Jeff Stembaugh is the BEST tow truck driver ever! His truck is clean with a nice neutral scent in the cabin. This really matters, as I am wearing a white outfit! My outfit is still spotless even though he dropped me off at the dealership a few minutes ago! Jeff is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and an expert with decades of experience. He takes pride in his work and it shows. // The Coleman dispatcher was of equal caliber, helpful, and a great problem solver who corrected several errors (incorrect information received from my insurance company)! They cared enough to take the time to verify the data they received. Excellent customer service! Thanks a million!

Coleman Towing was something unexpected in terms of providing prompt service ( w/o) the usual 2hr plus waiting for service tow. Prior to John's arrival I received location updates and phone calls in real time which gave me hope. John is by far the most professional Tow Driver I've met. Called around for someone to tow my car back home from a service repair shop.The gentleman was friendly and professional. They retrieved the keys and car, brought the car to my home at the estimated time, and were professional throughout the whole process.They even parked the car at the place I had asked them to.I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism we received.

I have used Coleman s before the drivers are always respectful and Patient. When calling customer service, it is always a good experience very professional and courteous. Coleman s is the number one towing service and my book very appreciated and thankful for their services.

I am so thankful and blessed to have count on you and this amazing company and my tow driver tonight. I was my son s first snow driving experience and with the snow we had tonight he lost control of his car but Thank God nothing really happened. I am so thankful the police came quick to check on them and my GEICO definitely works with the best companies. I would recommend Coleman s to everyone I know. You were my blessing today. Coleman s is amazing and the drivers are always great to talk to and make the whole process a lot easier. Lewis was fantastic and took great care of my car today after it blew 2 tires. Update 2024.We are still receiving the great service from Coleman. As always highly recommend this towing service! Driver John goes above and beyond and turns on a dime.Lisa with Coleman is always very helpful and accommodating.They are very busy, but put their customers first. I always recommend them to friends and family. Had an incident where I stopped to help a car that just had an accident on 95N in Stafford. The couple was getting married that weekend and all their items were in their very damaged vehicle. After getting them situated and was allowed to suggest a tow company, per the Virginia State Police, they went with my suggestion of Coleman. Coleman was out there very fast, safety was at a priority and they got the job done quickly. Amazing company! Knowledgeable, quick, and fairly priced. We had a trailer loaded with 45k worth or product that had half of the landing gear sunk into the ground, and jacked the trailer up on to 2 outside tires. Coleman's was able to PU with one pull!Corey was our Tow Tech, he was great. Looked for potential issues before executing the lift, he kindly took off the glad hands to prevent damage.Well Done Folks! Would highly recommend!

Went through my insurance & needed a tow for my Extremely Low Subaru. Jeff was the guy they sent me & I gotta say 10/10. He was extremely friendly & took extra precautions to make sure my car got loaded & unloaded without damage. If I ever need another tow this is the company I ll be using 100%

Coleman just came and picked up my son's truck to get repaired. I was so impressed with the way they handled his truck. They treated it as it was a baby. I really appreciate the care you took with loading his truck. If you ever need a towing company call Coleman and you won't have to worry about how your vehicle is being treated. If I could give them 10 stars I would.... Kudos to Coleman guys.

John showed up quickly and was professional and efficient. He was kind and had a great attitude. Definitely helped turn a not fun situation around quickly. If you get stuck and need a tow, he s the guy you want to show up! The tow truck was immaculate and comfortable to ride in also which was a nice plus! Thanks, John!

In the middle of a 12 Hour drive back to my home in North Carolina, my transmission blew.(Though I didn t know it at the time). I was able to limp it off 95, and it died in the driveway of a jiffy Mart or some thing. I was panicked and afraid, didn t seem like the best area, and what is wrong with my car?!Geico dispatched this tow company, and I am ever so grateful! The driver/technician, Wade, arrived clean and with a big smile on his face, so friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient with me! His truck and equipment were also very clean. He got under my car, told me nothing was leaking or wet, so that was good. He pointed out a little damage spot that I hadn t seen heretofore, so that I wouldn t think it was the tow the damaged it.He said, let s get your bags out of the car, carried my suitcases, put them up in the truck helped me into the truck, and we were on our way. He handles his truck with precision, and expertise. Conversation was very easy, and so enjoyable.He got me over to the Chevy dealer, carried my bags again from the back of the parking lot all the way into the office. I can t say enough good things about this gentleman, I really felt God s presence in the situation. He confirmed I was OK, then went on his way.I highly recommend this company! They were sure to keep me updated on their arrival time, and then sent an angel to help me! Wade s work ethic, and demeanor are stellar! I hope Coleman understands the value of this employee and compensate him well! Thank you Wade, and Coleman s! It was truly a blessing! #prayingwithstrangers

I own Iron Pig Off Road in Fredericksburg and we had purchased a new piece of equipment that was too large to move with our forklift. After several days of trying to find a suitable forklift or rigging company to handle the job we contacted Coleman Towing. They came out right away and got the job done quickly and professionally. Great problem solvers and without a doubt the crew I want handling my next tow.

Wayne was very understanding and respectful. I had originally scheduled for 4 and he had no problem coming later in the day. You can tell he takes pride in his work and does things the right way. My wife's vehicle got towed here after an accident and within 48 hours they had already filed an abandoned vehicle lien with the Virginia DMV in an attempt to take possession of her vehicle. This was even after being contacted by insurance adjusters to get the vehicle moved to a mechanics shop for repair estimates. -03/24/2023 Update- After getting clarification about what happened, I have changed my review because the issue was caused by a lack of communications on the part of the participating insurance company adjusters and them taking a very long time to get in touch with the staff at Coleman Towing. This has been resolved and I would recommend Coleman Towing for your towing needs. I also want to add that they also have really good customer service and if something is not satisfactory, they will definitely try to make it right.Service: Car towing

Got car towed to last night because check engine was on and flashing. Was told by GEICO would be 2 hours before driver would arrive. Driver arrived in less than 45 minutes. While this business is in Fredericksburg the company was able to come to me and my vehicle.The driver kept the lines of communication open the whole time so we were able to coordinate meeting and dropping the car off for repairs. I truly appreciate their customer service especially on a busy Sunday I would recommend this organization and the customer service of the owner to anyone friend family or colleague!!!!! I was broken down on a cold night and called and the person taking the call was very polite and helpful. The tow truck driver was very nice and arrived probably with 20-30 minutes. In late March 2023, our battery died, and Coleman Towing's technician arrived fast! The technician quickly set up the re-charge, and our problem was solved. We highly recommend Coleman Towing!
