I've tried with this place more times than I should've. I believe in supporting local businesses2 part reviewI took my mower to them and was told in 2 weeks it would be ready. I got my mower back 2.5 months later. I kept being told someone would contact me when it was ready... my son ended up cutting grass and destroyed the mower I waited almost 3 months for.I knew Kelly's sold mowers, so I figured I'd go there grab a used one so I could finish out the summer. Started the mower. It sounded decent for an old, used mower. Get it home, fill it, and ready to cut grass... mower won't start. Primed and trying to start with multiple failed attempts, I call Kelly's. The guy who answered says you'll have to bring the mower back so we can check it out. I take it back. They say oh won't take long at all they take my info and say we'll call you in a day or so. 2 weeks later, I called, and they couldn't locate the mower. Week 3 I go up there to see what's going on... they can't locate the mower. I walk the lot with them til I spot my mower. The guy with me says, "Oh, if it's on this side of the lot, it was finished being worked on. At least they loaded it back into my car for meGot it home, got it started, cut part of the yard, went in the house for water and went back to finish the rest, and the mower won't startI'm done dealing with them

Bought a cheap used car from them and asked them if they offer any warranty. No,is what they said, but they would help me out if I had a problem they helped me out when the crank sensor went bad twice, brand-new out of box I payed for the parts they paid for the labor. Now the car wasn't perfect but for 1800 wasn't expecting to be. Sank a little more money into it, but I'm happy so far

I bought a item from them at a lower price then it was supposed to be because a employee missed quoted me and the owner took a big lost and honored the price. Thats a true man much respect for this place stand up people and very good at what they do may God bless your business and prosper your family

Great folks and excellent service! I thought the repairs on our son s go-cart were going to be much more than they turned out to be. Plus they called and checked before proceeding with a carburetor cleaning. I really appreciate their communication, since we had allotted certain amount for it. We will definitely be using them for other small engine repairs!

I wish I could give them 0 stars they do not even deserve 1. We went there at the beginning of June and purchased a riding lawn mower. The owner said he would deliver it To my house in one week. I went there 3 weeks later to find out what happened to my lawnmower, and the owner told me he forgot. So we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and waited another week. I called 2 weeks later and was told he is trying to figure out what belt it needs. Long story short, at the end of August someone came and delivered the mower. I was excited to go mow the forest of my lawn went out it started I went 2 feet and it died. I have not been able to use it since. Please do not go to this company, they are a rip off. We wasted 400 bucks to wait 3 months, just to get a mower that us junk.

My husband had asked them to come pick 3 riding lawnmowers two he can use parts and the other one needs fixed. They haven't showed up nor call. My husband and son own a lawn service and they took a client s lawn mower up to be fix and they used it for parts and through it away. He had to give my son another lawnmower but the client wasn't happy about it.

5 stars. Fixed my dead mower, sharpened the blade. Runs just like it did when it was new. Affordable prices. Due to COVID-19 they said it would take about a week, and they contacted me at about a week. When I went to pick it up they brought it out, started it in front of me, and helped me load it into the truck. All without asking. Really polite and courteous.

DO NOT use them! Sold David my lawnmower on Sept. 22nd after they'd given me a repair quote. I ve went by there shop twice to collect the payment and both times, they said didn t have it on them. It s been over 2 months and they ve stopped returning my calls at this point. Customer service I received was the WORST ever.

Buyers Beware.They attempted to steal my riding mower.A week after dropping off my mower for repairs I called to check on the status and was told that the part wasn t in yet. Two weeks later same story. I went on vacation and when I returned I went to get my mower fixed or not because I had yet to receive a call or anything about the status of my mower. I was told that it was Abandoned because I had left it with them longer than 30 days and that it was theirs now. I had to start small claims court proceedings before they said that it was just a misunderstanding .PLEASE READ OTHER CUSTOMERS REVIEWS. My experience wasn t the worse one.I wish I could leave them Zero Stars.

I would like to give 0 stars. This company is unprofessional and the people are trashy liars! Purchased a $400 lawnmower bought it home the belt came off and stopped working immediately. Took it back he claimed they fixed it after getting the run around. Had the audacity to try to get me to pay for the parts after selling me junk!!! Cut the grass once and it won't start again. Now once again he says he will fix it and won't refund my money it hasn't even bern two weeks. I will be contacting my attorney today! Do not waste your money!

I took my Honda lawnmower here for a tune up and repair. It was to be ready in 2 weeks, but it was 6 weeks before it was done. The replacement carburetor surges, so it's poorly adjusted. They said they'd sharpened the blade but didn't. I took a 6hp outboard to them for repair. Wouldn't start & the trans was seized. Again I got the promise of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, they hadn't even looked at it, so I told them I was coming to get it. When I got there, they had hurriedly disassembled it and begun to clean the carb, so I left it with assurances that they would have trans fixed & running in another week. That was all they did. I picked it up after a month with pretty much nothing done, which they acknowledged and charged me $0. They are friendly, and they loaned me a mower for the final 3 weeks they had mine, so that was nice, but I would not go here again.

