Just went to Cross Road Auto. Very professional. Quick to diagnose. they took me into the bay and showed me the problem. Then repared it in good time. If they cannot get to your vehicle they will let you know of a time they will and not just let you sit there waiting. Highly recommended. Honest people and fair prices.

As an ex employee this is probably the worst run shop ever. The owner is very confrontational even with his employees. His brother is an ok guy. But they definitely depend on you tube to fix your car. I d stay away if I was anyone.

I picked this place based on reviews and was disappointed completely with their service. They charge $90 an hour to do anything. They undid the wiring my husband had done to check my issue but then wanted to charge me to refix it. It was working fine and was not the issue I went in about. Had my car sit there for two weeks for parts to be told I had to find the part myself and bring it to them. They were done trying with my car. So I spent almost $150 for them to just look at it and not fix it. Will not be returning and there are so many other auto repair around choose a different one.

I was just driving through and had some mechanical issues with my van. Saddam was quick to diagnose my problem and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended. Honest people and fair prices

Just had my first experience with Cross Road Auto. I needed them to fix a problem I had from another shop. They passed with flying colors. They fixed the problem in record time. I got. Call and text to say car was ready. They discovered rear brakes needed replacing. That too fixed in record time and reasonably priced. When I showed up, they showed me the replaced pads without me asking. They beat estimated repair time and at a reasonable price.If this continues, I have found my shop.

I'm not sure where to start with this. Well after running over a concrete island the cast iron suspension knuckle was snapped. I was freaking out and knew this was going to be a expensive repair. Fearing the worst I took it here first since they were so good with my car inspection just months earlier. Shah walked me to my SUV and showed me all what was damaged and what needed to be fixed. Having a visual was super helpful with understanding everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the repair. Sajid at the counter was so very polite and he allowed Shah to drive us home and pick us up when the vehicle was ready. It's little extras like this that will make me come back in the future. I wish all businesses cared about its customer's like they do. If you are reading this guys thank you so, so much!!!!!

My transmission was making horrible noises and I was concerned about driving back to NC. I was a walk in customer and they took me right away. Shah was very professional. He took me into the bay and showed me the problem areas related to my oil pan and trans cooler lines. I appreciate the time he took to educate me. He even advised me to talk with my mechanic at home about replacing the lines rather than keep paying for quick fixes. I highly recommend Cross Road Auto.

Less than 1 star went to try to get my inspection the guy at the front desk ignored me. While he was on a personal call smh. The phone rings and it was top priority to him. Then told me to hold on a sec and went back to his personal call after 5 mins I walked out to the shop on 208 called Doc. My thing is we don t need you the business need us.

Amazing auto shop that cares! I rolled into this shop out of desperation. My check engine light had come on and all power to my car was gone. Shah quickly assessed my car, and fixed the problem. In addition, he didn t just fix it and throw me a bill. He showed me the problem, explaining why it was an issue along with the steps of how to fix it. I greatly appreciated the visual. Prices and wait time were very reasonable. Several days later I had another issue that was unrelated to the first. He quickly took care of the issue. It was minor. A hose had popped off. He would not accept payment for fixing the hose. I felt like he needed to be payed for his time. He still declined. It was that moment I realized he truly is in this business to help people. Everyone at the shop is kind and welcoming. We are thankful for the unexpected encounter, and will continue to use this shop in the future!

I've had my timing belt and all four tires done here. The customer service is amazing and they are always honest with me. When I had my timing belt done I was given a quote for brakes based on mileage. When I took the car in for tires and brakes, Marcus said my brakes were still in good shape so it saved me a few hundred. Marcus always goes above and beyond. I was out of state about a month after four new tires were put on and ran over a nail. It couldn't be patched and I was an hour from another All Tune. Marcus paid for my tire over the phone even though I went somewhere else and they paid an extra 15 bucks so I could have the tire the same day! I've never heard of such amazing customer service. Thank you!

My first experience with this store and the management was just so relieving.My 2003 Subaru impreza had been broken down in my driveway for about eight months, noone could tell me what was wrong with it; until I took it to this location. Within less than 24 hours they got back to be with the diagnosics, and a very reasonable price which they later lowered because they were able to find cheaper parts. The timing belt was missing nine teeth, which was why my car couldn't get out of starting up and staling out. They than got the work done within an additional twenty four hours, and I had my car back.Marcus Jackson the store manager was incredibly helpful, and the staff overall were so kind. Now I have the perfect place to take my vehicle and its great weight off the back. Highly recommended 10\10

This place is by far the BEST in the region for foreign and domestic car repair. I won't go any place else and I recommend/refer everyone I know to them. The entire staff is wonderful, and Shah is an automotive genius! You can't beat them for expertise and value. They DO NOT try to up-sale or do unnecessary work.

