They will say one thing and do another!!! Called them at 4pm on Saturday told them that I wouldn't make it until almost closing time and was reassured by the owners son that it was no problem. I pulled up 10 minutes before closing time and was denied Service. They had the shop open and open sign on when I pulled in...that tells me come on in.... I explained I called the owners son got huffy and said to come back on Sunday at 9 am (which they are closed on Sundays)then slammed the door to the shop down and switched off the open sign. He was very rude and I was upfront with him about my arrival time. It wouldn't have taken them but a few minutes if they worked together. I had just come from work otherwise I would have been there earlier. I was refused service for no reason with wires showing through the tires and to make matters worse I had my 3 year old with me. It was totally unsafe and they didn't care at all. Do not go here!!! Definitely go where your more valued as a customer.

Came here today after work after going to 5 shops between spotsylvania and fredericksburg. The others either didn't have the tire or we were told it was to close to closing and come back tomorrow. These guys were helpful and friendly even though we arrived 15mins before closing. I now have 2 brand new tires and they gained a new loyal customer!

Well to begin I call 45min early and let them know I'm getting my family together and I would be there close to closing. I was assured I would get tires on my wife's truck so they would be safe to drive. I get there 10 min to closing with cash in hand and I was turned away. There is wire showing thru the tires and I was told to come back tomorrow at 9am and the door was slammed shut knowing Sunday they are closed.

A fantastic job! Not a regular "in & out" job just to take your money. I came in needing 2 tires, and left with 2 new tires, rotated to extend the life of all 4, feeling like my safety and opinion matters, and was even helped with getting the button removed from my rearview mirror as a bonus. In affording to that, I was also informed i needed brakes - soon! Although I knew that, I did not know the severity of it, or immediate need. That knowledge alone may have saved not only my life, but if my 3 children as well. I can say with certainty that I'll be coming back. If you want to go somewhere you feel you can trust, come here first! Mario and his coworker went above and beyond any expectation I thought I had. I went in thinking I could only afford 1 tire, but he really worked with me to make sure I still got the 2 tires I desperately needed! Thanks again for all your help guys! There's still a lot of work to do on my vehicle, so I'll be coming back here periodically to get it done now!

Had a cracked valve stem that I was trying to get repaired on a cold and rainy Saturday. The guys at Guaranteed Tires got me in, fixed my flat, and had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. Super fast service and great pricing!

I pulled in with my donut and before I could even get out of my car an employee was already walking toward me with a jack to get started! They looked at the old tire and showed me where the leak was, unfortunately on the side wall so couldn t be patched. Within minutes they had a GREAT looking used tire already on the rim and mounted. I was probably in and out in less than 20min! The price was spot on, too. I called literally 5 other mechanics in the area the day before and they all said I d have to leave the car overnight, I wish I was referred to these guys sooner! Top notch, hard working team. Thanks for quick & professional help!!

TJ and the entire team were wonderful and got me the best quality tires (new) for my budget with a lifetime manufacturer warranty!! They also do brakes (labor only). They have a NEW customer here

Super helpful, nice guys- just like all the other reviews said. Pulled in with my spare on and though they didn t have an exact match for me, they tracked down a used one the next day that I was able to use until the new one came in .no additional charge. Saved me from all the road rage I would ve encountered driving 50mph on 17. Truly appreciate a business that will go the extra mile, I ll be back.

Great place to get used tires, buy new tires, balance and rotate tires, fix tires. I had issues with a trailer and these guys helped me out when the other places wouldn't touch.

Scored a great deal here on high quality used tires for $50 each. Drove in without an appointment and they installed the tires in less than 15 minutes. They also replaced a broken tire pressure sensor quickly. Outstanding service at a great price. Thanks!

Great service and great prices! Best place to go, as we've gotten over 15 new and used tires from there over the years. Bobby is amazing! If by a slim chance he doesn't have the tire you need, he will order it and have it there the next day. He always remembers me when I call, which is impressive because they're always busy, but he takes the time to talk to you and makes you feel like you're his only customer. Only place we go to, and I've sent numerous people to him who feel the same way.

Only recently I ve have any problemsHad 4 tires mounted and balanced. Had a vibration at 55 mph + went back a few week later (as soon as I could)For re balancing was told they were in balance. As a retired auto tech I knew betterDrove to my friends shop 60 miles away did them myself only to find not one tire was in balance. 1, had 5 weights on the inside.Now they ride great !Didn t like giving guaranteed tires a negative reviewShannon & Bobby have always been honest and straight up with me.PS I have over 50 years in automotive field

Driving from Pittsburgh to VA Beach we hit a pot hole and thought we bent the rim. Was very nervous driving on it. We found this place on the side of the highway and went in. Their crew diagnosed the problem (broken belt in tire) and fixed our issue within twenty minutes! We got a great deal on two tires and left feeling safe! What a life saver this place was! I definitely recommend this place to all weary travelers!!

