I wouldn t take my car there if it broke down right in front of their shop. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Maybe they re just nice people, or family/friends?Anyway, our car had a gas tank replaced and they destroyed the fuel pump assembly in the process and also didn t install the venting properly for the gas tank. Cost almost $2K to fix the issues they caused, which I have documented from another professional and competent shop. Steer clear of this place.

Edder Torres recently replaced the engine in my Camaro for a reasonable price and it drives just like new, I will definitely bring my other cars here.

These guys are one-in-a-million! My family's truck broke down on the side of I-95 on a Sunday afternoon when we were still about 3 hours from home. All of the nearby repair shops we found on google were closed because it was a Sunday, but we tried calling a few anyways. Jem Auto Repair answered and took care of everything for us -- they towed us from the highway to their shop, gave our two young kids a place to relax in their office, and fixed our truck in about an hour. For ALL of that time and effort, they only charged us $100 total!I can't recommend Jem Auto Repair enough. They do fantastic work, and they are kind and honest people who truly want to help!Services: Auto brake repair, Car towing, Brakes

When you see all positive reviews you know they had their friends leave them.Brought in for no heat, was told needed a heater core. I told them it was clear and not leaking and no reason to replace , they did not know what was wrong just wanted to replace parts. I paid the 500.00 to replace the heater core and still no heat! Drove the car home from the shop, no heat the whole way. Turned the car off and tried to restart and nothing, won t even turn over. Called them immediately and got nothing, no response , no call back , nothing!!Needless to say I have been completely ripped off / stolen from !If I ever hear from them I might revise this review but until then do not believe all these great reviews and save your money

These guys are the real deal. They towed our truck in on a Sunday and even sent a car to pick myself my wife and our 4 children. Carlos even fed us and made us comfortable at his shop while he fixed our truck. I can t ever say enough good things about JEM. It's my go to place whenever I have a problem with my car. The workers are kind, and work with diligence. I just have to give Edder Torres a call and he'll fix whatever fault I have with my car. I'll definitely recommend this place.

Been using this shop for years after a friend recommended Carlos. It is hard to find someone that is reliable, honest and trustworthy. He gives great prices so you don't break the bank. I recommend his shop to all. I have been going to Jem Auto for many years for all of my family's vehicle repairs. You won't find more knowledgeable and dedicated mechanics than at Jem Auto. Carlos and Jairo are the absolute Best!!! They are fairly priced and work hard to get your vehicle in tip top shape as quickly as possible!! You could NEVER go wrong choosing Jem Auto!!! I know I'll never go anywhere else. I Trust them Completely and for me to say that is a Pretty Big Deal!! Thanks Jairo and Carlos for All You Do!!!!

Carlos was great, helped with removing wheel locks. Called and he had me done in 15 minutes. Very professional and knows his way around a car.
