I had an incredible experience with this Company. Your best bet is to use MEAR if you require services in the VA area. No one else can beat their prices or attention to detail. I highly recommend using MEAR. A special thank you to Stacey.

Ghetto, unprofessional and disrespectful with disregard to others property. They weren't even supposed to be in my vehicle but they helped themselves and literally cut things out and ruined them.

I understand my car being taken is my fault for missing the payment. But when I tried to call and explain my daughters records were in the car due to me going to a appointment the day before my car was taken. I asked to get the address to retrieve my belongings. They denied me a phone number and a address. I asked if I can make a appointment to get my car. And they denied me saying I had to wait till Friday when the secondary lot was open to make a appointment. Even though they said to make it online. And I told them I tried and it wasn t working for me. So I ended up being charged for 3 days of holding even though I paid for my car the day it was taken. And could have retrieved my car if they would have let me. My car was damaged by them towing it. And when they came to get my car. They didn t even bother knocking on my door. I would have givin them the key. So they can set my car into neutral and make it easier for them and my 4w drive car. The phone operators are rude and short with you. Even when you are being kind and polite and just trying to understand how they work as a company. If I could give 0 out of stars I would. I understand you have a job to do. But it doesn t take much to be decent human beings to others.Service: Car towing

The staff at Midnight Express Auto, specifically the front desk/receptionist, were friendly, kind, and personable during a difficult situation. They were respectful and never made the situation worse than it was.If you are working with them due to a negative circumstance, know that they will be respectful of what has happened and treat you as any other customer, with respect.I would imagine this carries over if you need to use their services as well, but could not confirm.Situation: Car was towed, requiring recoveryService: Car towing

Of course the reason I had to deal with them is my own fault - I had medical issues that keptMe from working. They came in the middle of the night- hence the name I guess. They didn t even have the decency to let me know. Just woke up and the car was gone. It wasn t like they had tried to get it before and I caused issues. I d never even seen them before. I called to get my stuff back and the lady that I talked to was rude and short. I got there and another lady tried getting my tags off, I said hello and she looked at me like I was lower than dirt. Don t judge me - you don t know my situation! She walked away without a word. The only one that was nice was the young boy they had cleaning out the cars. He was the nicest thing about the experience.

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with this company. Obviously the reason for me having to deal with this company is my own fault, but through what could of been a very difficult process, they made it very enjoyable. The women at the home office were very sweet and gave me a lot of helpful information. The man that picked up my vehicle was very polite and let me retrieve ALL of my items that were inside of my car before taking it. He did not rush me and he was very comforting as I was in shock and crying when this happened. All the way to the very kind man with the long pony tail that released my car to me. I m sure these great people deal with the worst attitudes and people threatening them or giving them a hard time on a daily basis. I just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. This experience could have been a nightmare, but you all made it very pleasant. I hope to never have my car repossessed again, but I wanted to write this review to you remind and encourage everyone that works at Midnight Express Richmond location that y all are awesome and keep being the kind hearted people you all are. I know your job has got to be tough, but you all handle it very well.

I can t say enough about the professional and compassionate behavior from the gentleman that arrived to let me know that my car has been reported to them for repossession. I was completely shocked since I had never missed a payment and had no idea what was going on. He was very helpful with options of what I could do. Once I had squared away what happened with the dealer, the gentleman reached out to let me know they had gotten the information not to repo my car since I had made arrangements with the dealer. If he hadn t taken the time to let me know I would have been completely blindsided and probably have to pay a crazy amount of money to get my car back! Excellent experience considering the subject matter!

Had to make an appointment to get my car and there was no other person there waiting. Lawyer had the bank to release it hours before arrival. No freaking reason to take photos. Watched a person go through my car that was suppose to be checked in 6 hours before my arrival. Another tow company that don't honor their contract.

Missing items during recovery. Know what's in your vehicle. Birth certificates power tools and more were removed from my vehicle I haven't heard back since my attempt to retrieve. The worst experience ever.

