Couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience with Corbin's. Worked to get me a great price on the work I was looking to have done, and they even found an issue that evidently has been there since my RV left the factory floor and corrected it for me.Will definitely be returning for any future work I need to have done to our RV. Love to support a small business however/whenever I can, especially one that actually shows that they care for your business!

Bring your business here! As a medical professional who travels as part of her practice, Corbin s accommodated my limited schedule and allowed me to get in and out in one day with all the repairs I needed to be done. They coordinated with me beautifully, were very understanding, and provided me with a place to work while the repairs were done. I have taken my RV elsewhere before, but no longer. The staff at Corbin s RV are down to earth and made me feel like family. Thank you Corbin s RV. You do not disappoint.

When our motor home's check engine light came on and we needed service, Corbin's was the first and only rv service company in Fredericksburg to reply to our calls. They got us in that day and quickly diagnosed the issues and began repairs. As soon as a needed part came in the next day, it was installed. We were soon back on the road.

Vehicle: 2012 WINNEBAGO VISTA SERIESLoss Date: 8/11/2021Several years ago our motorhome was towed to Corbins RV for repairs. They have received a payment from the insurance company for a little over $8000.00. At this point we have been advised that they are still having ongoing issues with the Ford V10 and related computer. Multiple attempts to get status updates have lead to multiple failed responses and still no repairs. Why?

We were traveling through on a 9 month trip from Alaska. Our generator failed and we needed to find someone to look at it in a timely manner. Corbin's said bring it in at 8am tomorrow. They found broken parts. Ordered them overnight. Fixed next day and on our way. Hats off to you guys!!! Thank You so much for getting us back on the road. Cheers!!Lance and Tammy

My wife and I took our RV into Corbin's for consignment. We didn't go look at the business first, which we should have and regret. The place looks pretty rough. Race cars in the garage getting worked on instead of campers. Too many vehicles parked like a junk yard. And the store is disorganized with no prices marked. The back half of the store is really just a spot for the big dogs that live there. We wanted to sell quickly, so we set a low asking price. Corbin's posted a very weak ad on RV Trader, but it wasn't cheap! The pictures they took were low quality and the description wasn't great. They recommended that I pay for a systems check, because that would give potential buyers confidence that everything works. They took my money but never did the check. I asked for the results numerous times, and they claimed that they did the check but didn't write anything down. Now how does that make potential buyers more confident? It doesn't. I think that Corbins most likely stole my money and didn't do a check, quite the scam. After not liking the description on their website or RV Trader, I emailed them a better description which they posted for us. It didn't help much. We seemed to get more interest ourselves off of Craigslist than they got advertising it. After sitting on their lot, the frame and hitch rusted and needed painted. I asked for a quote for them to fix it, but they never gave me one so I drove down and painted it myself. I sent a few potential buyers to look at the RV. After they visited Corbins, they backed out. One couple even lost a non-refundable $500 deposit. No one at Corbin's could tell me why they left, because they let the customer go out to view the RV completely by themselves. Nobody bothered to check on them or to actually sell the RV. Next thing they knew, the people walked away and left. After a few months and several missed opportunities, I emailed Mike and Janice my 30 day notice and asked for my money back for the systems check. Mike quickly called me and flipped out on the phone. He screamed and cussed and told me that I needed to pick it up the next morning. So much for the "required" 30 day notice. I took time off work and picked it up the next day. I had to scramble to find a place to park it. The tire pressure was low so we had to stop and add air. Corbins did sign a paper (that I drafted) that let us out of the contract. I didn't get a refund for the systems check.I had to fix a lot after getting the RV back. The thermostat wouldn't power up at all. I eventually figured out why. They unwired my furnace (pictures attached) out of spite! This is the biggest reason for the one-star review. If they would have cut the wires, I would have called the police and reported it. They were smart enough to just yank out the wires from the wire nuts. Also, the batteries went dead and needed replaced. For some reason they had turned off the solar charger. The propane tanks had been disconnected from the lines for a long period of time so the auto-switchover regulator went bad and needed replaced. The generator hadn't been ran, so it kept shutting down and giving carburetor error codes. I had to run an entire tank of gas with carb cleaner through it for around 18 hours to get it working again. My wife and I fixed all the issues and damage caused by Mike and his crew and put the RV back on the market. It sold in two days.If you are thinking about selling an RV here, be careful. If you are a potential buyer, please don't hold the actions of this place against the RV owners. It's not their fault.

