I definitely wouldn t say I could recommend Charge Auto. They had my car for 8 days and never once called me on their own to give me any updates on my repairs. If I didn t initiate contact, it would be several days before hearing a single thing from them. I got my passenger locks fixed because they wouldn t lock but after Charge Auto repaired it, now the door will spontaneously NOT unlock (just stays locked) but only sometimes. Of course the manager says he will call me about it but never does. I ve tried to go in twice to get it repaired but the first time the car wasn t doing it and the second time the doors were wide open but not a soul was inside so I left a note at the front desk. Still have yet to hear anything from this business.

I called a week prior to making appointment. May the appointment, showed up, call before arriving and got no answer. Arrived at the address and noticed that there is a suite of businesses. There is also no suite number listed when you look at the website or try to search for the address.There is no sign to tell you which one belongs to charge auto center. I called twice sitting outside in the parking lot waiting for someone to tell me which door to go into for my appointment. No answer. I walked into one of the businesses, heard a door chime and no one came to the front so I guess I'll never know if I was in the right place or how good they are. Taking my business elsewhere. Congrats to those who had a different experience!
