Staff was great and friendly. Young guy with the mullet had great customer service skill. Had me in and out in less than 20 mins. I bring all 3 of my vehicles here for changes. Changed my wiper blades and topped off my washer fluid. They change my oil pan drain plug too.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and they would always keep you updated on your vehicle while it's being repair.You will never wait long for an oil change. If you are a regular customer, they will greet you by your last name .I always get the oil change done at grease monkey and other repairs as well if need be.Btw prices are very reasonable!!!Thank you so much fellas.

I ve found my new local car garage. Moved to the area a couple of years ago and just wasn t satisfied overall with the places I ve gone to. Grease Monkey changed that immediately. Very courteous, professional, and knocked out my service in record time. I couldn t be more satisfied with things from start to finish. They have a new customer for life. I highly recommend Grease Monkey!

I always get fast, curtious service at Grease Monkey! The workers listen to my requests for my car. They do not push me to get additional, unneeded services! Afterwards, I get to drive away in a vacuumed car with a sparkling windshield!

Today I went for a headlight Change not knowing I would also come to see what hard work looks like, I would like to give a special thank you to mechanic Brayden, this issue i had with my bumper got fixed and the quality was outstanding I can Say I definitely have found a place where I know I am gonna get taken care of I appreciate you guys.

This is the only place I take my car to get my oil changed. The guys are very professional, timely, and care about their customers. They always remember me and call me by name! It also seems like they have very good teamwork amongst themselves and care about each other, too. Happy employees are good employees. Thank you guys so much, you're the best! My first experience with this establishment didn t go so well. I took my Prius in for an oil change and the mechanic failed to properly reinstall the skid plate after moving it to perform the service. The owner took the time to contact me and address my concerns and has rectified the situation amicably. I understand mistakes happen, so I have changed my rating and I will using them for a battery replacement and see how that goes. My only suggestion would be to check your skid plate after getting your oil changed here. Mine was scraping on speed bumps until I adjusted it.

Well I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt. But when I arrived at 12:20pm they said they closed. As per photo attached to this message, their hours on google and google maps says they do not close until 2pm. The company makes these hours not google. I can completely understand if employees want to get off early and/or have easy day, especially if it's the last 15-25 mins of the day, but I arrived almost 2hrs before closing. My vehicle is a fleet van and was planning on using them for as long as I needed oil changes.

BEST we have found for regular maintenance and repairs! We have been regular customers since 2016, having had oil changes, maintenance, radiator, and brake work on our 10 year old truck. We have been very well pleased with the service, value, and friendly staff! Even though they are quite busy, they are very hardworking and get customers in and out as quickly as possible, even the owner, Jim, is out there working and supervising with the crew! Ben, the manager, and Gus helped me promptly on Monday when I had to come in for an AC repair, and Robert facilitated my check-out. It is great to have a service business like this that is helpful, reliable, and trustworthy!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I had my oil changed here and definitely the best around. The shop is clean, the mechanics were friendly. They didn't try to overcharge me, and they were quick and efficient. I will be going back. Highly recommend

Always have a great experience here. Definitely my preferred place to take my car for an oil change. Everyone I have met here has always been kind, polite, and helpful. They've never pushed me to get stuff done to my car that I wasn't first okay with. They'll come out and give me suggestions based on my car's history or what they recommend, but always leave the decision up to me. Whenever I come here, I feel good knowing that I've left my car in caring hands.

Love coming to Grease Monkey! My husband and I have been going here for 2 years now and will keep coming back. (We drive the hour to get to them). They are friendly(treat us and our kids like family) and will help you with any questions you might have. They are quick on getting you in and out in a timely manner.

I've been going here for over a decade and have never had an issue with the service or the sense of professionalism displayed by the staff. It's a rare thing these days to have an organization not take you for granted as a customer. Each time you come in they treat you like a valued customer and not just a number to add to the bottom line. A business is usually a reflection of ownership and this facility thrives in old fashioned values and a sense in pride in delivering good, honest work in a timely manner to get you back on the road. In these days where up selling seems to be the standard practice, it's more than refreshing to be briefed on what needs to be addressed rather than the hard sales tactics that so many garages use to pressure their customers. Thanks to the staff and the ownership for demonstrating that the good old days of customer appreciation aren't completely dead yet :)Services: Tires, Oil change

The team is super professional in their attitude and work ethic. I believe that professionalism flows from the top down. The owner sets a great example for his staff. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and alerted me to possible future repairs for my consideration. There was no high pressure salesmanship. I drive over 60 miles round trip to patronize this great establishment. They also honor the military and veterans with great discounts. Great experience with this location! Originally from Texas and staying in Virginia for a couple months. Went on google for oil changes around me and Grease Monkey came up. Decided to give them a shot. From the start, super friendly customer service! They warned me about a little more than just an oil change I needed. Went beyond and called around for me to get me the best deal on some tires. 10/10 recommend to any travelers/locals!
