Friendly, prompt and professional service. Far less expensive than the dealer or other local specialty garages, and don't have to fight traffic north. Used them on several occasions for regular service for my BMW 4 series, but also had my wife's Audi repaired when she failed inspection. Highly recommended

While driving down the road in my 97 Corolla (don't judge me), my car was sputtering for the past mile. It died right outside their shop. They helped me push it in to the lot. I explained that I had just replaced the fuel pump the day prior. We talked about what could be the issue. Out of gas, bad pump, clogged line. I knew it was full because I just came from the gas station and it would only take $0.29. sending unit is broken so it always shows empty. Well, I walked on home around 2pm. At 4:30 I got a call letting me know the car was good to go. Surprise! I had an empty tank of gas. Seems my car was temperamental when it comes to receiving fuel. Mark was very polite and we had a good laugh about it. I guess I will be heading to pick-a-part for a sending unit. I paid my bill and drove on home. Life is good.

I finally found an honest mechanic for all my car needs. The owner came through for me when I was facing a very costly repair for my foreign car. He found the part and gave me a fantastic deal on it. The labor was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. No problems with the repair at all. Overall, I trust that they're going to diagnose my car correctly and fix what needs to be fixed at a great price.

10/23/2019 was the first time I used Forza. I definitely plan to use their excellent service again. I had a water pump put on my Lexus IS250. Chris researched my vehicle and determined it was the less labor-intensive method required to mount the part. He said he couldn't promise, but he would strive to have the car ready by closing time. That was critical since my wife was going out of town that day so I needed to have my car. Mark was kind enough to give me a lift home from their shop while my car was being worked on. Chris call in the afternoon and said my car was good-to-go. The service was done at fraction of the cost the Lexus dealership quoted. Again, great job Forza team and I will highly recommend your superior service at a fair price to others.

This place was fantastic. I took my 1995 Mercedes S320 in to have two oxygen sensors replaced and they got my car in on time as promised and even ordered some parts from out of state and they got here in less than 24 hours and my car was in and out of their place very quickly. And the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my car here if I need to work in the future.

Great experience, Chris was great to work with! Had to get my timing belt replaced and some things in relation to a leak I had, came in with no appointment on a Saturday, got my car back on Wednesday night due to a part not getting in on time. Overall satisfied with work done, they took their time to make sure the job was done right.

These NEW owners of Forza Auto are Great. I moved here from California and did not know where to take my Range Rover. I did not want to take it to Alexandria or Richmond for service & repairs. I found them off google and wasn't sure I wanted to take my car there because of reviews about the PREVIOUS owner. Glad I gave them a shot because I will not go anywhere else. John & Mike have gone above & beyond to help me with repairs and service each time I have been in there. I drop my car off & they have given me a ride to work. They take time to research the best prices for me & explain each and anything that I ask about my car. I am super happy & comfortable that I have found some Honest guys to help me maintain my car.

This place had my truck for a month and only changed two batteries. I wrote down specific instructions for them and they DID NOT follow any of the instructions. They charged a diagnostic fee when they did not perform a true diagnosis and I paid $3000 up front before they performed any work. They told me it would be 5 to 10 business days and accepted payment immediately. I called after 10 business days to check on the status and they had only changed batteries, they said it would be another week, I called after another week and they had nothing else done and only more lies and excuses. They told me it would be done by the following Friday, I called that Friday and it still wasn't done, so I told them to give me the parts I had already paid for and I was picking up the truck. They tried to charge me more, gave me more lies about why it wasn't done and had everything locked up when I arrived to pick it up. They then tried again to get more money and didn't want to release the parts. Both the shop manager and lead service technician lied and couldn't keep their stories straight between the two of them. I finally get my truck and parts home to complete the work myself only to find out that they ordered the wrong parts. They had this truck for a month and couldn't even get the correct parts. I would not even give this joke of a business one star. This place is not worth the aggravation and time anyone puts in to them and I am still out $3000. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!!!Service: Transmission

I normally don t write reviews, but this particular place of business deserves A complement and for everyone to know that they are the best around town. I just relocated to Virginia, For years I always had my cars serviced at the BMW dealership. Unfortunately, in this pandemic I can t afford BMW service On a 2018 BMW. After conducting a research I came across Forza Automotive, Inc, i m saying bye-bye to large auto repair bills from BMW. I met a awesome wonderful, knowledgeable, mechanic named Dave, I went to AutoZone and my car was in properly diagnosed so, I d like Everyone to know Dave did a wonderful job his service was phenomenal and he kept me in formed of every detail that was being done to my car, extremely educated on foreign cars and BMW computerized system and specializes in ALL foreign cars for many years. Forza Automotive, Inc. Owned by Mike, Who I find to be a pleasant gentleman.I enjoyed communicating with Mike and his wife as my car was being worked on. If you choose to get service from Forza Automotive, Inc. you can expect for your car to be fixed at 100% add a good rate that you won t believe. Forza has consistently delivered above and beyond their promises. I don t usually write reviews but this is the best, most efficient, effective, reliable automotive shop in our area. The honesty, integrity and knowledge these guys have are second to none. I highly recommend them for all and any of your automobile needs.