Brian and techs were absolutely fantastic in getting our broken slide out repaired with a new rail kit and getting our generator online all in one day. Kept us up to date with all the work he had shop performing and worked with warranty company to get claim through. I've recommended Corbin's RV to all my fellow RV'ers on social media. Thank you Brian and all the great staff at Corbin's. All the best over holidays and Happy New Year.

We were driving from NC back to NY when we experienced brake issues with our RV. We called around and another business recommended Corbin s RV to us. I called and Mike, the owner, put as as a priority and got us all fixed up and back on the road again in less than 24 hours! That was even with having to have some parts shipped in overnight. Everyone was very helpful and took good care of us and our dogs. Thank you Corbin s for your help!Service: Brakes

After having our brand new generator with 8 hrs blow a fan belt and stopped working. Also the dash a/c had not worked properly since we took delivery in Nov 2021.Brian and his guys did a great job at getting us in. Most shops could not get us appointment for months. Dropped the RV off 2 1/2 weeks after I talked to him. Had the dash a/c repaired in one day and the generator repair and we picked up on day 4. Experience was pleasant and great communication.Service: Air conditioning

Dropped off my unit for repairs. The services were were quite a few and diversified. The ticket was quite a bit more than was predicted and quoted and I did have issues after I left. The team did get me right back in and got everything repaired before I left for a two week cross country. We had no issues with the unit on our trip. Thank you.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Was traveling from FL to New England for 3 week vacation and had to use emergency exit window on 2nd day. Window came completely off and could not get it back on. We called a couple of major dealers and were told we could drop off the unit and it would be a few days before they would even look at it. Called Corbin's at 4:00pm and got appt for 9:00am next day. Got there at 9:15 and window was replaced in 90 min. Staff was very courteous and tech was very professional. Was told they make a point of having time set aside each day for travelers.

Had an excellent experience with Corbin s RV Sales and Service. Took my motor home in to be sold on consignment. During the check up, leaks were found in roof. Corbin s called me to come inspect the damage. There was extensive water damage underneath the roof. It was obvious the roof underlayment needed to be replaced along with the roof.No way it could have been sold without the repair. Repair completed in about two weeks. Motor home pictures placed on Corbin s web page. Two offers in the first week, but lowball prices. Second offer by one of original prospective buyers resulted in sale. Corbin s kept me informed on the offers.Sale was completed within about three weeks of motor home going on market. Negotiated price was satisfactory and I was pleased with price and very pleased with the fast sale.Corbin s performed several repairs to the motor home over several years and I was always satisfied with repairs and prices.

Quality service at a reasonable price. I had part of the rear panel rebuilt as well as rebuilding fore and aft of the roof - getting a full PVC roof replacement. The work was timely and well crafted. I was able to stop by any time I desired, and photograph and review the progress. Job well done.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I m a full time RV er and Bryan was very accommodating. Bryan contacted me every step of the way to inform me of all parts ordered. My RV was dropped of at Corbins at 8am and the mechanic got on the task very quickly. Got the call less than 4 hours later that my RV was ready for pick up. I will be a life long customer of Corbins RV.

I called a couple times in the week preceding my visit and spoke to Brian B. in the Service Dept about scheduling a winterization for my travel trailer & he facilitated the best time and date to do so that it could be done same day. Drop-off was easy and all questions asked were answered completely by him. Brian K. from the Parts Dept met me in the parking lot when dropping it off and established a conversation about the trailer, and with only a couple of months experience of me using it he provided several great tips about operation and maintenance of the unit which were greatly appreciated. Being a novice, I did not want to try to undertake doing my own winterization despite my manufacturer providing how to do so; as I feared missing one component would result in a bigger problem come Spring time after Winter freezes. The trailer was completed on time and when picking it up Brian K provided some additional insight that he had thought of during my absence; again much appreciated. Both Brian's provided excellent customer service and I would certainly return to this business for my future RV service or parts needs.

