Edwin has great customer service skills. He was professional and thoroughly explained each detail of my auto service needs. When in doubt he got the information immediately. He handled other customers as professionally in person and on the phone. The auto mechanics were thorough and fast in handling my auto. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They made a bad day so much more tolerable. Thank you.

Goodyear Fredericksburg was only location who installed and rotated my tires. When changing a flat, I found a used lugnut that my tire iron didn t fit. Had to call for service. If they would ve told me, I could ve replaced it and changed tire myself and saved time and frustration.Also they usually tell me cabin air filter is dirty but I never give them key to glovebox. Otherwise service is okay.

Since they changed management, the service has significantly improved. Clean and quiet place. Very friendly staff. Not too busy. Oil change and wheel alignment and wipers changed done just for about an hour and 10 mins.

Friendly staff, quick service considering the amount of customers on the morning we were there. Sounded like a dance club in the back which I thought was pretty cool, let the guys have some fun at work.

Wow what a great place. While traveling from Ny to Nc we got a piece of metal imbedded on the inside wall of front tire. We stopped at this location and. Edwin Perdomo was instrumental in getting us 2 new tires and back on the road in a very short time. The staff was friendly and amazing! I highly recommend Goodyear on MccWhirt loop in Fredericksburg VA! Thanks again guys!!!

Joey has always taken care of me and my trucks! Not everyone likes to work on diesels or have bays big enough to accommodate ones that are lifted or have drw s but this Goodyear does! Joey always gives fair prices for quality work. I don t take my vehicles anywhere else.Also their turn around time is fast! I always appreciate their crew being professional and considerate to my busy time schedule. 10/5 stars! Semper Fi!

This Goodyear shop is great. Store manager Mr. Joey Staats is the best. He has very great customer skills and he answers any questions of the customer with great knowledge and warm attitude. I will buy 3 years align/prog from him

Very dishonest company. Tried to go in to get an oil change with my fleet membership card which is discounted pricing for me and was notified they only handle those types of cards M-Saturday being it s a Sunday.. and when I asked if they can call to verify, the upfront person said they she s just not going to do it under that since it s only M-Saturday and how they take hours to get back. I went somewhere else and everything was instant. Goodyear tried to charge me full price which is almost $100 but went to a different auto shop and they processed me under my fleet card and it was only $50.. never coming here ever again..

Thanks to Everyone at Goodyear for an excellent car care experience. Nothing was fixed that didn t need fixing. Best work. Best price. The Manager Mike even replaced a car key battery free. Sometimes, both little and big things make a great difference. The big deal is that I found a place where I feel like they only fix what NEEDS fixing. Mike also told Me about a future need that wasn t mandatory, yet. However, I got it fixed because I had a choice. Give Mike a raise. Give Them all a raise. If You want car care, without B. S. then this is Your new car care home. Thank You, Mike. Thank You Goodyear. Good belongs in the name.

I needed a quick oil change and a turn signal bulb fixed. I stopped by Goodyear hoping they could get me in quickly. I could not be more impressed. Joey, the Store Manager, and his team are friendly, professional and helpful. They got me in and out very quickly. The price was also very reasonable. Great job, we will be back!

The manager, Joey, is always easy to work with. He's extremely honest and will work to get you the right tires for a good price. I've bought many sets of tires here and have always been pleased with the service.

Joe went above and beyond his job. We had a major issue with my Goodyear card. He had to drive me home to get my phone. After 3-4 hours talking with Customer Service, we were finally able to resolve the issue. Along with getting my truck fixed. Well done, Joe for going the extra miles.

I took my car here to get my tire replaced a few days ago and Will was extremely rude. When i went in there they looked at me and ignored me and started laughing. I couldn t see their name tags but I did see one who s name was Will. i m not sure who fixed my tire but the tire popped just today and the bolts were loose. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected and you want to pay for another tire! You re better off having a blind grandpa fix it.

Big-time kudos to this shop. Brought in my best estimate from another local tire shop for 4 run-flat 20-inch Eagles. Joey not only matched best price I could find but also threw in additional stuff. All installed/balanced + align and out the door in less than 2 hours. That s impressive. Lowes is directly across to kill time too. Tech that did the work did a great job. 5+ service, a rarity in Stafford.