This place is horrible. They are very disrespectful. They are racist they only have 1 minority just to say they are not racist. I went to get my things out my car and the males workers there threaten my life also the wemon their have no home training. I even had my 3 babies in car and they continued to yell at me and being disrespectful. The worst experience in my life. The customer is always right, you never disrespect a customer but that's not the case for Midnight auto in Fredericksburg. I would have given zero stars but I had to give them one to leave a review

This is a repossession place. They are hidden away so you have to make an appointment to get your vehicle back. If you don't get it within 2 to 3 days , they ship it to Fredericksburg to an auction.

I wish I could rate this place a 0. You would rather your car get broken into and stolen than to have this company responsible for your vehicle. After frequent contact with them and assurance that I would be coming to pick up the vehicle when work permits, they still FORCEFULLY made a key and further more had the AUDACITY to allow someone to take ownership of my vehicle by driving and and doing with it what they pleased for the week. How do I know you might ask? A tank that was almost full of gas was empty, marijuana residue along with the left overs of a blunt in the drivers seat of the car, cigar packaging under the car seat, empty soda car under the seat, and missing cords belonging to my iphone that are nowhere to be found. How COMPLETELY unprofessional is this? What even gives someone the right to think this is okay? If this is how whoever owns this establishment does business then I pity anyone else who has to deal with this company against their control. The worst car towing and recovery business that there is and it s a shame that there are people working there who would do such a thing with someone s personal property.

Okay, I was negligent and totally irresponsible regarding my 2013 Nissan Altima positioning. I get that (really, my bad). Therefore my beautiful car was justifiablely towed. That's the only down side to this entire event.What initially surprised me during this event was the phone call I received from "Charles" the Towing Recovery Technician at 2:20 AM acknowledging he was towing my car. "Charles" then stated "If you need anything out of your car you need to come out side now". So I came out and collected my valuables and gave Charles the key to my car. Charles gave me a company business card and kindly explained how I could reclaim my car (what a professional).Well, let me tell you the professionalism did stop there!I called the business office several times and was given the " White Glove" treatment each time by "Marlena" and "Raven". These fine ladies made retrieving my vehicle comfortable, enjoyable and a real pleasure to pay my dues based on a detail explanation of the fees.Even though I was dead wrong this staff of professionals at Midnight Express Towing and Recovery went out of their way to treat me with dignity and respect. Finally, upon collecting and inspecting my car I also recognized that the support staff handled my car with extreme care.They even secured the precious valuables I had left behind during the early morning hours.Way to go Midnight Express Towing and Recovery. I had a great experience with Midnight Express on Bellwood. All their employees ste polite courageous and friendly. I highly recommend you use this company for all your auto recovery and repo needs. The driver who assisted me was very kind,friendly and a true professional to his job.

very unsafe driver. tailgating and swerving through traffic on route 17 changed lanes more than he's changed his underwear this year. he whipped behind me and started following me close so I went under the speed limit to get under his skin.

Very annoyed. Got everything cleared up and ready to go so i call them to set a time. The first girl was giving me a time for within a hour on the same day. The other one stopped it, making me wait the whole day and pick up in the morning. Just be on the same accord to avoid argument and frustration.

Beware of double talk! Also, we were told that the loan company had NO JURISDICTION OR AUTHORITY to allow my son to put the original wheels, tires and bumper back on the vehicle. After speaking with the district manager of the loan company, we were told that is NOT THE CASE,! Manager Stacey is rude!

Rude try to set up a time to get my stuff out of the car that my father and i had together .i was the co person and i need a letter from a die person .i told her that all i need was the stuff out of the car .plus when i call the bank and the people that got this no good rude people they didnt even no they had pick up the car .so to me the stole it no call no nothing to tell me they had the car .i had to call the cops to fine out .thats sad .so all i have to say to rude people is @$$#%&-%#$:
