What a great company to do business with. A very professional and knowledgeable team, particularly Oliver and Casey. Not only did I get a great product but they also threw in some Decked Swag for me which was a bonus of course. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be recommending this company to family, friends, and more.

I recently bought a 6 x 10 utility trailer at Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories. Midway through my trailer selection process I decided to buy a larger trailer with sides that were a full 2 high and black-painted steel mesh on all four sides. Throughout the process of selecting the right size trailer, hitch and anti-theft accessories I was offered valuable assistance from Kasie Teague in Sales. The personal attention I received as a customer along with Kasie s experience with her company s products expedited the buying process and actually made it enjoyable. Working with a genuinely helpful and knowledgeable sales rep is simply not available at Northern Tool, Lowe s, Home Depot, Tractor Supply Center, etc. The paperwork required for titling/registration was done for me, sparing me an hour or more of DMV hassle. Not sure how that step even gets done at the outlets listed above. A few days after I purchased the trailer I noticed a plastic lens for a turn signal indicator had been cracked. Oliver the Store Sales Manager replaced it free of charge. Leonard Buildings also offers spray on truck liners and a full line of truck accessories.

Not happy with the trailers I have bought here. My most recent experience was one of my trailers I noticed the floor was bowing. I looked under it and found there was no metal tubing on the rear end. I took it to this place where I bought it and they said there should be metal tubing there but that they don't have any and would contact the manufacturer. Two weeks later nothing. So I offered to buy the metal myself and scheduled for them to mix it. I picked it up yesterday and they said they did a great job. I looked under it this morning and come to find the metal was done Crooked , not tight to the floor and even the welding was very poor. The floor is still bowing. It's sad because it wasn't that difficult to do it the right way. I was in the market for another trailer / shed and I'll be looking elsewhere.

Oliver is exactly the person you want to deal with when purchasing a trailer. He worked very hard to resolve an issue with our truck to make sure that we drove away with the trailer we wanted. Communication and patience with us and answering all of our questions ensures that we would recommend this business and would buy from them again.

Went here this past weekend. Horrible customer service. Me and my wife just brought our first RV and I wanted to purchase a trailer dolly from this company. I had questions about the dolly I wanted to purchase and the customer service representative was very "ABRUPT". Will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Oliver and crew did an amazing job. I got a retrax bed cover put on my truck and I love it. He helped me find what I was looking for and the crew that installed it did a fantastic job. He estimated a two hour job, it may have been 15 minutes more than that. Also discussed a carport, I haven t committed yet but the prices are intriguing.

Please do not deal with this company. Their website says something in stock item and I ordered and fully paid. When I call 2 days later they said, for all in stock orders it can take up to two weeks to be delivered. After 2 weeks, when I called again they said we have no further info and might take two weeks more. Now today after another two weeks they again said two more weeks. I told them to refund my money, now they saying can't do it as it's a custom order which in fact isn't. The only thing custom was the choice of color which they asked on my first call from their own list of 5 colors, and since it's still 2 weeks out, how does that even matter. Even after I am calling (instead of they updating the progress) their customer service is very bad and blaming me for choosing the color and for their delay.Update: I received a call from the Owner/or Manager that my shed will be delivered in 2 weeks or I will be refunded. Since they offered a solution, I am raising my stars to 2 now.Highly recommended not to pay until you get your order. Zero stars- Very last time they are earning my business.

We are so happy. My husband has been looking at trailers for doing work with. After searching online for weeks we decided the best choice for long term would be to buy new. He found Leonard in Fredericksburg, Va and we decided to ride up and take a look. I can t express how happy we were. First of all, I was impressed with the atmosphere and customer service. The counter was clear and organized, they answered the telephone in a decent amount of time, we were acknowledged right away and we didn t walk into a bunch of inappropriate chit chat. We asked about purchasing a trailer and Ted, the guy at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He spoke directly to us and told us all of our options. As we waited for the bank to call and approve us for financing Kenny asked us if we needed anything and we made friendly conversation. We were in an out in under an hour. When we got out to our truck the trailer was there waiting with a helper checking it out and helped us hooked up. Ted and Kenny also came out and shook our hands and thanked us for our business. These guys are GREAT at their job and are very professional. We will definitely be back!

