Needed a quick oil change they got me in and out did not feel like driving to the Lexus dealer LOL, very professional staff and clean lobby. Great job team! and to the new young lady who just started working with the company you did a great job very professional.

I ve used this location multiple times while in the area and have not experienced any issues. I ve only used their oil change services and nothing else. Everyone is pretty straightforward and to the point and my vehicle is in and out within 25 minutes. Exactly would you d expect from a Jiffy Lube. No complaints.

Jiffy lube is my place to go over any other . I usually go to one place everytime .. there was one time I ve went to another location and the guys were awesome I even seen one of members from the location I always and still go to working there . That was a pleasant surprise. I recommend jiffy lube !They are always so kind to my children as well! Always opens the doors for us. My kids loves it. .

Brought my Honda CRV in JUST for an oil change. They removed my air filter and broke a bunch of things that I ended up having to spend $90 to fix. Definitely not happy with the service

My vehicle was not vacuumed; windows and dashboard were not cleaned. Service advisor showed me my vehicle and cabin filters. Said they were dirty, so I asked for the filters to be blown off which the own duty manager refused to do that. I had leaves sticking out of the cabin filter which should have been blown off. Should not be any reason for the filters to be blown off with customer being advised if the filters are damaged during being blown off then customer must pay for a new filter. What ever happened to the customer is always right?Service: Oil change

I was test driving a car, and called to see if they could diagnose an issue I found. The team got me right in, did a full look-through of the vehicle, and showed me other minor issues. They were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful!

If there were 10 starts I will give them all to this business and the crew. Starting from the manager David and techs Austin and Bobby they were very welcoming, polite, professionals and thorough on explaining me what was needed for my car and how much it will cost me. The manager opened the door for me and offered me a seat on the pristine clean waiting area and made sure to offer me the complementary drinks.I usually don t leave reviews but this crew totally gained me as customer and will have to say good bye to expensive, rude Radley Chev.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I don t even leave reviews for places, but I got home and this thing on my car literally fell off on my feet. What if that had happened while I was driving, are you dumb? I ve been to them twice and been disappointed and annoyed both times. They re bad at explaining things, they curse, they put the wrong drain plug on my vehicle.Go anywhere else.

They seemed stupid and left a bold off my skid plate and tried to tell me it had 3 on when it came in then I told them it had 4 then the kid gave my the 4th bolt,definitely check your car after you go if you do but no one there seemed like they knew anything

I been coming to The Jiffy Lube on Patriot Highway for a Long time! I'm a loyal Customer, and Usually, I get Excellent Customer service at that Location. Not today! I simply, wanted my Oil checked. I drive to Sterling, Va everyday, as I currently live in Spotsylvania, Va and my office is in Sterling, Va. Manager David, Dan Tall dark hair Man, he knows I travel away distance. I also wanted my tire pressure checked. He said I was there week ago, and don't need tire pressure checked every week. He refused me getting my tire pressure checked. I'm sorry, I am the customer, if I want my tire Pressure checked, I should have it checked. Dan, David was really rude to me, and I did not appreciate how he spoke to me, in front of the other techs, where they can see and hear how he spoke to me. That is Unprofessional and not right. He needs to be written up, for talking to his Loyal customers like that. You just lost one LOYAL dedicated customer David. DON'T Appreciate how you spoke to me, and refusing me, to have my tire pressure checked. I hope you loose customers because you are not right! Very upset! Going to another location for now on, because Of The Customer service that I had today, Not right ! Hope someone reads this and DON'T take your vehicles there Bad Customer Service! No stars for you David, Dave your store Not right!Signed, your Ex loyal Customer!

Have been to this location a few times. Service is usually OK - not friendly but not rude. Typically takes about 45 minutes. Recent trip took over 2 hours. Even when my vehicle was finished the tech was checking in new customers instead of letting me pay and leave. He never asked about changing filters, which needed to be changed.Only saw 2 workers while I was there. They obviously need more help. Hopefully they are hiring!

