Great experience. Ryan was wonderful. I had gone to another establishment and it took over 2 hrs for an oil change. Ryan did my state inspection in a timely manner. Highly recommend requesting Ryan for any of your auto needs!

Had my 4Runner inspected here. Carl at the desk was awesome and we shot the breeze about bikes and cars while we got it set up. These guys are awesome and I wish I found them before I had to move to NC! I ll definitely be back if I need to and I ll refer everyone I can with trucks. Also got a cool keychain from them!

Great Service !! I came in for a safety inspection on my Ford F-150 and they noticed and fixed a vacuum hose and cleaned my battery terminals at no charge. Now that is the first time I had an inspection without someone trying to nickel and dime me for minor repairs. They now have me as a customer and I strongly recommend these guys and the customer service lady at the front desk. Very sharp and knowledgeable. I am very impressed..5//5/2021 Just had my F150 Lowered and Leveled. These guys are excellent, professional and prompt. They are super smart and performed the work to a T.. Only place I will be taking my vehicle.Len

I can't say enough about the amazing service I've experienced at Coop's Auto. They are honest and their prices are very reasonable. Toyota wanted to charge me 450.00 for a drive belt, belt is only 40.00. Dan charged me like 1/3 of that and Carlton is awesome. If you need your car worked on, take it to Coop's. I called around pricing a specific repair. Coop's had the best price plus guaranteed they'd use a quality part from a specific manufacturer. Called them back the next day, and they said to bring it in at opening the following day, and they'd try to fit it in. Brought it in � after opening. Just after 10:00AM that day Coop's called me to pick up the vehicle as it was ready. Fast and accurate and quality. I'll be back.

My previous mechanic of over 35 years recently retired and closed his shop. I'm a dream customer for a repair shop. I keep 4 vehicles on the road for my family. I spend about $400 average per month in maintenance and repairs.I really wanted to like Coop's and make them my new repair shop, but I had some really disappointing experiences.After performing a state inspection on two of my vehicles without issue, they stopped accepting my appointments for "next day" inspections, and would only book for state inspections two weeks out.They performed an oil change and without disclosing beforehand - they used an additive and increased the price by $20.They tightened the oil drain plug so much I could not remove it with an impact gun.One of my cars needed a warranty repair and Coop's refused to do the work. I inquired why and was told I'd get a call back to explain, but I never got the call. I had to pay to get it towed to another shop.Bottom line - be careful dealing with this shop. I just moved down to VA and had car problems within two weeks! Finding a trustworthy auto repair shop for a woman is ALWAYS next to impossible except in this case. Justin was wonderful on the phone and just as nice when I came into the shop, where he introduced me to the manager Kevin who, through his knowledge and experience with cars, made me feel comfortable almost immediately. My car is running perfectly now and at a much more reasonable price than I would have paid in CT that's for sure!!! I give this shop as many thumbs up as you can give!

Coops Auto Repair was fantastic. Dan was very professional and friendly as well the other staff. I decided to replace a motor and fix my exhaust on my vehicle. She's running beautifully. They are very friendly and so quick!! I got an oil change and a state inspection and was prepared to wait there for an hour but they had me in and out in under 30 mins. I would definitely recommend them. I needed an inspection, and of course something needed to be fixed. Not only did they find me a less expensive replacement part, but the estimate was right on the money with final costs. It took a little longer than expected, but when they realized I didn t have another vehicle for the weekend (and I had to work), they got the work done on a Friday afternoon. Everyone there is so nice and they explain everything. I highly recommend them for any car repairs!!! Definitely a five star experience!

Coops staff and quality of work is above reproach. Super upfront and honest. My vehicles alternator went out and with a quick diagnosis they were able to give me a few options on what could and needed to be done to get me and my family back on the road safe again! Thank you to all the staff for an outstanding experience.

Really wonderful service! I had a flat tire from a screw and they were able to fix it within 20 minutes for $15. The guys were good-humored and informative. I've been looking for an honest, local auto shop and I'll be coming back for oil changes, etc. in the future! Thanks!

