I stopped by for a quick oil change today on my initial visit to this business + had a very positive experience and good first impression.Service tech Josh gave excellent customer service. He was polite, shared lots of helpful + useful (+ previously unknown) information about my vehicle s condition, which was an unexpected + welcome bonus that I appreciated. I was able to stay in my vehicle and communicate with the tech during the service. I was given a Veterans discount on the bill which was another nice touch.[He also saved me money on a tire part that I was preparing to order (valve stem) that appeared to be missing from one tire, but he found that the hubcap on that wheel was not secured properly and was obscuring the tire valve, so he fixed that issue too.]It is the first time that a business that claimed to be express service actually delivered on that expectation and gained my trust on one visit.

10/10 Best customer service ever! James, Josh and everyone else were quick, efficient, and super friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me out by fixing my license plate for free. My mom recommended Express Oil Change to me and I m recommending to everyone! I ll definitely be back

First time and I had a great experience. Stayed in my car and it took about 10 minutes. James and the person draining the oil were very efficient. He explained exactly what I needed to know, checked over the car s engine, lights, horn, etc, took payment, and off I went. James also gave me a list of manufacturer s recommendations for other service items, but didn t push trying to get me to do them. Some I can do myself anyway. Couldn t have been easier. I ll be back.

Fast service (10 mins, no kidding), waiting room is nice and quiet with free coffee (but there was a TV), and I ll be back. Daniel was my tech and he was clear about the service. 5 stars for sure.

I've been a customer pretty much since they opened and I've been very peased since the first time. They take the time to get to know you and your car and offer an honest assessment. The shop is very clean as are the technicians and you know that you are with professionals. Our technician the last time was Ivan, great service from him. He checked my air filter and unlike most other places he said that your's looks great and you don't need to replace it. He checked everything over and when done thanked us and invited us back. Express Oil is now my go to place for not just oil changes but will be for state inspections and any other auto work that I need.

First time customers turning into LIFETIME CUSTOMERS! Detailed and thorough service. Had an oil change and tire rotation performed. Service was quick and the staff was friendly, professional and very efficient. Josh was very knowledgeable and honest as he walked us through the vehicle s recommendations. The owner came and spoke with us as we waited and was very invested in making sure we had good service. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. I recently had the pleasure of using Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I must say that my experience was excellent. As a Technical Program Manager and Engineer, I value efficiency and attention to detail, and this service delivered on both fronts. The service technician, Josh, was prompt, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service. I didn t feel pressure to purchase any additional services. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficient and quality work.

At express oil change, they were all super nice and friendly. I appreciate their discounts on Wednesdays and Saturdays - i think it goes to show that at express oil change they are truly trying to help everyone out! I also appreciated their speed and efficiency!

Best value synthetic oil change, excellent customer service, I felt welcome and truly appreciated for trying them out. An owner, Phil was present, with big smiles and glad to pitch in. The tech Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you re looking for quick quality service at a great price, these guys are great! A fresh approach to oil changes and more. I ll be back!

I have never gone to a quick oil change shop prior to finding Express oil change. Daniel and his crew are always professional with great customer service, and great communication between other mechanics while working on your car. They are quick but thorough. Highly recommended for all of your repair needs.

I stopped by Express Oil Change and got a full service oil change experience. Travis, Ivan, and James serviced my vehicle and talked me through every step of the process. It was quick, easy, and best of all I could stay in the vehicle. Y'all need to try this place!

Really can't recommend this shop enough. Philip and the mystery mechanic beneath the bay did excellent work--clear, non-pushy walkthrough on service and maintenance options, and I really appreciated them talking me through the different checks as they did them. Service was fast but it didn't feel like a rushed job. I had great experiences for two years with another franchise location in Knoxville TN and I'm so glad the shop here is on par.

Great experience, top service, no sales pitch like other oil services. Fast, efficient, explained in detail. Was in and out. Respectable and military friendly and courteous. Recommend military personnel to get their vehicles done here.

Josh, Roger, and James did an outstanding job servicing my Volvo S60. They were courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions quickly and with detailed answers. The oil change was very quick and the price was very competitive. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.- Just a regular guy

Josh, James, and the whole staff were top notch. Garage is clean (military background shows!) and their service was extraordinary. Prices were fantastic especially compared to anywhere up north. Lifetime customer here!!

Service is great! Josh, James, Daniel, and Ivan did my oil change in less than 10 minutes highly recommend going to this shop and the price for an oil change is very reasonable and probably the only shop that have a reasonable price. Great customer service the technicians Enrique and Dennis are very knowledgeable, and they make sure you can see what else could help with your vehicle the experience they have is amazing and if you need your state inspection the make sure you will pass some repairs would be need if not passable but they make sure that if you need a part that needs to pass inspection they will make sure it gets done so that way you can pass Phil the co-owner is extremely pleasant to talk to and he is very knowledgeable as well and make sure you are okay. He also makes sure that you are informed which made it feels safe to have another person to work on a vehicle. He is also strangely and amazingly to see a co-owner to work on vehicles and help out the staff which is a first to see ever! Highly recommend express oil change & tire engineers

For being skeptical at first, I was very impressed with the establishment and the employees. James and Travis took care of my vehicle service and gave excellent customer service. If you don't have a lot of time, this is a great way of getting your oil changed, all of your fluids checked, and an overall evaluation of your vehicle in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. I appreciate a shop where when I leave there after my service I feel like I have been treated sooo well. When I say everyone is super friendly I mean it. The Owner/ Manager did a phenomenal job training his people. I go here primarily to get my fleet vehicle serviced. Always super fast!!! Did I say friendly? Oh yeah I did but I'll say it a million times over. Specifically Daniel,James and Ivan. Yall are superstars! Hard to find young people that seem to have pride in the job they do these days. Keep up the good work.

I usually only go to the dealership to have my oil changed. One day my husband came here for an oil change and suggested I come, one because we're veterans, two they were really nice. So I came. I've been coming here ever since. Everytime I come here they are all so genuinely nice which can ne rare. Definitely a long time customer here.Highly recommend!

They did a great job on my car, I came in for a state inspection, oil change, and light replacement and they were able to do it for an affordable price and quickly! The light replacement was free :) Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some quick servicing!

Fast, easy and pain-free. Daniel completed an oil change on my vehicle, went over the manufacturer recommended services and due dates, inspected my vehicle and was very helpful and polite throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend to others and will be coming here for the foreseeable future.

I stopped here by chance yesterday morning, I had been to Jiffy Lube twice in the past 2 months to get an oil change on my 2023 Hyundai Venue and both times they turned me away saying they didn t have my car in the system (it s not a fancy sports car lol) I was happy to pop in to Express and NOT be turned away and was in and out in less than 15 minutes, if that! Everyone was friendly and helpful and I will be making this my new service shop!

I visited Express Oil Change 01/02/24 and I had an amazing experience. Military powered employees so their service and hospitality is great! They recognized that I was also a veteran and offered me their military discount. They were most definitely fast with their service. Thank you James and Josh.

James and Roger were insightful and provided excellent customer care to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Not only that, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. It is difficult to find honest shops, and I can confidently share that this shop has a great group of employees that take care of you right when you pull up.