I just purchased a 12x20 from Oliver, great guy over all and true professional. He came out on a whim to look at the site and has given me the thumbs up. The building isReady to build. My company has been dealing with Leonard for 25 years or better, they have always treated me well and would I highly recommend this business to anyone. Had a tow hitch put on my 2020 Nissan Rough sport, it took 4 hours but the job was done rite. I would rather wait alittle longet than have it rushed and done poorly. They are very nice people always smiling. Yes I will be going back to them. Thumbs up guys for Leonard in Fredericksburg., va. Thank you for the great job. Happy costumer, Mrs. Huffman

I bought my trailer from Leonard and the team there was very helpful. They wanted to know what my intended use of the trailer would be and then made a good recommendation for me. I have used the trailer for a few years now and it was definitely the right choice. They even helped me get financing for the trailer and it only took a few minutes. I have been taking a look at their sheds and comparing them to different places around Fredericksburg. They have the higher quality sheds and also offer great financing options for them. I like their selection too, just have not pulled the trigger to buy the shed yet.

Excellent customer service. They know their products very well. For example, I bought my truck cap from them a year ago. I recently messed up one of the seals on the rack tracks. They repaired it for me free of charge. I look forward to doing business with this shop in Fredericksburg, Va in the future.

Simply put, Leonard Building & Truck Accessories is truly awesome. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in that shop, Darryl, Kevin and Kenny were friendly, honest and absolutely professional with me. I walked in that shop with a vague idea of what I wanted for my truck (running boards, tonneau cover and weathertech mats) and they patiently helped me figure out exactly what brand and style I wanted for my truck mods. I walked in there Christmas eve and they put in my parts order and man the prices were excellent too. I expected it to be at least a week before my stuff arrived and I was pretty bummed out that I had to wait. Well that was Thursday. But by Monday, I got a call saying that all my parts were in and I could come in that day for installation. I couldn't believe it. Well I couldn't make it Monday because of retarded 95 south traffic, but I came in Tuesday and the folks got started on my truck. It probably took less than an hour while I had a good conversation with Kevin as the good folks there installed my side steps and tonneau cover. And man, when I saw my truck it looked phenomenal. The advice I got from these guys made my truck look f**king awesome.Check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. The staff there is friendly, patient and willing to help you make your truck look awesome. I'm going to be back very soon to have a lot more done to my truck. These guys have earned my business, period.

I went to go look at a trailer here today with cash in hand ready to buy. I walked around the lot looking at trailers for about 30 minutes with my brother who also could've bought a trailer. I think just about everyone that works there passed by us and didn't even greet me or help us. Someone even walked right past me and looked at me and didn't even say hello or smile. Not only was it horrible customer service, you assumed because we looked young we couldn't afford it or weren't serious buyers. You really shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I really wish I could've left with a trailer today.

Tried repeatedly to give these people money for a spray in liner. Wouldn't return calls to setup an appointment. Actually sounded irritated when I kept calling... ridiculous.

I purchased a high-end (custom paint and electric lock) pickup cap for my 2012 Ford F-150 in October 2013. Shortly after the 1-Year warranty ended, the bottom piece of plastic/fiberglass started warping. I contacted the dealer who contacted their company who said they only honor the warranty of the manufacturer. This is NOT a hardware problem, nor a part problem. This is a material problem. The material has a manufactured flaw. I had a previous Leer cap for over 15 years and this problem never occurred, even with the truck be outside every day of those 15 years..

I ve experienced only excellent support from the Leonard s folks for years. The folks I have dealt with on my trips to the store have always been very helpful and the store manager always asks how things are going. I appreciate their professionalism.

Update: since writing this review, our shed has been fixed and we now love it. The shed is now placed on a level portion of our yard. We are now completely satisfied. The people who were fixing the shed stayed in close contact with us and let us know when the schedule would need to be adjusted. I would now be willing to recommend Lenard's to others. The upper management Randy was very friendly and made sure everything was fixed.I purchased a shed. Lenards did not call before showing up to survey my land to ensure the shed would fit. We were not home when they arrived. They have us two spots the shed would fit at. We purchased the shed and had it delivered which took almost two months. It was only delivered then because I called questioing where the shed was. It finally arrived and was not placed in the direction we wanted. There is no way to build a ramp to The shed and the shed door sits three fit in the air. The shed is aLso so unlevel that when we went to put stuff inside everything from the right hand side to the left hand side. We can notget anything done with the company. I stayed at home all day Tuesday waiting for them to show up but no one showed. I was then told it would e Wednesday or Friday. No showed either of those days either. I asked for a refund and to come pick up the shed and can not get that done. The shed is worthless to me bc it can not be used. It is not even safe because it is leaning and starting to slide out off the position they placed it in.

Good people and service. I bought a Leer truck cap from them. I shopped around quite a bit for the best deal and they had it. I really recommend d this place.

Hispanic guy with Hispanic family. I went in looking to buy a utility trailer cash in hand but wasn't even able to talk to the counter person since he kept helping out all the white customers that kept coming in after me without even acknowledging me or my family or having the courtesy to tell us he would be with us soon. Walked out with my money.
