetic oil change which runs proximately $108. I agreed to it since it was past the mileage and was due to be replaced. I was advised that I would need two tires. I said that I would have to return in about a week or so. Upon leaving the store I noticed that none of my tires were inflated which should ve been a part of the oil change service as well as checking all fluids and topping them off. A few days later my car says that I need windshield wiper fluid. Now for a $108 I would assume fluids would be checked and the tire pressure would be checked as well none of that was done. I ve gotten better oil changes for just 29 Dollars. I will not be returning and I would not recommend taking your car in for just a simple oil change because you absolutely will not get the bare minimum

These guys are awesome! I dropped my car off right before closing then, the next morning I got a call letting me know it was ready. They are all so courteous and welcoming! Milton, the store manager, really makes sure you're vehicle is in good hands, and you're happy with the services from start to finish. Would 10/10 recommend.

Arrived at 7:30 for an oil change. Made an 8am appointment online and it was confirmed. They took my vehicle back then immediately cancelled my appointment. Unprofessional.

I came in to see about a state inspection and was told I would have to dropy car of. Never had to before, I would come in on Saturday morning and sit and wait till about 2pm when the car was ready. Been doing this for the last 3 years no problem. Well, like I said came in and was told to go to Firestone, and got an appointment for Saturday morning and was told I would be in and out in about 1 hour, awesome. 3 years ago I brought my old car in for state inspection and it passed, but both rear shocks were leaking. Asked for an estimate which came out to $850. My brother and I replaced them ourselves in 30 minutes and it only cost me $180. You have lost my business and I would not recommend this place at all. You don't even deserve a 1 star. I have had 2 of my own businesses and as a owner either corrections need to be made or people need to be fired.

I made the appointment in the store person yesterday. At 1 noon so arrive at 12:39 noon just in case . I checked in still waiting for my vehicle go in the shop . It's now 1:37 noon time . This is so wrong to made an appointment that they can't keep

Milton and don were wonderful. My car was serviced in just under an hour and is running smooth as butter!! They all had great attitudes, friendly and welcoming. I didn t know much about car but they walked me through every step of the way to ensure I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with car troubles! Quick fast and efficient! 5/5

I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff at Mr. Tire at this location. They were courteous, respectful, and work extremely fast. What I thought would take 2 days time to repair my vehicle, it took them half a day to diagnose and completely repair the issues. Not only were they extremely professional, they were very personal aswell. I will highly recommend this location to everyone I know. And will continue to bring my vehicles to this location.