I had a Refrigerator issue while staying in Colonial Beach VA, I called among others Corbin's RV on a Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day. They were very friendly and helpful at Corbin's and managed to order me a new refrigerator and install it within 3 days. The communication and service was really great, and I would definitely recommend Corbin's RV - 10 / 10 with a gold star

Hope to never do business with Corbin's again (Sarcasm)... But if I decide to wreck another RV or maybe rip another ladder off the side, I will definitely be taking it here. I know no one plans to have an accident, but they know all too well that things happen and were very reassuring that just about anything could be fixed. Big thanks to Brian and all the others involved with the repair. Great people and highly recommended.

This business misplaced a power cord in November 2018 when our RV was being fixed. The next time that the RV was used was July 3 - July 7, 2019. When I set up my RV at the campground in Virginia Beach on July 3 I saw that there was no power cord in the locked compartment. In order to get the RV setup, I needed to purchase a new power cord as soon as possible as it was also 100 degrees outside. I stopped by Corbin's RV to request a reimbursement of $248.00 for the power cord that their team replaced and they refused. They blamed it on someone breaking in while it was stored however, NOTHING else is missing. Doubtful. I supposedly spoke with the owner Michael Corbin. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $248.00. Apparently, customer service is not their thing.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. While driving to Florida, our RV lost almost all braking power on I95 south near Fredericksburg. Being from out of state we had no idea who to call. We found Corbin's number online and spoke to Jeff, who diagnosed our problem right away. We slowly made our way over, and they took really great care of us. Everyone was extremely friendly, and they went out of their way to accommodate us during a frustrating situation. They were very knowledgeable and got us back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks again to Jeff, Mike, and Chris for some outstanding southern hospitality.

Awesome service!! We went there for an emergency issue in our motorhome while driving south, and they took us right in. They were veryunderstanding and accommodating to our immediate concern. In a few hours, our toilet was fixed and we were on our way to continue our summer vacation. Great service, and really cute dogs that hang out with you while you're waiting.

My wife and I are wanting to upgrade from our Class C to an A. I have been working with the staff at Corbin's RV for weeks now, and have had a great experience with all the staff, especially Michael the salesman. We are still undecided as of today on the upgrade, but our experience makes us much more likely to make the decision, and purchase the consigned RV from Corbin.

