I called in and received a quote for front rotors/brakes for my truck and they got me in and out same day. Friendly and professional staff that ensured my satisfaction, and gave me a run down on the work completed and the status of the back brakes/rotors. I didn't feel cheated into trying to up-charge my repairs. Great work!

Outstanding results! Made an appointment; got an inspection and estimate, got the work done on time and on the estimate, and my 250,000 mileage F-150 rides and drives like a new truck!! Great experience; thanks for your work!

We had a brake lock up while away from home. Fortunately, we were near Meineke, and they were able to get the truck in the repair bay within 30 minutes. Best customer service ever! Went in very last minute and found out my rear brakes were shot. I had to leave for the airport that night and they were able to fit me in and get me out so quickly. Very pleased

The customer service I received was exceptional! It's scary getting your vehicle repaired when you are a female. Most places will try to scam you. The gentleman here treated me with respect and honesty. I was having my State inspection done. It unfortunately didn't pass. I was told what it needed and the estimated cost. I had to come back the next day. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was less than the estimate. I definitely recommend this auto shop if you want honest auto mechanics. I got a break job done at the Meieneke in Stafford 6 months ago, and apparently, the job was poorly done. When I took it back to see what was wrong, they tried to charge me just to look at it. Then I called the Meineke in Spotsylvania, and Ron took great care of me! Thanks, Ron, for treating me like a person and doing good business! Maybe the employees at the Stafford location will take note. Kindness and hospitality go a long way when you're dealing with customers. Thanks again Ron.

These guys saved the day. Got my battery installed and ordered a terminal part that came within 15 min. Also saved my ball joints on my FJ Cruiser with a second opinion. Thumbs up!!!

The people that work there are very nice and they put there customers first. I asked a bunch of questions and they wasn't rude or hesitant to answer, and they are located by the mall and Starbucks, nice area to have you car worked on in peace and for a good price, would recommend this location because of there respect and hospitality towards the customers.Service: Oil change

Went to get price on having some exhaust work done. They took me rt in. Couldn't be happier with the crew and the service.These guys are top notch. highly recommend going here. Thanks guys!! Customer for life. Well two times a charm!! Ron and his crew are the best!They did work on my Honda about a year ago, I purchased a 2021kia stinger gt2. They took me rt in and installed my cat back exhaust. Honestly, if you live in the fredericksburg area and need work done on your car, you gotta go here. Once again guys. Meineke Car Care Center provided excellent and expedient service on a Saturday morning. Rust holes in the dual exhaust pipes on my vehicle caused a state inspection failure at a different care repair facility. Having limited time for vehicle repairs during the week, Meineke performed the exhaust system repairs and inspected the vehicle without an appointment. Excellent experience.

I'm always very satisfied with Meineke's services. The employees, especially their front man Ron, is and are, fairly quick, definitely efficient and incredibly informative! Any and every car question I have, they answer! Any and every problem/issue I'm experiencing, they tentatively fix! I definitely recommend using Meineke for your car care needs :)

Ron at Meineke took my car right in and had it completed same day but I had no way to pick it up. Ron assured me that he would keep it there for me until Monday. I was so grateful!! I have been going to this Meineke for more than 15 years. They have earned my business and my loyalty. When I need to get my car inspected, they don t try to inflate the cost like every other mechanic I tried before. They are very HONEST which is unfortunately very hard to find these days. Even though they are out of my way, I use them for all my mechanical needs. They are efficient, low cost, and friendly, and I never worry about being swindled by them. If other mechanics were smarter, they would do business the way Meineke does. Building a loyal base of customers is key to being successful, and word of mouth goes much farther than advertising. Thank you Meineke for showing me that there are still some honest mechanics out there. You have a customer for life.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I came to meineke honestly because my father always used them and praised them. So originally I had my car next door to their shop. It was at Greenbrier Auto repair ( the rating I give them is four thumbs down ). I would go into details. But this is about Meineke. My original problem was not fixed. So I brought it to the Meineke guys. Dropped off the car, at night. Hope that they could look at it as early as tomorrow. I got a call around lunch time from Ron. He had looked the car over, and wanted to run diagnostics on it. I gave him the A-OK. Several hours later, he fixed the issue. These guys fixed it in one day!!! The price given was also fair. I'm always going to bring my car to these guys. You can tell that they're honest as well. Which is hard to find. Pass up Greenbrier Auto repair, and drop your car off next door to Meineke in Fredericksburg Virginia. 5 stars for Ron and his team!!!

I called them late in the afternoon to get a vehicle inspection done, since everyone else (6 other businesses) could not get me in for a week). I arrived and within minutes they took my vehicle in. While I was there I asked for an oil change as well, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Within an hour, my inspection and oil change were done. Their prices were more than fair, there service was quick, and overall it was a good experience! I will certainly go back to them again for services as well as recommend them to everyone that I know.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection
