I got a flat tire on my way to Richmond, thankfully right near this Firestone location. They were able to work me into their schedule and replace the tire and recommend some other repairs. Everyone was very nice and pleasant! So while my trip to Richmond was a bust, if I had to get a flat tire on a lousy rainy day, I'm glad it happened where it did.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday to fix a few minor issues. I was told it could take up to a week, then found out the parts would be there sooner than they thought. I was able to pick my vehicle back up on Tuesday!! Thanks Kyle for keeping me informed! I will be returning for future services.

I brought my vehicle for a tire rotation. While that may sound mundane, it is a new manufacturer and I was hesitant as I am sure that most people have not seen one let alone service one. The team at the Firestone on Warrenton Rd in Stafford were great! They took the time to get to know the car and were not shy about asking questions rather than making assumptions (like torques specs and jacking points). Great work and I will be back!

I come here a lot and have always had good & timely service, good communication until this appointment. I came in at my 9AM timeslot on Saturday morning, intending to get an oil change and a look over/brake check to see if I need to get any of my potential problem areas repaired before taking the car in for state inspection. The rep I gave my keys to suggested I go ahead and do the state inspection and go from there. I agreed and he asked when I needed my car back. I said before Monday, when I have to work. He said "my kind of customer; no problem". I didn't hear back that day and I called Sunday morning to get an update, and a different rep told me they don't do inspections on Sundays and I could either pick it up without getting it inspected or pick it up on Monday. I expressed confusion because I was told something else whe I dropped my car off and I was given no communication until I reached out over 24 hours later. This rep was a little rude/blunt and just reiterated my options. I ended up just picking my car up. I wasted my entire weekend waiting, and wasted money on Ubering.Now I will have to spend all next weekend with my car in the shop again, Ubering home and back, and waiting for an inspection-- then scrambling to get the work done before needing it monday morning.Just please communicate better with your customers and if the work won't be done by the time it needs to be, let them know so they can decide if they want your shop to do the requested work.

Ms Lola; she made the experience great. She is a phenomenal asset to Firestone. She does everything to help customers understand their care needs in way that is professional and comfortable. Thank you for having Ms. Lola in your company, she is a huge asset. She also, kept the shop and the team organized and on schedule.

I was terribly disappointed in my visit yesterday. I had a coupon from the Firestone website for a $29 standard oil and filter change, which was supposed to cover any standard Quaker State oil. However, the attendant told me it did not include the oil viscosity that my car required. Therefore, the service would be $99! But, he could give me a "special" for $62. For convenience sake, I paid the extra $33, and I hope it was worth it because they lost a long-standing customer.

From the first phone call from Lola everything was nothing short of amazing!!! Her personality won me over with just her phone call. My visit to Firestone on Warrenton Rd was also amazing. I was acknowledged when I walked through the door and was provided the upmost customer service through all services provided. Lola you rock!!! I will definitely be back for all future service needs.

This location has been around for over a year. It is so good to have new businesses in the community! But coming here has been a disaster as it seems they try to find issues when you are in a bind. You can get something simply done but when you need an inspection or something else that's higher priority they will find other things wrong with your vehicle.This is why I don't get my repairs done at this location anymore but a simple oil change or emissions expectation is the least I'll do.Please stop trying to have people enroll in your credit card program. I've had them say that I can get everything done in one day if I sign up for their credit card in the past and then yesterday they said that I could have my oil change for free if I enroll. They do this while you are paying by the way which puts you in a tight spot.I do understand that they may get a kickback by asking and having people sign up. I've worked in retail and that would make or break my hours if we didn't make our goals at the time.

The store manger (Carson) keeps me coming back his whole disposition screen service oriented. The staff is friendly as a result of his leadership and the environment is pet friendly. I just can't say enough about this store.

I happened to have car trouble while traveling through Fredericksburg. The people at Firestone were great, they took my car immediately and got the work done, and me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was very grateful they were nearby during my car emergency. Would totally recommend!!!

