Went there months ago, they were condescending and charged me $120 for a simple oil change. They put air in my tires and tightened the caps so tightly that now I am unable to unscrew them without damaging the valves. Now it will be $150 to get the valves on the tires replaced.

I was told that an oil gasket was leaking and the employee was trying to pressure me into getting the job done by making comments about how important it is that I take care of my vehicle. He did not know that I had a warranty and was going to take it to the dealership for a second opinion. upon taking it to the dealership, it was uncovered that everything that this Jiffy Lube had told me it was false. Here is the evidence I don t like shady business and feel like they operate in a shady manner. Had I told them to move forward with the work, they would ve charged me and took my money for a project that was not necessary so therefore, it is my opinion from my experience that they are doing shady, and scandalous business.

I have never had such a positive experience with Jiffy Lube as I have in Fredericksburg, VA.I used to stay away and advise friends to stay away, but the Jiffy Lube in Fredericksburg, VA has completely changed my opinion. Thanks.

My family cycles 5 cars through the Route 3 Jiffy Lube. We are always treated very well and Andra' and his team do great work. One of the things I appreciate the most is the honestly they have when telling us what's needed vs what could wait till next time. I've never felt pressured to have work done and we will continue to give our business to this Jiffy Lube.

This one is a gem.This Jiffy Lube had me in and out for a FREE brake inspection with some honest answers in less than 20 mins on a Saturday.I will be back soon to get my brakes done and again when I need something else! Thanks Guys!

Jiffy Lube on Route 3 in Fredericksburg, Virginia is my go to spot for oil changes. They are always courteous and professional. I have stopped in mid-point in my oil change for top ups of my fluids, which are free. Also great service

I wanted to share how pleased I am with the excellent customer service that I received at store number 107. It far exceeded my expectations and I have nothing but glowing reviews for the manager Shaun. His response was prompt and he went above and beyond to fix the issue that arose.Communication was clear and concise and the follow up service was swift and comprehensive. The attention was very nice. The only "problem" is that they did not has the service of vehicle inspection at the branch where I went. According to their webside, they provided that service at the branch where I went, but I was surprised that they didn't.

There were 4 of us in line starting at 2:30 at the latest. No one came out to let us know that they wouldn t have time to do our oil changes until over an hour (of waiting) later. Rude. Communicate with your costumers.

1. Loose connection from a filter replacement resulted in a "Check Engine" light. The car had to be driven out of the service bay by an employee. I wasn't informed. Had to bring it to the manager's attention. It was fixed. 2. No one told me that the seal for one of my headlights was partially hanging loose over the headlight.Seems like a general lack of attention by the staff.

Always friendly and efficient. You can wait inside or outside. Do they upsell me on everything under the sun? (Wiper blades, air filter, tire rotation) Yes. Do I want to take the time to deal with this myself when I'm perfectly capable of doing so? No. When I drive away I always feel like my car just left the car spa and it's happy and I'm happy it's been taken care of in a matter of 20 minutes.

Extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. Just went for the first time today with my Acura RSX and will never go anywhere else. Very clean also. Best Jiffy Lube around. They get it done here, and are on point.

Very quick and knowledgeable! I sat in my car and waited untill they were ready. The guys were nice and helpful and got the job done right. Also they let me use a coupon I found online! Win win. Fuego approved!

One more testimonial for a great job by Jiffy Lube! I've been going there for over 10 years now, and can speak to the wonderful management by Mr. Andra. I have every confidence in allowing him and his staff to service my '05 Mercedes, and let me tell you: they are quick, courteous and they treat my car with respect. If you've been avoiding going to Jiffy Lube because you think you'd get better service from the dealership, let me tell you, I've been to both and the only difference in the service and product is in the bill. Why pay more and wait longer? I always get a great price and exceptional turnaround from Mr. Andra and his guys. Will be sending more people to this location for sure!

Brought a fleet vehicle there and told them to do the oil change. Immediately the began to take off air filters, change tires, and without communicating to me began to do anything they could to add to the fleet charge. We were on a time crunch and ended up taking 1.3 hrs for a simple oil change. The fleet fortunately paid for the work, but communication lacked severely.

I was 35 miles from home when a belt on my car broke. I managed to limp in to Jiffy Lube. They ordered the belt and installed it, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Super happy with the great service I received.

I had a long ride ahead of me. When I brought my cargo van in for an oil change and everything checked out fine and the van was running more smoothly than before, I was very happy! I was impressed with the fast and complete service. The shop is very clean and the staff professional. Thank you for making my ride pleasant and safe!

I recommend that everyone goes to the jiffy lube 3300 on plank road. My entire experience from when I placed my call about my brakes and headlight concerns, and bringing my car to jiffy lube to sitting down waiting for my car and checking out, was phenominal. I have never received customer service like this before. Every employee their made me feel like family, took the time to educate me on anything I had questions on. Zachary the customer service advisor answered all my questions, very polite, very knowledgeable and absolutely helpful. The manager Andre was very outgoing and pleasant. The assistant manager Garrett had made my experience memorable. Randy, Dean, and Chris welcomed me with a smile and were very helpful. Because of my wonderful experience I will come back again to this location.

My oil change indicator came on and I needed to drive back to NJ. I usually get my oil changes at the dealership so I was feeling a little apprehensive. Today was Veterans Day and Jiffy Lube was quite busy. We were told the wait was 45 minutes- we decided to wait. I am not sure if we waited 45 minutes because the next thing you know we were next. The oil change was quick, the car filters were in good shape and the price quoted was what I paid. First time I have been to Jiffy Lube will definitely go back.The staff was friendly and helpful. The service area is clean. My Mom and I felt very comfortable even though we were the only women there. Very happy! Thank you!
