Highly professional individuals and top-notch customer service. I took my 2015 Toyota Camry for some noise, full brake work, spark plugs, and full synthetic oil change. After the mechanic looked over my car, he showed me exactly where the noise was coming from and the work that needed to be done for the brakes. The customer service from Dillon was unsurpassed. He was very professional and attentive. They give you this unique ride as a loaner car. If you are into a smooth ride that will capture not only your attention and everyone else on the road, you'll love the loaner. It was fun to drive!

Awesome experience! One of the first auto repair shops Ive visited that felt like I wouldn t get taken advantage of just because I don t know a lot about cars or being female.We took our 2015 Chevy in and they gave us an honest opinion with several routes to take. Very clear communication and transparent quotes on prices in writing to phone and email. The work was professional and quick. We hope to be returning customers (just not too often but it is an old Chevy with a teenage driver ).*Bonus the drop off and pick up after hours system!

Always great! Great communication, fair pricing, and quality parts, how can you go wrong. This is my second visit and both times have been quality. Had my brakes and transmission serviced and my truck feels as good as the day I got it. Great work and I highly recommend them.

Echoing the words of other reviews here. Great service and respectful gentleman at Just-N-Tyme Automotive. Easy to work with throughout the process, from scheduling an appointment to checking out. They will answer your questions in detail and without condescension. In this car centric America, finding a reliable & respectable mechanic can be stressful. I highly recommend checking these folks out.

Dillon was spot on a with a diagnosis on my Crosstrek. Everyone worker there was extremely knowledgeable on vehicles. Extremely quick with working on my vehicle. 11/10 would recommend to everyone.

Just-N-Tyme are in a few words: Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional and Quick. All of my visits thus far in my ~6 years of going to them have been wonderful. They put seat and floor covers before they do any work; have affordable services; help you stay on track for your vehicles maintenance; and instead of just finding things to repair that doesn t need repaired right then, they document it and keep an eye on it. I ll also add that they have a comfortable waiting room with snacks and beverages.They took care of my old ford escape which had a lot of problems and even went above and beyond to get approved from my warranty service at their shop. I trust Just-N-Tyme with my vehicle and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!

My car s transmission went out unexpectedly and I am not from Fredericksburg, so I was soo stressed all around about finding a place! I came across Just N Tyme and called early in the morning and spoke with Chase! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I instantly felt relieved just talking to him. I got my car towed in and he got it looked at right away! He even went above and beyond and did extra research so I could cut cost! Awesome customer service! Thanks Chase!

A hidden gem! This place is absolutely amazing. The customer service I received from the staff at Just-N-Tyme is unmatched by anywhere I ve brought my vehicle before. They have the best waiting room I ve ever seen and they will send you pictures and show you in person exactly what is wrong with your vehicle before doing anything so you know they are honest and only have your best interest in mind. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

From the oil change to the major repairs we had done, I really don t think we could have found nicer people and their most qualified mechanics in this area. If you need work done on your car make sure to look them up. The Service was fantastic.

Chase and dylan were super kind and helpful! I appreciated that they didnt just do what i thought needed to be done without throughly making sure its what the car actually needed and they listened to my concerns without making me feel stupid. They also finished in time for a trip i had planned shortly after. I will be using them for future needs!

Just-N-Tyme automotive is a top tier place to take your vehicle for service. From the time I walked in until my vehicle was done being serviced (2 days), I was given play by play updates on what was going on. My experience at other places hasn t been the greatest, because I would never know what was actually needed versus what was being upsold. You won t find that here. Not only do they show you exactly what you need they give you a couple of options on how to tackle it to best suit you financially. The place was clean (including the bathroom), smelled great (not like dirt and oil), they have a comfortable waiting area with WiFi and snacks, and literally every employee there was super friendly. Once I was informed that the service would take longer than anticipated I was offered a loaner vehicle, which I was so grateful that my life didn t have to stop due to my car being in the shop. If an auto mechanic shop was where I lived, this place felt like I was at home. I would give them a million stars if I could!

Dillon maintained great communication and updates while the team worked on my car s transmission and rear differential fluid services. Their complimentary Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) is one of the most detailed service s I ve encountered, showing they took the time to give me a good overview of the car s overall condition. I m always looking for a car repair shop that I can trust and with Justin and Dillon you need not look further. I was not disappointed when I took my car to the team that was recommended by my son. They have a great online approval system that was very user friendly and easy to use. They were very transparent about the pricing.The worst thing about many car shops is getting surprised by bad news when you call in for an update on your maintenance or repairs. Even though my vehicle did need some work, I felt like my vehicle was in very trustworthy hands and they were very open and honest about what needed to be done.The whole team was courteous and they offered me snacks and soda while I was waiting. I did recommend them to have light beer ready at the waiting room the next time I visit Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

So I have many issues with my car however I appreciate this business. Dillon the manager is awesome!!! Prestine service. Wifi awesome I was able to work while I waited. Great help with recommendations and my car runs great. I have more work that needs to be done and I plan to bring my car here.Also bonus I had to leave my car and they paid for my uber home. They also offer loaner cars if they need to have your car for a few days

The staff are very warm and friendly. They will escort you into the service bay while your vehicle is on the lift so they can show you exactly what is going on with vehicle. Honest, transparent and professional. Not the cheapest guys but using quality products. Now granted they spoke with my Wife for 98% of everything that was needed done, but they were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to reach when needed. Definitely a great experience when I'm trying to not stress about someone hitting my car

thorough multi point inspection with a detailed list of all finds. very knowledgeable, efficient and caring group of people. had to pick my car up several days late due to an unexpected life event and they were patient and understanding. the whole team took care of me from the customer service side of things to the actual vehicle maintenance. your vehicle will be in good hands.-Devin H.

Amazing amazing amazing. Was really blown away by what they ve done with such a little shop! The friendliness of the staff was amazing. It was like going to a friends house to hangout almost. They have an amazing waiting area with all kinds of drinks from water to coffee & sodas, to snacks. Tv was unlimited options and even the bathroom was stocked up with tampons, aspirin. They really went above and beyond. I can t forget their welcoming and friendly personalities. I will 100% be making them my go to mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding customer service! Very thorough inspection of vehicle and provided a good price breakdown estimate and recommendations. I felt like for the location to be small it had the perks of a dealership. Clean waiting area and refreshments. Definitely trustworthy they even take pictures, show you the fluid check testing and machine testing which is by far impressive. Will be back for more work and highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Excellent and thorough customer service. Excellent and affordable synthetic oil change specials. With an oil change, they perform a maintenance inspection with suggested repairs - photos are included so you know they are not scamming you for more repairs/money. The staff here are very communicative and helpful. The small lounge is comfortable and well stocked with snacks and beverages. I had a great experience with Just N Tyme with my 1987 Mazda. We did a frame swap and a few other small items that needed to be done. I m very pleased with working with them this company always has a clean shop was friendly and always made suggestions to do things the correct way vs taking a short cut. I had a check list I wanted done when I picked up my truck just so both of us was on the same page of making sure everything was working as it should on the final inspection. I was given a quote before I hired them to do the work and we stayed in budget except for a few small nuts & bolts that needed to be replaced overall I m very happy with the service and work I received on my 30 year old show truck. Thanks again.

The employees were very knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy the mechanic took me back inside the garage to show and explain to me that underneath my car was in very good shape.