Got to America Automotive instead, which is just a light away. You can actually set appointment for an emissions test and state inspection, and definitely not a 2 hour wait lol

On Sunday, March 26, 2023 we got a screw in our tire on 95. Called to see if they could help us and they said come on in. Kyle Buckles went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He had to go to another store to get tires for our truck. He stayed opened after closing to finish the job. The employees were all so kind and helpful.We would like to thank all of the employees that helped us that day.Service: Tires

Dropped off my car on my way to the beach for an oil changed. Walked in at 10:30AM, the guy asked for my last name and confirmed my car. Asked what I was there for, took my keys and said we will call you when it s done never had me sign anything or confirm what type of oil I used, nothing of that nature. I had never been to Firestone before, as I just recently moved here from California and used their sister-company Goodguy s. They called about an hour later and said they were just finishing up and recommended a few things, I said just the oil change today. The lady said, okay we will call you back in about 20 mins when it s done. I never received a phone call, about 5:00PM I called in to make the payment over the oh one and asked for them to lock my keys in my car, as I wasn t going to make it back in time before they closed. They guy acted like it was an inconvenience for him to process the payment over the phone.

Carson, the Manager, his Asst. Manager (Debbie?) and his team took a negative situation I had and made it 100% positive with my special Mazda 3 brake pads needed. I needed an urgent tire replacement right before a trip and they took me in right at closing time to help me. All of the staff were very kind and friendly. They aren t the cheapest shop in town, but I received great customer service and will use them again.

The gentleman at the front desk really helped me out. My car received 4 new tires new belts an oil change, filters, a Virginia state inspection to get ready for Virginia plates. We are ready, THANK YOU FIRESTONE. Maryland driver.

Extremely helpful Service Manager and Advisors at this location.Anthony was very professional and helpful. He and the management at the Rt.17 Fredericksburg location are the reason I will continuously travel *PAST* my local Firestone stores to continue doing business there.Anthony's ability and willingness to work with specific needs for my vehicle are a trait that is far too rare in the automotive service industry now. He was attentive and intuitive, taking extreme care to complete the work in a timely fashion and exceeding my expectations with meticulous detail with updates given to me as they were necessary. To say this is a glowing review is an understatement. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Dropped the car off at 7 am for an oil change, called at 11 and they told me I would be the next one and I could pick it up at 1 pm. I come at 1, car hadn't moved and he told me he didn't know when it would be done.This place used to be awesome, but that staff is gone. Now it is terrible. About 3 months ago, I dropped the jeep off to get new spark plugs and when I picked it up it had an oil leak. They always try to sell you this $150 diagnosis service which basically all they do is read the codes which you can get done for free. Then after paying the money, they tell you they recommend you go to an authorized jeep dealer. No diagnosis at all. Stay away.

An outstanding service experience! New tires (on sale!), alignment and checkup on other issues. Carson, Store Manager, and Shay, Technician, were courteous, thorough and prompt. Store is comfortable and spotless! Fair pricing, great service on time (with appointment), and full satisfaction. It s like a new vehicle! Highly recommend!

I came into the store with a nail in my tire. The guys welcomed me into the store. They could not fix my tire because where the nail was. They suggested getting new tires in the front of my car. I said yes let put new tires on it and realized I had an appointment to go to and I had to leave. They put a new on one side and I brought it back they replaced the other one the next morning. They took very good care of me. Thank you!

Yesterday at about 1000 I call about getting state inspection and they tell me they would be able to get it done around noon. They then say that they also do them on Sunday starting at 9am first come first served so if I wait that s the best time.I am the first customer through the door at 9am on Sunday. The guy tells me I have to drop it off and he can guarantee it d get done at some point today. Totally different story than the day before because they didn t finish their work yesterday. So yesterdays drop offs take precedence over walk ins which was not explained.This place is as bad as the mr tire on what they tell you on the phone and what they tell you to your face.
