The LL7 Cycles shop is truly a professional shop to have your bike serviced and repaired, the owner Casey deals with your needs directly, his staff is courteous and easy to work with, his shop is clean and while your bike is there it is kept in a well environmental controlled area, when I came to pick up my bike a staff member aided me in loading my bike on my trailer, good shops with great peep are hard to find and this shop the LL7 Cycles is one of the good ones, I will return for service for my bike when needed. Thanks Casey for a Job Well Done.

OUTSTANDING WORK by Casey and crew. Their work was amazing. Highly recommend bringing your bike in to them. From Communications to pricing more importantly taking the time to show you the how and why. I couldn t have asked for better service

Best Bike Mechanic in the VA/DC area. 2018 GSXR1000R was worked on and came out perfect. Will be going to these guys if I EVER need work done on my bike.

Nice, professional, honest and outstanding customer service. Kaisy the owner is always responding to my questions either about my 2003 yamah Road star being serviced there or give me his opinion about any bike I m planing to buy in the future. Kaisy helped me.several times with my Road star either for service like pil change, tires, to like seat, back rest or highway extended feet rest. He helped me also with my insurance claim and made the process easier for me and smooth by evaluating the bike damage and answering.the insurance questions and providing them with the damage in documents.I highly recommend this place .

Best Motorcycle Shop In The Area. The staff has tons of experience working on anything from a Harley Davidson to a Italian exotic Superbikes. Which is perfect for me since I own both cruiser and sport bike. I have taken my motorcycles to many shops in the Northern Virginia over the years, but finally there is a shop that I can be confident in taking both my Harley and Triumph for service. My experience was awesome and I highly recommend it.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I scheduled annual service for my Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom and was so pleased with their service that I subsequently scheduled tire purchase and installation. They also installed a shifter for me that I purchased used and was not even sure would work on my bike. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with LL7 Cycles, their staff, their professionalism and their service. Casey, Norm and Jamie have taken great care of me and my bike from the very beginning. They sent estimates and invoices to me promptly and never left me guessing at all. They know exactly what they are doing and their service is no doubt top of the line. My son was recently having trouble with his new to him motorcycle serviced by another shop. Casey and Norm were happy to take a look at his bike and give him their honest recommendations. A friend of mine recommended LL7 Cycles to me. Now I recommend LL7 Cycles to all of my biker family, friends, and anyone else I meet that needs service for their motorcycle(s). I value the honesty and integrity of Casey, Norm and the staff at LL7 Cycles so much and will never take my bike anywhere else. My bike is currently there now. First time I sent it there I got it back within a week. After waiting months at another shop. But unfortunately another problem came up. Even came to pick Anubis (yes I named my bike) up within a couple days and solved the problem. Not many people know of this shop and frankly they should. Great shop and wonderful people. I ll recommend them over the bigger shops anyway. Reasonably priced and great service. So what are you waiting on. If you don t believe me then try them out. Coming up on riding season so times may vary now

Helped me get screws out of my handlebars and put barend mirrors on my bike. Didn't charge me, incredibly polite, respectful, considerate. Highly recommend

The real deal. Casey and his team are busy for a reason. It s because everyone in the area knows they are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Worth the wait to get my 2002 Ducati Monster up and running again.

Easily a 5 star facility with the expertise and customer service that Casey provides. He uncovered shoddy work and a broken part from a different mechanic that I had not been made aware of previously. Not only that, but he provided a very economical means to make it right for me. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be the last.

Yesterday, I picked up my 2020 Road Glide Limited after having the wide tire kit installed on the front of my bike. The service included changing the forks, rim, tire, and fender. I was caught completely off guard that their service would be this good. I had been told they were good, but this was better than I had even been told. It took an extended period of time for the parts to come in, due to COVID delay backorders, but once they were received by LL7, they immediately let me know and set up an appointment to get my work done.Casey and Jamie are a complete class act and make you very comfortable before you even meet them in person. They were very responsive to my text messages, typically responding in just a few hours (They do have a business to run, after all). When I dropped my bike off, on Saturday morning, I was told that my bike would be ready by Wednesday. I considered this more than reasonable and agreed to picking it up on Wednesday They called me on the afternoon of the day that I dropped it off to let me know that my bike was ready to be picked up! I was completely blown away by their same-day-service.I hope they never lose this incredible level of service. These guys are fantastic!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

He s quick, efficient, honest and professional, everything you could want in a mechanic. Fixed my bike by changing the starter relay and even gave me a discount on the tow.When I brought it back (with a different issue) he diagnosed it for free and then gave me my options even though it was the end of his day and he already had a host of bikes lined up.

I stopped by thinking that I needed a new starter or stator because I just recently replaced my battery and was having starting issues. I didn t have an APT but he still looked over my bike and took it apart to get to the battery to find out that the battery was the issue after all. I had concerns about my brakes but he checked them out and reassured me they were fine. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. I was very surprised and grateful. For now on I will take my bike here for any future services. It s hard to find a honest mechanic. I will recommend to everyone that I know. Thank you so much for your time and excellent service!!

Fantastic repair shop. Casey is a great guy who is fairly priced, honest, and does great work. Recently brought a bike in for service that had a very slight leak. I assumed it was a gasket and asked him to replace. Upon inspection, he told me that one of the drain plugs to the crank case was loose and just needed to be tightened. Most shops would have just changed the gasket (or not) and charged the additional labor. He saved me the money and earned a loyal customer. I cannot recommend LL7 Cycles enough!

My experience with LL7 was wonderful, from the appointment to the bike service. They were able to accommodate me in a reasonable time frame and charged very fair prices. I will definitely be returning for any future work and highly recommend LL7!

Absolutely amazing motorcycle body work. Professional, thorough, patient and quick service done right.I was told everything was on back order and it'll probably be a couple of months before they would be able to put my ZX-14 back together. So a month later, when they had all the parts they made my bike beautiful again. They got skilz, mad skilz. Now I have a Harley to guess where I'm going ... Thanks LL7, you rock!! I highly recommend them.

The staff at LL7 is the best. They are really riders serving riders. They are always willing to accommodate to your needs and willing to get you back on the road ASAP. Will not go anywhere else for my motorcycle service needs. Excellent!

Got my handlebars switched out on my Fatboy - was more than a straightforward swap and the LL7 team did a very professional job! Really thorough and honest consultation to go through the options, kept me updated throughout, and the workmanship is excellent. Very happy with the result.

Casey has been working on my bikes for years. Out of his home garage to his new shop. He just recently installed 14inch bars to my Indian and installed an amp while the fairing was apart. I love that he can send me an invoice via text and I can pay with my credit card from home. No extra trips to pay for parts. Love his new shop and will invite as many of my friends to use his service.

The level of professionalism and customer service I experienced at LL7 Cycles far exceeded any prior motorcycle repair shop experience I've had. In addition to quickly and accurately diagnosing the issue, Casey took the time to explain why the issue was occurring and how he would fix it. Great prices and outstanding customer service!

My bike was one of the first to be serviced at LL7 Cycles. There attention to detail is second to none. They informed me of everything that I needed done and gave me options. The service is the best in the area without the typical dealership pricing. They work on foreign and domestic bikes and Casey is one hell of a mechanic! If you are in the Stafford /Fredericksburg are and need bike service look them up first. You won't be disappointed.