Was very pleased with the service at this location. Went to them for a second opinion on brakes, and was not disappointed with the result or with the price. Jay, Joey, and Heather were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Even other customers that I talked to were nice! Will be going back for an oil change to see how that goes. Thanks!

The staff today took excellent care of me and my tire. I came in wanting a patch in an unpatchable area and they refused to do it for safety reasons but worked with me to find a deal that was acceptable. Before we went to total tire replacement, they took tire in to the shop and confirmed where the leak was coming from. Turned out it was not the nail I found (which was not leaking, thankfully) but from a hole that was undetected but within the repairable area of the tire. They could have easily told me it was the unrepairable nail I thought it was and I would have spent nearly $300 for a new tire, instead I received a patch which cost me less than $25. Angelo and manager Joey handed my problem expertly and professionally!

I stopped in when they opened at 8 with a list of things to have checked (brakes, front end, charging system, inspection). Since it was a Wednesday I couldn't get the inspection done, but they checked the front end, brakes, and charging system all within 45 minutes. Recommended a brake flush (which i got) and advised which tires were in jeopardy, based on wear (unfortunately, they don't carry my size). Everything was done, and I was on my way by 9:30. I highly recommend this shop!

My husband went in on Saturday expecting to drop my car off and not get it back for a few days. The lobby was clean and smelt fresh unlike other tire shops we have been to. When he walked in, he was greeted by Heather at the front counter. She got the part he needed ordered in less than 5 min. and assured him it would be ready in a few hours. Daivd the technician worked on my van and got everything done in under an hour and a half!! Talk about 5-star service!!! I will continue to come back to this shop as long as Heather and David are working here!

Fantastic service for this Goodyear customer! I came in from out of town with a suspected leak they throughly searched two tires and couldn t find anything. I tried to pay them for their time and effort, but the manager wouldn t hear of it. I observed this type of interaction with a couple of other customers as well. These guys are awesome!

Always seem to get service here when other businesses of the same nature are not willing to help you out. Prices are in line with others for services. Staff seems to be pretty quick when repairing or replacing here. I'd more then likely say if your looking for services , tires , brakes , or whatever this is going to be your shop even after you go elsewhere you'll end up here so just go here first. I've tried the other businesses around here and this is the best pick of the all and that's from experience.

Not only could they not find a record of replacing my tires they damaged the lug nuts with their misuse of the removal tool. They found my car in the database at the other shop but besides car make and my name nothing else. They wanted to charge me $200 for tire replacement due to nail in existing tire. Had them put the spare on and drove it to the next tire repair place where they successfully fixed it without issue.

Awesome service I was with balancing alignment and entire warranty. Came back because my car was still shaking and realized my rotors are warped definitely helps with great deals. Awesome customer service.

Best automobile repair experience ever! I was greeted at the door by Heather and setup immediately for service to my vehicle. She was very thorough in assisting me and giving me a time frame the vehicle would be worked on. Upon coming back to pick the vehicle up after repair I was greeted by Joshua after entering. He was very helpful and speedy getting the bill paid for and getting me back into my vehicle. Seriously the whole experience has been the best with these two help getting me along my way! Thank you Good Year for making this a pain free experience!

Excellent customer service: completed emergency repair quickly and efficiently. Their hours are until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday...very accommodating for a car repair shop!

I can t say enough about Josh and his team. They re always quick and happy to help with a drive by tire check for my truck and trailer and they were super helpful when I had a blow out. I don t know how they did it, but they found the tire I needed and had it delivered and installed the same day. This store has a great team!

Goodyear told me it would be too much work to fix my late model car. Believe it or not they literally told me that their shop are not equipped to handle such a repair.. (Leak in radiator). So they charged me for their diag & told me "good luck" (with a smile). I can't make this stuff up.So I left, & went to the dealership.Anyway, 24hrs later i was back on the road with my car driving like new thanks to the dealership. (It was only the radiator & something else.. $700). I waited 3hrs for the repairs.. Drives awesome.Shout out to the Neanderthals at Goodyear. Lames.
