I went to this location as a recommendation, I had only had my car for few weeks when it got hit while parked, it needed a new door replaced. They gave me a quote and I asked them if the door would be new Tony said yes, the turnaround time was quick only because they had used an old door from another Jeep. It breaks my heart knowing that the insurance would have paid for it regardless of how they felt about ordering a new door, I feel that was not up to them to decide to get cheap on my new car repair. A client should be satisfied with the product and service as we come first but in my case it was they cared for themselves.The door was painted well with no issues. They called that it was ready and upon picking it up they never bothered to wipe the inside mess they caused and broke my door panel. Told them to replace it, they again wanted to get me an old door panel, stating that it was on back order, I didn t mind waiting so I received a new one after some weeks. I even told them that my door makes a noise inside as if something is loose, they took it for a test drive and said they don t hear anything they will check when I come back put in the door panel and they never bothered, acted to be in a hurry.I m very disappointed, I don t know if some of these reviews are real. I will say make sure you are getting what your car is valued for from this place because they like using old, used parts. Fast is not always good.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called to inquire about a used vehicle that was sold at auction and sent to FCC for repairs. They couldn't disclose any information, but assured they wouldn't work on flood or branded title vehicles. I believe I spoke to the owner; he was very nice and accommodating. Although I'm not a customer, I will definitely consider this shop if I live in the area. Thank you, FCC!

My wife was in desperate need of an affordable used car and we were looking everywhere. We had two dealerships to visit late one evening and decided to start with Usmani.We were immediately greeted by Harry, one of the salespeople. He was very friendly and handed us the keys for a test drive - no sales pitch, didn't demand to ride with us (so we could pay attention to the ride and not talking).The car, a low mileage 2015 Fiat 500e, and the dealership just felt right. We returned from the test drive and started signing papers. We brought our own financing, they gladly held the car overnight and charged it for our return the following evening with the check in hand from the bank.Harry, Doug, and Rita all struck me as genuinely nice and honest people. Doug was especially interested in transparency regarding the dealership and the sales process. Harry was a lot of fun and very easy going.This is a new dealership and has its growing pains, for sure, and that's totally understandable. These three things should have been addressed before this car was sold, but the price was very reasonable:1) During the test drive I noticed that the ride was a little bit rough and loud, tires were my first thought. Sure enough, the two rear tires had low tread and the front two were new - two different brands and styles. So now we will need to purchase two tires to match the ones they replaced up front. Next time, please replace all four tires.2) The wipers were rubbish, past needing to be replaced. We drove home in the rain, it was a bit scary. These particular wipers use a replacement rubber strip, rather than needing to replace the whole assembly. To be fair, the part may be tricky to come by.3) The car came from California, where only a rear license plate is required. It was sold in Virginia where both front and back are required. There was a front license plate mounting bracket in the trunk, it would have been great to have it mounted (we did not realize until we were home). We still do not have a front plate because we do not have a drill and the instructions are too vague.All in all, a painless experience! I would definitely recommend this up and coming dealership. Bought a Jeep Wrangler here in 2019 and it s been a headache and a half. Not only did I have to replace all 4 shocks, track bar, brake calipers and pads but last night I got a flat and went to grab the sore on back. BUT someone had use the wrong lugs with an impact on it, thus unable to use spare and now I need a new tire mount and wheel patched. Granted this being my third Jeep I should have looked closer at these things, but it s inexcusable nonetheless. Selling a Jeep knowing it had all those issues and still selling it. Luckily I plan on selling it soon and will never trust a small used dealership again. Thanks Usmani for the expensive lesson!

We had an amazing experience with Usmani motor cars. They are fair and it was a pleasure to work with them. Mallie did an amazing job with sales - gave great information and no pressure at all. And Greg, helped us out with great financing options and we were in and out in under and hour.I always find the car buying experience to be a pain and this was unlike any other car buying experience (in a great way). I would buy again from Usmani in a heart beat.

Came here to get my very first car at 18 years old and both Harry and Greg were the most helpful with the entire process. They had the patience so that I would get the car I wanted and I did indeed leave very satisfied. I left with an amazing quality vehicle at such a good price. As it being my first big purchase, they were very careful in explaining and elaborating everything that went into buying a car. They know what they're doing and made me feel so comfortable, as if we'd been friends for a very long time. Definitely would recommend this place :)

After my car had sat in the lot of another shop for a month waiting on an estimate, I brought my car here. Tony was able to do the estimate and the repair and have my car back to me in just under a week. He was great at communicating with me about it the whole time. Fast and friendly service!

