I recently had my car serviced here and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. Zak quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues going on. The service was efficient, the price was fair, as well as professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place for reliable and trustworthy car maintenance

Called out to him on a Friday afternoon to get my vehicle checked for a misfire and possible error. Zak was super helpful as well as very responsive with not only his timing and availability but also keeping updates to everything as it happened. Pricing was fair to his work and parts. Can do payments over the phone also if needed if you have to pickup your vehicle after hours! I m looking forward to making sure my vehicle stays at its best from then in the future.

I am extremely delighted with the service I received from Zack at LB&B Garage. Zack is a true professional and an extremely talented mechanic. He was courteous, knowledgeable and quickly got my car back to me. Most importantly he diagnosed my issue promptly, kept me informed along the way. He advised me of other services that needed to be completed and I felt very comfortable that he had my best interest. Zack is great and I recommend his services 100%. I can t put into words with the service I received from Zack at LB&B Garage. Zack is an extremely talented mechanic. He is knowledgeable, and Most of all he is HONEST and he quickly got my car back to me. . Zack is an awesome mechanic and I recommend his services 110%. Since I found his business I haven t gone to any other mechanic sense.

Zach is very professional and he has a ton of attention to detail and experience. Worked through all problem sets with me for my AC on my Audi S4. Very impressed with the quality of work and his pricing was spot on. He ordered a new AC compressor for me and replaced it all in one day, without cutting any corners. I Highly recommend him for any issues or concerns with your vehicle. Will be coming back in the future for some supercharger upgrades !!! Thanks brother for the assist.Service: Air conditioning

Okay have to give the good with the bad. Appt was for 11, he didn't get there until 11:30-11:45 due to traffic and mishaps but once he did arrive, he immediately got started. He was nice, service was great. Had me take a look under the hood with him, and suggested services for my car. Nice small talk and he was done before I knew it

Went in today pretty much last minute for an oil change Zach took me, no problem. Even looked over my car, and found an issue and showed me what I needed. Nice guy, and knowledgeable.

Wonderful customer service. The young man was very professional, and would call me to keep me updated. He would show me before and after videos of the work. If would notice anything unusual, he would bring it to my attention. In person or send me a video, in some way school me. What I loved the most is that I could see the difference with his labor, because of the before and after videos. Big mistake going to this shop. I asked for synthetic oil. I got regular 3k oil instead and paid for the synthetic. Was originally going to get my transmission rebuilt. After 3 months 3rd and 4th gear started slipping. Never given receips for the work. Paid over 4k in repairs and parts. Chased after Zack for months to send receips and its been 7 months and still nothing. I also took my car to another mechanic and they told me that the check engine light was dismantled. Funny thing is that I couldn't get it to turn off before it was sent to LB&B. When I had the other car shop diagnose it, they found multiple issues which would have kept the check engine light on had it not been dismantled. So for a month I was driving on 6 out of 8 pistons even though LB told me they ran a full diagnostic and there were no issues. I'm so lucky my engine was not distroyed. I have to now get my transmission done again. There goes another 4k dollars.

I had no idea this place existed until I stumble upon it on Groupon and let me tell ya what a hidden gem of a shop this is ZACH one of the main Mechanics of the shop not only does what he says he will do when it comes to diagnostics and fixing the problem but he will go the extra miles as well this is a TRUE mechanic with great Morals that we don t see many like now adays ZACH HAS EARNED A FOREVER CUSTOMER IN MEServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning
