Drove in without an appointment and was welcomed in and told it might take up to 45 minutes. We decided to wait and we re done and on the road in 30 minutes. I thought the tire was fixable but unseen issues could have necessitated a new tire but they said it was fixable and they were doing the repair. They even put our donut spare away. Very honest and reliable and highly recommended.

I was on a weekend vacation from Pennsylvania to Virginia where this store was, and I got a screw stuck in my tire the night before which was deflating my tire. Luckily I had a small hand sized air compressor with me to fill the tire up to get me to Mr. Tire which was about a mile from my hotel. I called and spoke to George who was kind enough to get me in and out within an hour or so. I was grateful he could help me on such short notice as I needed to head back to PA later that day. Thank you again George for helping me out!Rich C

Phenomenal service. They ve now helped me with two flat tires this year, the first a last-minute tow; second, a walk-in tire change just before closing on a Saturday. Both times they were super fast, professional, and more than willing to help regardless of busyness or inconvenience of time. Highly recommend to anyone & everyone for auto service needs.

Amazing efficient service! Had my car done under 24 hours when I ran into car trouble right before heading out of town. Great customer service when I was stressed out about leaving in time. Couldn t be more thankful for their work.

Squeezed me in and worked around my odd schedule for the day. Ensured I was out on time. Understanding and generous customer service. I've been coming here since 2008 and despite being a chain, it always feels like a neighborhood mechanic's place. I've noticed they are courteous with all customers and do not assume you are mechanically/technically inclined. They are often outside in the parking lot listening to their customers and also explaining the service.

I ve been bringing my vehicles here ever since I moved to the area back in 2018. I always have nothing but the best when it comes to customer satisfaction here. I am no stranger with vehicles nor am I uncomfortable fixing them but when I don t have time to work on them I love bringing them here because they always fix the problem that I am already aware of and they never try to add extra things to my visit when not needed. I ve dealt with Mr George Moerman many times who is always looking out for my best interests and always being honest with me and the problems that my vehicles are having. Recently dealt with Paul Eatmon and he treated me with the exact same respect and great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and if I could give this place and their employees 10 stars I definitely would. Thank you all for for everything you do, I really appreciate you guys!!!

Had a nail in my tire while traveling. The shop was short of help but they squeezed me in to get me back on the road. Needed a new tire. Price was very reasonable. If this place was near my home, they would be my regular shop!

Worst place ever i visit Stupid old guy George. I have the worst customer service experience. One day i went at 5:20 pm and he got very angry and said why i come at the end of the day and saying i have been working 7:00am in the morning and cant fix my tire i had a flat tire and he said if i bought new tire than i can do work i ended up paging $155 to get a new tire cause i had nonother choice. This old guy Geaorge refused to fix my old tire there was only one nail in it. I wish i dnt even give 1 star. Worst place worst people

George was great! Free WiFi in the waiting room is very nice. Also, they had great inventory and were able to get my tires to the shop same day.

Great place to do service on your car, van and truck. They've been taking care of my cars very well and had great deal. Please go try yourself and let me know specifically on tired they are the best.

I left very satisfied. I am disappointed that I didn t remember the man s name that helped me but he clearly knew what he was doing and got me everything I was looking for. He made sure to explain everything as well.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Took my car here for simple oil change and they did not put my car back together correctly. When I brought it back the worker was rude and told me there was nothing they can do.

Great service and fast too!! I got a flat on I95 and 17 when I hit road debris where all the construction is ongoing. Towed to Mr. Tire and they immediately took care of me. I ll be back to get tires for my wife s car.

The staff at Mr. Tire on Sebring Dr were amazing! They answered all my questions, were honest, knowledgeable, kind and fast. I highly recommend.

After running over a piece of metal right before heading onto I-95 (and 300 miles from home!), these guys got me into their shop right before they closed. Took care of me, even ran out twice to check the tire size and the license plate number!! This place was the nicest and most understanding tire shop in the area!!

Went in about 50 min before closing to inquire about an oil change. I was told it was 50 min before close. I told the receptionist not a problem then he goes on to explain that my truck requires more time to do because he would need the alignment jack. I said no problem and walked out.It just seems odd that you would offer a closing time before trying to earn a potential new customer's business. In customer service, you should always offer an alternative time for service. It's rude to tell anyone what time you close because it would appear that you care more about leaving on time than taking care of your customers.

We were on our 3rd day of driving from FL to NY and we had a tire that was giving us problems inflating at a local gas station. When we explained our situation, the gentleman checked the tire, then had us pull in and checked all the tires for us and had us on our way in just a few minutes. Wonderful place, with a wonderful person who helped 2 weary travelers make it home safe.

Take your vehicle anywhere but here. The customer service is terrible and apparently Mr Tire does not know how to keep a tire from coming off that they install. My son had a tire replaced here and it fell off and it ripped off all the wheel studs as well. Luckily no one was hurt. The insurance person from Mr Tire came out and looked at it, and said there was no sign of the truck hitting anything and would be back in touch by Monday. Still no word from them and we called the branch back the tire was wrongly installed at and they said they probably wouldn t cover it and hung up the phone. Customer service skills are terrible. I will be passing the word around to never take your vehicle here.

I went on a late Sunday afternoon needing a tire repair. I was able to get in right away. Felipe was very understanding and provided outstanding customer service. He explained everything clearly and helped me make the right decision for repairing my tire. I would definitely go back in the future.

First off, amazing customer service. George was very courteous when introducing himself and helping me get situated with my car repairs. James (Service Manager) was very helpful with recommending me the appropriate repairs my car needed BASED on MY current financial and car situation. James and George both gave me honest recommendations and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs based on my car needs. I would highly recommend coming back for their car services at this location!

George was like a long time neighbor helping out a pal. He discovered a dangerous loose bolt on my break pads caliper totally unrelated to the excellent repair he did on my starter. Fixed it at no charge. Good guy good service.

Great service! Took care of me quickly and in a timely fashion even when they were busy. I also enjoyed them breaking down the whole process to me, because I don t know so much about cars, and giving me advice for future updates and references. They made the whole experience real easy and comfortable, I appreciate their hard work and good attitude. I would definitely come back again.

My tire blew out on a Sunday morning. I was able to pull over safely. As I made calls to look for help, my body felt very anxious and I didn't know answers to what some may say are simple questions like what is my tire size. When I called Mr. Tire, the representative was very patient with me, kind and courteous during the call. He looked up my tire size by the year, make, model and car. I have experienced a lot of situations where people were not being patient with me, or treating me fairly because I don't know a lot about cars. At Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, I experienced outstanding customer service. From the call, to when I came in person everything was amazing. I purchased a new tire, got the new tire put on and an oil change. Thank you Mr. Tire for helping the process be smooth for me. I really appreciate this experience.