Great experience with Usmani Car Motors! Doug assisted me with the selection of cars on the lot with no pressure to buy. Out of the dealers in the area, they had the best-priced car with the lowest mileage which gained by business. The process of purchasing the car was quick and painless. Doug and Kylie were incredible!! Thank you to you both for everything! Great place to buy a car from, they will take care of you!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car here. Harry and Greg were always an absolute delight to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring and incredibly friendly. After noticing a slight external issue on the back of the car we had chosen, we were promised that they would fully sand down the bumper and completely fix the issue as opposed to a quick touch up like most places, and they certainly followed through!! I would highly recommend their services!

Friendly service. Very happy with my little car. They had it fully charged and ready to test-drive when I arrived. There was no negotiating on the price, but they threw in a 240V charger that did not come with my EV car, but which is pretty essential. (It's on order.) The gentleman who prepared the car handed over a car that felt brand new and it was clear that he took great pride in his work! Rita was very knowledgeable and of course, Doug is a hoot. All-in-all, a pleasant experience.

I had been searching for a vehicle for roughly two weeks. I don't typically like visiting independent dealerships, but the price of the vehicle I was interested in intrigued me enough to give this dealership a chance.Although it's a small operation, I was very impressed by the professionalism and demeanor of everyone I met. I primarily dealt with Doug and he was an absolute joy to work with. He was fair, affable and completely honest with all of my questions. There were no cheap, stereotypical used car salesman tactics, just hard-working honest people looking to sell consumers a good vehicle.The entire process of test driving the vehicle, getting approval for financing and signing all the paperwork took 2 hours, which I believe is about as streamlined of a process as possible.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. Doug, Kyle and the rest of the staff were wonderful and gave me an overwhelmingly positive car-buying experience!

I had the best visit ever to a car dealership earlier this week. The staff was polite and everyone inside was talkative and friendly. Besides my awesome new truck I got, they were very fair on my trade in and the price of the truck I bought. The salesman Doug, was so pleasant, kind and honest. He even took me across to see my truck being cleaned and waxed. Even the front license plate bracket was ordered by them and arrived the next day for me. These guys are what car salesman should strive to be. Thanks again for the awesome service guys!! -Tim

After exploring the parking lot me and my wife went to the financial office. Excellent buying experience.General Manager, Mr.Greg did great job.He explained us everything.Great personality and high professional experience. We buy a beautiful 2020 Toyota Corolla .All the stuff did great job.I will share my experience with others. High recommendation.

Update: Two weeks after purchasing the car, it failed to start. After jumping it, I took it back to Usmani (note: my 30 day warranty was limited, and did not include battery replacement). As soon as I described what happened, the owner took me across the parking lot to his garage, and had his mechanic put it on the machine to verify that it was a battery problem. After verifying that the battery was the only problem, the owner instructed his mechanic to accompany me to the local Advance Auto parts to purchase a new battery, using the Usmani account (saved me $30 off retail). Came back to Usmani and the mechanic installed it for me. Can't ask for anything more...they were absolutely committed to ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase. And my car runs great!Used the USAA car buying service to find a replacement for my commute car, and found a 2015 Ford Focus with 4600 miles. Stopped in last week, test drove it, put down a deposit. Picked up the car last night - most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Rita (finance manager) and Doug (sales) are honest, friendly and professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Like most people, I look for businesses I can trust - Rita and Doug completely earned my trust. Don't let the looks fool you - this is not one of those rip off lots that are lined up on both sides of route 1. Highly recommend this team!

After weeks of online searches and traveling to dealerships all over the state, I bought my first vehicle from Usmani Motor Cars. This buying process is everything that you could ask for. No pressure what so ever. Doug provided great service and was helpful throughout the whole thing. There was a minor sensor issue for the tire pressure, but when I told Doug that I wanted that fixed, he took care of it right away by replacing all the sensors with new ones. Not only do the salesmen all provide excellent service, they work with you and your needs for you to drive off the lot pleased. Its all about the customer here and that is the most important part of running this successful dealership.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Doug and Jeff took great care of me. Kyle also completed the financing portion quickly and efficiently. In truth, everyone in the entire office was awesome sauce They are fun, yet 100% professional. I purchased a truck and it wasn t a newer model. However, they still treated me as if I was buying a Porsche or a Maserati. I highly recommend them if you are in the market to purchase a car.