One star is way more than these guys deserve!! Stay away!! These guys are scam artists. No one in the building knows what's going on. Any questions you ask will have several different answers. Your bill will be higher every time you check. We found the parts at half of what they were charging and this caused the owner, Mike Corbin to start yelling and talking to us in a way that just blew my mind. I'm the customer and you're yelling at me? This should be no surprise though, the owners son (Mike Jr.) will tell you to your face that "the customer is rarely right in this business" and he will "stand behind that". They found a way to slip the money we saved on the parts back into the bill by jacking up the labor costs and charging you for things they said there would be no charge for.. They do work you do not authorize, their shop looks like a junk store. The owner will yell at you, talk over you, interrupt you, treat you with absolutely no respect. If they tell you they will call you back, don't hold your breath. If they tell you they will meet you at a certain time forget it, they will be 45 minutes late. Your vehicle will not be ready when they say it will, the first time, the second time or the third time. They charged us $20 for caulk and two hours labor to caulk seven little windows. Labor is $125 and hour and this guy is angry that we saved on the parts. They will tell you they are doing things for free and then they show up on the bill. These guys are as dishonest as they come. Oh and by the way their huge dog will jump all over you when you come in the door and the other one will growl at you.If you want to be treated with total disrespect, price gouged, lied to, and scammed by a totally unprofessional business go to Corbin's RV, you won't be disappointed on any count. I'll update this once I get a chance to check out my rv. I fully expect to have to take these guys to court for doing a crap job.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER/MECHANIC!1 star they do not deserve, had to, so I could post this!I ve known this Mike Corbin and family/crew for nearly 30 years. There was a time I would ve recommended this man and business with no holding back. At one time he was the most honest mechanic and business man you could have found. My, how some people change. People and things change. Some for good, some, for the bad. That all changed when me and my wife bought a used motorhome from these people. We paid NADA value for something that was not anywhere near a true value. I had just about died, on my way to see Jesus, the month prior to this rip off starting, I started hemorrhaging. I was in ICU for 6 .5 days, and took over 13 units of blood, 5 frozen plasmas, and 3 or 4 platelets, and I do not know what else happened to me for 4 of those days.We had looked at another motor home, prior to me being in the hospital. I use to talk to Mike from time to time, and we fished together from time to time, and after I got out of the hospital I talked to Mike a few times, and he said he had something that fit about what we were looking for, and we went to his place and took a test ride in what we had talked about, the motor home we ended up buying. This was a diesel motor and generator. We were told that they had taken care of this motorhome for over 7 years. After we finally received this motorhome we found out the hard way that we were lied to from the very start. It took a long time to get the title. I asked for a copy of all the work they had done for those 7 years. It was one excuse after another, never produced the history I was asking for. The computers were always down when I asked for a copy of the history. The oil was down 3.5 gallons, and we had to pay for over a $650.00 with all filters replaced and new oil. This turned into a nightmare! The starter solenoid was bad. We were told all of the tires were replaced w/in the 6 months prior to our buying this nightmare. The tires were so dry rotted, one of the 4 rear tires was flat, and we had to replace all 6 tires. We took it for a good checkup at another business, and spent nearly $3,000.00 more. By the time we were getting this Junker ready to try to go somewhere, we spent over $7,000.00.I sold it with a clean mind that everything was working when I sold it. The man that bought it had a RV man check it out real well, a real long test drive, and at that time everything checked out good. On the man s first trip the generator went bad, remember diesel, very expensive! He got that fixed and went on another trip, and the radiator went bad. That cost big bucks to have those problems fixed. NADA guide that we paid for this said everything should work great and look like new. This motor home had so many things that were bad, or going bad, that we realized we were played for fools.I would highly recommend staying away from this place, as they don t mind lying to you at all. Don t fall for the religious lies. Whenever I talked to anyone to have Mike call me, he never did. His wife, brother, son, and all do not mind about lying to you. I know he now has a big place in Fredericksburg. Drive as fast as you can past this place, they are really great liars. No one should trust Corbin s RV! Buy used RV s from private people, or go to a dealer that sells new and used RV s that have been traded in. The ones that Corbin's get are Junkers that reputable dealers don't want because they are in bad shape. Corbin s carries the junk the real dealers won t keep on their lots! If he is willing to screw up a nearly 30 year friendship like he did me, think of how bad he will screw a stranger.Go to a real dealer, and save yourself a BAD DEAL with this place called Corbin s RV. You will be doing yourself a real favor, and you'll save yourself a lot of money and heartache!Go buy from a private owner, or a reputable RV dealer!

Had not broken down before, and on our way from FL to NY, we developed an air suspension problem. Cannot say enough good things about how well we were treated and how EXCELLENT the repair work was completed. Thank you, Mike and Mrs. Corbin, and the crew at Corbin's. May the only trouble and mischief you encounter always have four legs.

Very happy with our service. We were just passing through and only had a day to spare. We called SEVERAL shops who said they were booked 2-3 weeks out and couldn t fit us in now. After explaining our situation, Corbin's said bring our RV in and they'll see what they can do. They worked us in. At first it appeared we needed a part they couldn't get until the next day (total cost would be $400 +), and we said go ahead and order it. Next day that didn't fix it and the technician did a little tweeking and got our fridge to working. He realized the problem may not have been our part, so he put our old part back in and everything worked! Since they didn't keep the new part in the RV, they didn't charge us. Final bill: $200 +.Someone wrote a comment complaining about the "big dog that jumped up on them" ... well, there is a big dog there, but he's like a big ol' teddy bear. VERY friendly. He came to greet us, but just nuzzled us wanting to be petted, and then walked back to his bed ... definitely not a "jumper."Some complained about the cost ... I guess it would depend on what you're used to. We're from a small town in the panhandle of Florida, and perhaps it was a little high for what we're used to. But, considering how close we are to DC, where EVERYTHING is sky high, and the instantaneous service we got, it was well worth the cost.Someone complained that the work area was dirty. Ummm ... hello. It's a GARAGE. They work on dirty, greasy things.Nothing personal, but we hope to not come back (since that would mean we're having issues, again), but if we lived in the area Corbin's would DEFINITELY be our go to place for maintaining our RV. Highly recommended to locals and travelers alike.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. I had a problem with the hinges on my RV entry door other RV repair centers wanted me to scrap the entire door and spend $800.00 to replace a $8.00 part But Mike found the part for me. Great effort on his part I'm highly recommending Mike at Corbin's rv center. Thanks Mike.
