It is never fun going to a place like this when you know it will cost a good bit. I didn't have an appointment and was from out of state. From the moment I walked in I got a comfortable feeling. The team of Bobby and Brie at the desk were professional and friendly. I never felt like I was being cheated. The front desk people gave me confidence in the main mechanic Manny and the rest of the team,

I want to thank the staff for the excellent service we recieved on Saturday 3/23/24. I was just passing through town quick, My rear brakes went Bad (very) and I needed immediate attention. Bobbie and his Mechanics absolutely took charge. By the time the parts were ordered at 3:45pm the Main mechanic had the entire rear brakes removed and was cleaning the area associated with the repair. The parts arrived quickly, as they drove their own vehicle to get the parts quicker. literally by the time I was getting ready to pay, The vehicle was being test driven. I can not say enough about these folks other than I was very impressed by them all. I was on the road by 4:30 pm and received a free oil change coupon for later use. Driving on a normal day and our jeep was over heating, we were going to be stranded in Fredericksburg. All the shops were closed and saying Monday. Didn t know what to do. We called Midas and we re able to get in contact with Bobby the manager at Midas. They were fully booked and had no room till Monday, but Bobby made a phone call and was abled to get another mechanic from another store. Then diagnose the issue which was a cracked radiator, order the part and install before 4:30. While we waited Bobby was great to talk to with a great sense of humor. Great quality service and I will recommend and return when I need maintenance done with all my cars.

The staff is amazing and very friendly! I got a state inspection done and it was finished in less than a hour. I ll definitely be coming back in the future !

Me and my wife s jeep was in need of a oil change and we pulled up to this location and when I say the staff is amazing especially Bobby I definitely mean it he s very informative and knowledgeable this man has customer service for real don t waste your time anywhere else come here honest good mechanics that care not scam

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to the Midas shop located at Fredericksburg on Thursday, February 8, 2024. As a customer, I expected a minimum level of attention and courtesy, which was unfortunately not met.Upon inspecting my car, they advised me that I needed to change not just pads but also rotors despite the inspection showing that only the rear rotors needed replacement. I decided to only change the brake disks for the front axle as I was on a budget. The receptionist gave me a hard time about using a coupon that was advertised on the website, but she eventually gave in and allowed me to use it.When I got my car, I was noticing more grinding noise than when I brought it to the shop with. The next day, the noise was getting worse, and I was constantly hearing it instead of just during the breaking. I decided to go back to the shop to discuss the noise and I was prepared to purchase rotors for the front if that was needed to fix the issue.Upon my arrival, I was met with a lack of acknowledgment from the staff. Despite my attempts to gain assistance, my presence was blatantly ignored, leaving me feeling undervalued and frustrated. This level of disregard is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for any customer seeking service.Moreover, the absence of communication further compounded my disappointment. Not being acknowledged or informed about wait times, service processes, or even a simple greeting is a basic expectation from any service-oriented establishment, which was not fulfilled. I will never go back to Midas and especially this location.

These guys are incredible. Amazing customer service, I am more than comfortable bringing my cars there and my whole family now goes to this Midas location. They really take care of you! I won t go anywhere else!

Best auto shop in Fredericksburg. Had to get a state inspection done and was in and out 20 minutes. Definitely a little hidden but 100% worth going there.

As a female that doesn t know anything about mechanics and noises I was nervous! Single mom on a budget even made me more nervous! These people made my experience so much less stressful especially when I panicked over the amount and they gave other options available to pay for the repairs! I don t usually let just anyone touch my car other than the VW dealership. But I m grateful I found them! They are honest and upfront and all of the staff is so customer friendly and professional! Found my forever home for my other baby Joe and staff thank you so much for taking care of me and my budget and keeping my daughter and I safe!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I needed an oil change and came in as a walk in. Gwen greeted me with a smile, and said they were able to fit me in right away. Ashley, who was the technician doing my oil change, was very knowledgeable, and she took me to see an issue with my muffler while it was still lifted. There was a slight delay in the oil filter being delivered, but they kept me updated, and finished the oil change as soon as it was delivered. Definitely recommend!

I work 12-13hr nightshifts in healthcare and typically keep myself on a nightshift schedule on my days off. With that said my car needed a state inspection. I had stopped at (2)other places before finding this Midas. The first place didn t have a person to inspect my car the other said it s to close to 5pm. I stopped here and met Joe around 4:45pm and asked if he could do my VA State inspection. Without hesitation he said yes . He and the other person(didn t get their name) were professional and took exceptional care of me and my car. I told Joe thank you and that him taking the extra time really helped me beyond words. Employees like Joe should be highly valued and considered a huge asset to the Midas organization!

I had the extreme pleasure of getting an immediate appointment at your shop for an oil change. The staff at your shop were very kind to me. I had a lot of questions about my car with other services I may be needing. I first spoke to Josh on the phone and when I arrived I was greeted by Coulson and Mike. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their absolute willingness to help. Josh, Coulson and Mike provided excellent customer service they are an asset to your shop. There are other places closer to home that I can take my vehicle to but will make the drive to Fredericksburg because of how outstanding these three men were. Before I left I was given aprint out of my service and suggestions for service. No pressure at all but they took the time to explain the breakdown of the findings.I left a text for Hunter Smoot who is their Area Manager and he called within minutes to thank me for the feedback.