Great experience all around. Doug provided prompt communication whenever I had a question but never applied any pressure to buy the car. I was able to test drive as long as I wanted by myself and even took the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in excellent shape and exactly as described. Kyle completed the financing and registration in under 30 minutes, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

Usmani Motor cars is the best used car dealer I ever dealt with. Friendly courteous took care of issues with the car discovered during road test at no extra charge even after signing the buyer agreement. I would recommend them to any of our friends or coworkers looking for a used car. I will use them in the future. Harry is a great sales person. He even help me find someone to make a second key for the car at 40% of what the Subaru dealer would charge.

Everyone at Usmani is so kind and does their best to help you out. I have bought two cars from Greg, and each time he has made the process so painless! Both cars I've received from them ran great, and if there is ever a problem they are quick to help me take care of it. Highly recommend!

I am from upstate NY and I was looking for a certain Mustang GT. I had reached out to a few dealership in regards to their vehicles for sale. When I spoke with Greg at USMANI Motors I immediately felt in good hands. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I even had my uncle who lives close by to check out the car and Greg took the time to answer all his questions and go through it with him. That's when I decided to purchase the vehicle. This was my first car buying experience and I am glad I made the drive to this dealership fromRichmond. Harry and Greg did not put any pressure on me and made the whole process extremely easy. During paper work Greg made us feel at home by telling us about his background and family - by the time we left we really felt like we were friends with the guy. After purchasing I found out they did not have a remote for the car I purchased - not a big deal I thought but I came to realize that my alarm kept on going off due to the lack of the remote. I contacted the dealership and they took care of the issue immediately and had a key maker call me that same day to set an appointment for us to resolve the issue on them. Great service and people, I definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic car buying experience! Harry was my salesman, and Juliana did the paper work with me. Harry was incredibly happy and positive. Juliana was efficient, thorough, and friendly. Management worked directly with the team as opposed to hiding in a back office. Car was very clean. Financing was straightforward and easy. I overheard the team having conversations about not cutting corners on getting the cars cleaned up and tuned up prior to sale since, "we're selling cars; we're gonna make money, [so there's no need to provide bad service at the cost of the consumer]. And I think this business model is clearly working! Usmani is getting a new building in the near future that looks absolutely gorgeous! I could not recommend more!

I had the best car buying experience while working with Greg at Usmani Motors. I normally dread this experience but Greg put my worries at ease. He and his entire staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. Greg was not pushy and went above and beyond to put me in my preowned vehicle. I highly recommend working with Greg at Usmani to anyone in the car buying process.

Terrible experience. Shady collision center would only take cash. Got scammed ,most all reviews are for used car center, not collision. Engine was making loud noise which was my primary concern. Even told them it was probably an exhaust leak. They didnt fix it nor tell me they "couldnt find anything " until i asked. Took it to an exahust shop and they found the leak in 5 mins. Paint match was terrible so now i have a two toned car. They blame it on insurance and said they didnt pay them enough to blend the paint. Car took 2x as long to finish, no communication from shop had to call everytime to ask if my car ready and everytime said they needed a few more days.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I brought my son to Usmani to buy his first car. Mallie, the sales person, was very helpful and patient while my son was test driving different vehicles. He was awesome. Greg is the finance dept. and the DMV all rolled up into one. We received our real tags, no paper ones right there. Greg explained the process well and was very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and will use them again!

Please do not buy cars from these guys. The owner is the most deceitful guy that I ever met. I brought a vehicle from these guys and it has been in the shop more than I driven it. I glad I brought the extended warranty!The salesman Doug is the most honest and strait forward guy that I have ever met. I wish he would find a better job and get away from this dealership.I have brought many cars in my lifetime and this dealership has ranked one of the lowest for customer service. Rita and Doug are the best thing going for this dealership, but the owner is the most lying and cheapest guy that I have ever dealt with. Please get some CUSTOMER SERVICE.
