As a Range Rover owner I have unfortunately become accustomed to dubious quotes on work required. To that end I don t suffer fools gladly. I was referred to International Auto and thought here we go. I couldn t have been more wrong. My first contact with Bobby was refreshing and he immediately made space on his busy schedule to get the vehicle in day after our call. Once there I was impressed with his professionalism and he tasked his team to diagnose the issue. Once completed he sat down and diligently went through the causes for the error codes. To my surprise, and I mean this, Bobby recommended I just monitor the vehicle as they had investigated everything they could and didn t want to start the relationship with a big price tag replacing a turbo which may or may not have resolved the issue. More, Bobby just advised to keep an eye on it and explained how to just reset the vehicle if problem reoccurred. Shockingly I paid minimal amount for their thorough diagnostics and went on my way. I couldn t have been happier and will definitely use their services if any issues come my way. Top notch and honest service. Anyone reading this has my personal guarantee that this is a first class establishment who won over an old dog tired of being ripped of by Manufacturers over many years. Great experience with International Auto Specialist! All started by Bobby taking my call and scheduling service for our Audi to the technician asking questions to better understand. It's great to have these Specialist in Fredericksburg and the comfort on their professional, fair market pricing, and all around great service. This was our first time since we purchased our car in July and will only take it here!

Called a day ahead for a state inspection. Customer service informed me to just bring it in at 8am the next day. I did so and they took my car in immediately and got me in and out within 30 mins. They've also kindly reminded me that my brake fluid service light was on and would be happy to perform the maintenance if I needed it. Establishment was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely go back when I need big ticket item repairs on my BMW. Thank you!

After a nightmare experience at a local shop, I couldn t be more pleased with International Auto Specialists repair of my vehicle. From the beginning , I knew I made the right decision about moving my vehicle to their shop for repair. Every staff member I spoke with was professional and informative. After having a foreign vehicle for the last 6 years, I have learned a lot about cars and also how difficult it is to find a professional that is competent enough to do so properly. My car was returned not only working properly but also much cleaner than before.As long as I own my Range Rover I will not take it any other place. Cooper broke clutch just after i bought it.Bobby had me get it towed to his shop.They repaired the car quickly and at a fairprice. Kept me informed of the work.Great work! No issues.We now take our audis to them.

This was my first visit to International Auto Specialist. I brought my x3 into the shop because my right side wiper blade was totally inoperable. Bob greeted me with such professionalism and curiosity from the very start. His team took care of my problem and I was on the road again the next day. I would definitely go back for future service on my vehicle.

I was quoted an outrageous price from Mercedes Benz to repair my car . I was little confused since my car has not missed any services. The DIAGNOSTIC given was unreal .Mercedes wanted approximately $4600.00 for the repair. So I decided to go International Auto Specialist JJ and Bob Provided me an new diagnosis and a new price of $435.00 the My car is running perfectly . I will use International Auto Specialist for all of my Automotive needs in the future. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is five stars .

I had major problems with my 2018 Passat while in Virginia on a trip up to the Fredericksburg area. The employees diagnosed the issues and were able to do the work I was concerned with and hold some other minor issues until a later time. I thought the staff was very professional and the cost though high, was reasonable. When we finally move to the area, they will be my chop of choice.

The Management and Service Team at International Auto Specialists are always attentive to my car problems and they offer the best affordable solutions! Recently bought a pre-owned BMW and needed service. I was hesitant to even buy it because of the distance to the closest BMW dealer for service. I was having a minor issue and decided to try International Auto Specialists. They were absolutely great to work with from the initial call. I was scheduled quickly, my advisor JJ called me frequently with a status and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely be using International Auto Specialists for all of my BMW service going forward.

I have a 2006 AMG S65, and went to my garage to make and notice a fluid leak. I contact IAS and spoke with Bobby about the issue. IAS is my go to shop for this vehicle. Bobby told me to bring it in without an appointment and within a day of me taking my car to IAS Kevin had inspected the car and told me what was needed. IAS got the parts ordered without a long waiting period. They continue to be the place for me when it comes to the S65.Thanks Guys.

Bob Sorke has two locations one on Lafayette Blvd, and another on Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg. Very professional service for Mercedes and other foreign vehickles. Better than factory service centers great staff and mechanics.

I am fortunate to have found this shop in the Fredericksburg area. I currently own two European cars, including a Porsche Boxster and a Mercedes Benz GLE (just replaced with a GSL450). I've serviced both vehicles, and the shop performed other work besides regular services. My cars are running great and I am extremely happy with the service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they do not "upcharge" for services or repairs that I may not need. The service advisors are outstanding and truly have a great atmosphere from the time you walk into the time service is completed. I truly recommend this shop for their affordability, professionalism, and outstanding work.

International Auto Specialist always does a fantastic job of taking care of the service on my car, making recommendations on upcoming maintenance and providing a free wash and vacuum so it is clean when I get it back. International Auto Specialists is hands down the best shop we have ever taken our BMW to. The management is so cooperative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They are always busy because they are so amazing, but they always find time and make us feel like their most valuable customers. Whether it is a major repair or a minor tune up, they are honest about what it truly needs, and never push services that we don t need.