Took my car here 2 weeks ago to have the oil changed. When the car was returned to me every single dash light was lit. I was told by the tech not to worry and that it would shut off once the air pressure was regulated. Come to find out oil was never replaced back into my engine. And now I am having to replace the engine, thanks to jiffy lubes lack of attention and mouth breathing staff. Never I repeat never go to jiffy lube for anything.Service: Oil change

I got my oil changed, on my way home my check oil indicator lit up. I checked the dip stick to see no oil in my car. I had more oil brought to me and I refilled it, I started my car and it all leaked out the bottom. I don't know what they did to my car. Terrible service

I never write reviews but this place was just the worst. My wife and I have attempted to get service at this location twice now. Both times we have been met with either rudeness or nothing at all. No one will greet you when you pull up and, if they do make eye contact, will ignore you completely. It's like they don't want any customers at all. Read some of these other reviews and you will see a pattern. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Jiffy Lube. The one up the road on Plank is 1000% better.

Was first in line after a rainstorm, got right in, Jiffy should not be an inclusive word in the name. Though I was first & only for at least 20 minutes, my car was close to done if not done, they took the time to situate 2 more cars between pulling mine out. 3 weeks later I notice a pretty sizeable puddle under my car...OIL!...I climb under and the filter is about 2 screw turns from falling off! I gave it a few good turns seated it and gave it a couple more for good measure. I guess that's why I've always done my own changes but I thought I'd give them a shot, I think I'll stick with what I know

I paid twice what it would have costed at my dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I will not return for service there next time as $106 for a synthetic oil change, to me is extremely excessive.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Never take your car to Jiffy Lube in Spotsylvania, VA! It took over 2 hours for me to get an oil change done and they overfilled my engine so it started smoking and I had to immediately turn around and go back. They then told me that they had drained the oil and it would be fine. I made it home but the next time I turned on my car to go to work, my check engine light came on. My car is currently at the dealership so that will be another bill and even more time for a car that was running fine before I took it in for the oil change.Service: Oil change

The service was good. I m not sure why my air filter housing needed to be ripped out of my car, while I watched, to access the filter. At that point the tech had already told me they had taken it out and cleaned it, as it is washable. Last night after inspecting the engine bay I noticed that the filter housing is not seated correctly and is loose. I will be taking the car back at my earliest convenience. While I also appreciate that Jiffy Lube is a business, I don t think trying to sell the customer a bunch of extras is necessary.

Went in to get a oil change. One employee outside watched me pull up. I parked and waited in line and noone approached me after a few minutes. I went inside to find noone insight. After waiting another 5 minutes I spoke to the employee that watched me drive in. He informed the guy that could help me was busy. 10 minutes there and no help. I drove up the street and the gentleman at Grease Monkey took care of my vehicle the way people do in the jiffy lube commercials at a better rate. Within 3 minutes after pulling in my vehicle was being worked on.

We were traveling and needed a oil change. The 2 young men there were very courteous and helpful. We had 300 miles left and they did a very good job. They also vacuumed an clean my windows. I was skeptical because I'm use to my own mechanics but they answered all my questions and did a good job.

We went to get the filter changed in our truck while we're traveling. Absolutely the worst technician ever, and he was the manager! Should have been a 15 minute job and took him almost 2 hrs.! My husband finally told him how to do it. In my opinion they should have paid my husband! We just now left

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday. I visit this location often and was very confident that I would get the service that I needed and quickly be on my way. My service took 2.5 hours. Although James was friendly and kept me abreast of what was going on, it took a lot longer than it should have. James informed me that my engine air filter needed to be changed and I authorized that service. 2.5 hours and $294 later, I was on my way. The next day, my check engine light came on. Since I needed to take my car to the dealership anyway to have the transmission fluid flushed (James said my transmission is sealed) I asked them to find out why my check engine light was on.Wel, I just got off the phone with my service advisor at Radley who told me that the air filter was installed incorrectly. A piece was missing from the air filter which was causing too much air intake and thus, the check engine light. It would cost me $371 to remedy.I trusted this location to correctly perform what I believed to be routine maintenance and it ended up costing me an ADDITIONAL $371. Very frustrating and disappointing; especially during a time when a lot of people are financially strapped. I ve attempted to call the location AND the District Manager. No answer. I left a message foe the District Manager.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