They took care of my vehicle and were very professional. I spent 3 hrs watching Netflix and Amazon Video while they worked on my vehicle. Chris took the time to explain the services performed and even fixed a few other issues with the car that I asked as a favor. Will be back on my next scheduled service. The less than 5 stars is only because there is always room for improvement but I definitely recommend these guys.

These guys are always pleasant and are pretty timely in their work. I've never been anything but pleased every time I've been there. They've been a little busy sometimes which resulted in long wait times, but I recommend them to all of my friends because their repair work is solid and I've never felt like they were trying to gouge me during state inspections or other work.

A amazing automotive shop that is honest and forthcoming about the needed repairs for your vehicle. They have helped me with my 2001 Lexus LX470 sport utility several times and explained every detail of what was needed to repair the vehicle. No "stealership" worries. Straight up, clear cut repairs without the hidden charges! Wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else!

Absolute garbage. Had some repairs done there previously. Car broke down and had it taken back to them because it was still under the warranty time frame. Was told that the warranty was only 30 days, not 2 years. When I told them the paperwork clearly shows 2 years, the story changed to "we're under new ownership, and have nothing to do with the old one". Was told that the parts needed were only available from the dealership, 30 seconds of Google proves that was yet another lie. And had to be towed to the dealership to be programmed. Repairs took 3 weeks, which would have taken anywhere else 3 days at most. When finished, the paperwork was a joke, no part numbers, generic description, and no breakdown of the actual repair labor. Avoid this place like the plague.Edited, for the response from owner.I didn't care about where the parts came from, you told me that it was something that "only came from the dealership". I'm merely pointing out that you directly lied to me about it.

Diagnostics were spot on, service was great, and their prices have always been the lowest in the area. I have Forza service all our business trucks, and my personal vehicles. Always done an great job the first time and every time and on time!

I am happy to drive from Alexandria for service and people i can trust. Added bonus - they beat competitor prices ... by a lot. Honest about what's needed and what can wait, and very good turn around time. Shop offers comfy sitting area, vintage arcade game (free and awesome for waiting with the little ones), coffee and cable tv if you choose to wait. Night drop box also available.

1st time I have been to Forza Automotive. No problems at all. Problem was diagnosed, part ordered, installed, and I was called to pick up my vehicle on the day I was told it would be ready. Great job!

Spent just under 9K from Dec 2014 to August 2015. Numerous issues to getting the interior done on a 1965 White 356C Porsche. Never once heard back from owner when trying to obtain assistance in the QA of their restoration. It's Nov 22, 2015 and the drive seat has fallen apart - less than 3 months after work was done. Additionally, the interior roof lining has opened up. I'm writing a formal BBA note on lack of warranty, quality and attention to a customer's needs. Avoid this shop at all costs. Update. May 2016. Took car to Richmond Dealer who showed me the shoddy work that included staples in back seat to holes drilled through body structure of car to hold new seat belts firmly. They ruined my interior and now I have to start over

Have used this shop numerous times. Very satisfied with their work and pricing. They have always been honest in their dealings. Turn around has been great. Usually can pick it up the same day unless it's a major repair.

Just dropped in to Forza this afternoon and left extremely happy! I was a walk-in needing help with a convertible top that was stuck closed. I met Paul in the front and asked what the likelihood of having it looked at today. He explained they were already at max capacity today and unfortunately wouldn't be able to get to it. But he went ahead and asked what my issues were. After hearing the problem and looking at possible solutions, he offered to come take a quick look. He tried a couple things and fixed my issue within a couple mins!! I was so thankful he took the time to fix my problem, even with already having such a full plate! Highly recommend.

It's hard to find a qualified BMW technician in the Fredericksburg area, but Forza meets that criteria. Took my vehicle in for a service light indicating possible brake pad wear, and the technician checked the vehicle out. Brake pads were in good shape, and there was no effort to sell unnecessary services or parts.

I brought my Camry for oil change and general inspection . The people at Forza were very friendly, professional and honest . I will return with my parents vehicle for next week . Highly recommend to my friends and family .