The owner (Bobby) was amazing!!! Employees were amazing!!! I was recommended by a friend, the service was extremely fast and the guys were very knowledgeable. I was there less than thirty minutes for rotors and the prices are BEYOND fair!!! They explained everything to me step by step and allowed me to watch. I will definitely be bringing my car here again. Thank you for all your help gentlemen

Super quick service, and nice friendly honest staff. It was so nice to not have to wait forever to get service. They checked, fixed and changed all of my tires very efficiently. Most places I ve been to I feel are not honest and always try to pressure me, gyp me into things or sell me unnecessary repairs that I don t even need at the time or Currently don t have finances for but I know when I stop by here that won t happen. Thank you!

This is truly a mom and pop operation with big store resources without the overhead that is passed down to the customer. I have bought 3 sets of tires here and have referred family and friends. I will continue to do so. The owner and his staff are professional and friendly. You may have to wait a little as the word is out....This is a family operation with the owner/operator wanting to handle his customers personally. Guaranteed Tire is a neighbored store and they enjoy having you stop by just to say howdy. Truck, tractor, 4 wheelers....No problem. To the one star 3rd party reviewers....Come by and meet the owner. Within a few minutes you will want to change your review to 5 stars. I seldom write reviews. This one I enjoyed. ThanksFrank Skinner. Marine!

I have been going to Bobby's shop since he opened, a little over 2 years ago. I have never received less than great service and honest, helpful advice. Thanks again for a quick and reliable repair today, Bobby. Great job!**Update: Visited Bobby on Thursday 2/1/18 with bald tires. He had what I needed for a great price. Thanks again!

Bobby was awesome! Not only was his price better than any other company I spoke with, he was extremely flexible with my weird schedule and getting my van in for some new tires. Great customer service and fast! Highly recommend using them.

I have leveraged these gentlemen multiple times over my decade here and they never ceases to surprise me with the amount they exceed all expectations. They've found me wheels for my truck, which is not at all part of their required or published duties. Sold me tires for same full size pickup that were basically new, he could have held them and sold them for far more, and still honored our agreement and had me on the road in 15 minutes. Truly what should be the teaching point for honest , self driven small businesses.

Great guys there! Give them a shot! They have new and used tires and can get any tire you want. They changed out two of my trailer tires for me and ordered another for my 32' Camper. In and out in less that 20 min.

Got some nice Michelins here for my 2014 Sienna. ( I drive a lot, and $800 + for a set of new tires really gets old). Bobby's description over the phone turned out to be spot on, and the price was good. He was courteous, fast, careful with my car, didn't scratch my aluminum wheels, and the balance seems perfect. Would definitely recommend, and Bobby is worth a trip.

Pulled in one day and had Bobby patch a tire that I attempted to plug myself. Even though the hole was near the sidewall, he was still able to do excellent job of patching. My Son recently purchased some wheels and tires online and I suggested he take them to Guaranteed Tires. I called Bobby who said "No problem, have him come on up". The mounting and balancing was way less than any other tire place would have done and he was very careful not to mark up the brand new alloy wheels. Very impressed with the quality of work and attentiveness to the customer. I'm a small business supporter and am glad to know I now have a small business tire company I can trust.

Fast service, great prices, and quality work. If you need new or used tires, you won't be disappointed. I travel 30 minutes just to go to this shop. Loyal customer for 2 years, and will keep on coming back.

FREAKING AWESOME. I had a bald right front tire and a huge bubble in my left front tire. I got off work at 3 today, got to the shop at 3:25 and was leaving the lot by 3:50. This guy is fast and efficient and the tires looked fantastic. Well worth the money. Highly recommended. I will definitely be going back when I need my back tires replaced.

There are so many tire places in this area, but I m really happy I came here! Bobby was quick to take me in, went the extra mile to switch my front tires because somebody had mistakingly put them on reverse! He was very honest about what I needed (a new tire because I had a hole on the edge), and even gave me options to patch it or replace. I decided to go the safer route and just get a used tire. The used tire I bought was in like new condition and cost 40$ including labor which is very fair. I would definitely come back, and the service was quick! I was in and out in 15 minutes!!

I have been to a lot of tire establishments over the years and I can honestly say that I received the most honest, no-high pressure, no-BS deal I have ever received not just here in VA but also in CA. The owner and his assistant were both very professional and efficient. I was in and out in far less time and at a much greater savings than if I had gone to one of the big name stores. In addition, I was not forced to deal with all the up-selling nonsense that the big name stores put you through. I will never go anywhere but Guaranteed Tires.