Don t let them order your parts!! My son ended up paying 90 bucks for a part that is only 25 bucks online plus another 5 bucks to ship to our house. Plus the cost of the inspection, so over 100 bucks. Mind you he got a state inspection last year here with the same issue they failed his inspection for this year. Scamming people out of money knowing most people will do and pay whatever needs be to get their car in shape to pass inspection.

They have always been very nice and professional. If they cannot get to your vehicle they will let you know of a time they will and not just let you sit there waiting. Took my vehicle in due to some electrical issues. This was my first visit and my mechanic was Shah. Bar none, this was the most honest, integrity-based experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Shah took time and care to assess the condition of my car and included me every step of the way! I plan to bring my other vehicles here when the need arises.

I own a SUV which was making some noise particularly when I pressed gas and turned at the same time to best of my understanding. When it went on for several months, I took my car to my dealer who claimed to do something and charged me (I forget how much). The noise persisted. They did something else and charged me $30. The noise still persisted. This time around my dealer offered the solution of changing the whole Manifold Exhaust Assembly along with the catalytic converter. The total charges were exorbitant. I was suggested to contact Cross Road Auto Repair @ 5700 Salem Run Blvd. Fredericksburg, VA. The mechanic there took me along on a drive on my car and listened to the noise. He put my car up on the pedestal and after detailed examination explained to me the problem. They clearly told me that the scared that my dealer put me into was unwarranted. Cross Road Auto also told me the options available and what I should be observing in the performance of my car henceforth and when, if necessary, I should bring my car into Cross Road Auto. I spent more than a hour at their facility for absolutely no charge and came out with a peace of mind. The manager Saj (Sajid) is gem of a person and so is his mechanic. I was under the impression that these economic Auto Shops are ramshackle of a place with dingy facilities. I was pleasantly surprised that Cross Road Auto Repair has excellent waiting facility, clean location, well lighted and excellent seating arrangement comparable any day to my dealer shop of a well known Japanese brand. I'd whole heartedly recommend Cross Road Auto Repair to anybody and everybody. I've nothing but appreciation for them.

Cross Roads is a great auto repair center. Everytime I have an issue I go their. They are efficient, quick and check everything to make sure you good to go. Took my daughters car there too. Same great services. Highly recommend their services!!!

Been there twice for the same problem. 1st they said thermostat problem $150 fix. A week later same problem but due to my schedule i had to wait to go back. When i did this time it was a different problem giving me the same effect (over heating). Now im thinking they just charged me 150 for a problem that did not exist but due to convince of being so close i didn't go elsewhere. I was quoted $168 for a part (dealer part) $80 something for labor. When i said to much cant do they dropped the labor to $54. Called the dealer myself and they told me the part was $107 $61 cheaper then told. So i dropped of car Sat morning before they opened at 7 and left key in drop box. Called at 2pm to check on process and they didnt even start because they couldn't find key. Was put on hold for 10 mins and they found key in drop box and said car would be done now on Monday. Long story short my car wasn't ready til Tuesday night at 6pm. Labor went from $80 to $50 to 500 because the job was bigger then they expected but know 1 told me. It became very apparent that some of the mechanics there do jobs under the table charging what they want and pocketing the $. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED and thats the shirt story

Amazing service! Went to a previous shop and got a diagnosis - quoted me about $800-900 for a failed compressor. Came here and found out the diagnosis was wrong. It was an electrical problem that they were able to fix in about 20 min!Will definitely come back again!!

Great customer service! Comfortable waiting area. (TV, coffee, Wi-Fi). Took the time to help me understand my repair without trying to "sell" me more than I needed. They've earned my business. The tech known as V-Dub is the reason I keep coming back.

Finds work not necessary during inspection for upsale. Failed all three different cars in the family. Goes for wipers if he can't find anything which are less than a year old btw, bushings that show cracks but are perfectly functional and a damp rear brake cylinder that just needed the line tightened more. I've been 25year ase mechanic. Lol

Best shop in town. Friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable people working in the shop. Been going to them since he was at the stafford shell. 15 years or more of these guys taking care of my cars.Thank you for all the years of working on my vehicle's

I did an inspection and they charged me 800 bucks for the problems they created. This is my first car and now it sounds like old and broken which never happened before I sent it to this shop. Don't EVER come HERE!!

This is one of the worst garages I have ever been to.. this place is a big scam.. they failed my inspection.. after having a mechanic fix everything, they then told me that it was done wrong.. they failed me again...