Nothing rapid about Rapid Response Small Engine Repair. My lawn mower has been sitting there for over a week for what I was told was a simple repair. Every time I call I get the answering service. The one time I went to check on it about three days later I was told oh, you were on my list to call today. When asked about the status I was told they were going to get to it tomorrow. Four days later and still know one has called. Take out that Rapid Response and just go with Small Engine Repair. At least that way no one can be mad by the false advertising.

Took all my power equip for clean, servicing. Not joking my mower went back-and-forth at least 10 times and I never got to use it that summer because they never fixed it to begin with and on top of that when they came to pick up the mower they charge me $50 each time even though it was Their mistake. I was told the mechanics left stealing power equipment, the mechanics didn't know what they were doing, and other reasons. That is your problem not mine! They would not refund any of my money and my equipment did not work until I took it to Dickersons to get repaired finally. It was not a money-saving venture to go to them it was a convenience but it became a nightmare they never made good on several hundreds of dollars they charge me. I could not do negative stars so I had to put at least one to leave the review. I don't hate them they just are bad business

They've stolen our daughter's lawnmower and are refusing to return our calls and when we stop by, they never have the payment. So unfortunate when you have to get lawyers involved for such a petty amount of money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Terrible! They are massively disorganized and they delivered back a DIFFERENT rider mower! Mine had around 40 hrs on it and the one I got back had over 360 hours, a larger engine, no deck flush port. It was clearly not my mower, although it looked the same from the outside.Unfortunately, I had not written down my serial number. I visited the shop and called every day while he said he was "making some calls" to see if someone else had mine. They never returned my calls, and I had no solid "proof", but I am 100% sure, because it doesn't even match my owners manual.Also, they are not "Rapid" at all, except in terms of picking it up from your house. You are taking your chances at this place - at a minimum, record your serial number.

Everyone told me generator couldn't be fixed but not Kelley's. Exceeded my expectations on everything. Generator runs great price didn't break the bank and I get treated like family every time I'm there.

Hands down the most trashy low life business I have ever delt with. Drove 3 hours to make a deal after talking with owner yesterday. I had been there 15 minutes talking to his son who was telling me the vehicle had been flooded the night before. The owner came and while I was standing there looking at it he sold it from under me. I have 100% faith that all of these reviews are correct and I should have listened. Do not make my mistake and attempt to purchase or use the services of this moral less company. They said both mechanics that work there didn't show up today. Guess you can't even pay people to go there.

They had my 20" Stihl saw 2 and a half weeks, n told me " I was wasting THEIR time" n they kept my $30 dollar deposit, my saw returned w/o the guard that had been on it when I brought it in for "repair" never FIXED IT!!.......enough said!

They have reasonable prices and met the deadline they set when I dropped on my log splitter. It is back to running like new. Although they kept to the timeline it seems like they default to the timeline being two weeks. If I could give them 4.5 stars I would but they have a lot of poor reviews so opting to go with the 5 since they did right by me.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dropped my weed-eater off for service, guy told me it's an easy fix, an hour tops....2 weeks later had not been touched, weed eater still sitting in the office where I dropped it off...2 more weeks pass still not touched. They didn't know which weed eater was mine and was prepared to give me someone else's. Then they claimed it was worked on. He had 3 mechanics try to start it, still didn't work... Took my weed eater back, and was denied my deposit back b/c supposedly someone worked on it. Let the attending rep know I was contacting BBB...his response IDC...

Would give zero stars if I could. Kept mower 10 days to change a belt and replace blade. Got mower home and belt broke again. 230.00 gone. Don't waste your money.

Diane Beavers.They worked on my mower in 2021.Fuel pump went out this year.Returned it,had some issues and Kelley's sent a tech out the next day and fixed it in my yard.Blown fuse.Great customer service.

I've had them work on several pieces of equipment. They were honest with me about my weed eater. That it would cost more to fix then to just replace. Great place

Stopped by to get my riding mower picked up and worked on. Took a 50 dollar deposit and never heard from them again. This occurred 20 days ago and I just got my credit card statement. Needless to say I'm waiting for a response from these thieves.

I have been waiting 8 months to get refund for engine which I returned that wouldn t fit my mower. He said he would make it right but hasn t yet, taking him to small claims court , filing tomorrow 03/10/2018

Steer clear of this bunch of shysters! We have had two 4-wheelers there for over a year -- they keep "needing more money for parts" and we have yet to see a 4 -wheeler and I'm about to hit social media everywhere warning folks of what an unprofessional business these jijps run!!!