Well just figure out my inspection was due, last day of the month. But arrived at Coop early before opening. They arrived and explained that it will be a while. But they got me done early and car inspected. The customer service is nothing but outstanding, another great experience at Coops. If you want honesty and great service. This is where you need to go. So grateful for the honesty and kindness of this shop! I took my vehicle in for something that I thought was going to be an incredibly costly repair and instead they told me it was a decently cheap part and a little bit of labor.Dan was my mechanic and kept me in the loop with the whole process and Aliks was super welcoming from the second I walked through the door to the minute I left.There isn t a chance I will use any shop other than Coop s.

The experience I had here was all around fantastic. I brought my car in and told them what my issues was after already being quoted over $400 by a different shop and they immediately took a look at my car to not only let me know what was wrong but that I could be fixed for less than half of that price. While my car was in service the kept me updated during the whole process instead of leaving me to wonder for hours in the waiting room and I was also accompanied by there front desk attendants that had a level of knowledge that would be expected from a mechanic. Everything from the customer service to me hearing the way they treated every guest like it was there only customer wasnt something I was used to from an auto shop but coops gave the whole experience they aren't there for there wallets they are there to make sure you on the road safely and efficiently and there level of service shows it. I would reccomend the shop for literally all of your cars needs.

Very friendly and honest shop. I have had a tow hitch, custom wheels and tires and state inspections performed here. They get you in quick good prices and quality work. Highly recommend and Saturday hours work for me.

Great service and pricing. Tech removed my tire in bay and rolled tire into lobby to explain how tire was wearing so that I could make an informed decision. Also, he let me know that my front brake pads were worn and needed replacement very soon. Tech replaced pads on schedule and I was on the road back to Woodbridge. This inspection and repair saves me money and gave me confidence to take my trip to South Carolina and back over the weekend.

I took my vehicle in here for no air coming out of the vents and I am not a mechanic but recharging my system would not and did not fix that issue. I unfortunately then had someone get upset with me because I called you guys at 715 when I was told my vehicle would be ready the next morning. I guess the person who answered 15 minutes after you guys started was not happy about receiving a call that early. On top of all that I got it back with some of my wires that were disconnected never reconnected. It is a shame that this place is really convenient for where it s located but I will never be able to trust the work done here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

We where traveling home when we had a U-joint that went bad. So we called coops an Brad said bring it in an they would give it a look. They got us right in a fixed our truck. They got us back on the road in no time. Brad an everyone was nice. Quick service. Would recommend them.

My first time there. I had a state inspection done on my car. The staff was fast and efficient. Kelly, at the front counter, was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just seemed to really enjoy her job. I will definitely be back in the future.

As someone who has worked in the Automotive Industry for 18+ years I have to say that The Coop's Team is awesome!! They installed a 6" lift on my truck and they did a great job. Excellent customer service, great communication and fair pricing. I will be bringing my truck back for all my service needs and wants!

I dropped by for a state inspection. Stacy was very efficient and had my car ready within the hour. The shop was clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be back for maintenance services when the time comes. Prices are very fair!

This business is awesome. New to the area and needed a state inspection for one of my cars. Called them and decided to give it a try. Perfect timing and took car right back for inspection. Found a light was on and performed diagnostics. Once reset light cleared. They didn t charge me for the diagnostics. They were friendly and professional. They're super friendly and really good priced! My inspection was $16 and they told me exactly what I should keep an eye on and how to keep check of specific things. They're really helpful with questions and will do what you need for the best price!!

This shop is awesome. I am someone who does my own mechanic work, but if I don't have the time, it comes here. Extremely hard to find an honest and affordable mechanic shop these days.

Coops Auto Repair has the most knowledgeable mechanics and customer service oriented staff out of all of the auto repair shops and dealerships that I have taken my vehicles to over the years. They do not take advantage of their customers, are up front and honest, have extremely fair pricing and have never pushed me for unnecessary repairs...unlike the place that I took my car to before Coop's who told me that my cabin air filter needed to be replaced and 2 other "replacements" similar to that, (which I had just had done within the past 4 months, so it was impossible that it needed to be done again.) Honestly, there is no other place like Coop's that I have found in 22 years. I will not be taking my vehicles to any other place from now on. With my most recent car breakdown, I dealt with Trey who was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Coop's Auto Repair.
