Jorge is heaven sent!! Me and my husband walked in desperately needing a car and help! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Jorge! He went right to work with helping us find the best vehicle that fitted our needs! Jorge was honest and open with the financial side of things! I highly recommend this company and if you happen to get Jorge, he is the best!! All together we had a great experience with the staff, very friendly and professional!! I was able to walk away and hop in my car and I m very satisfied!! Top tier!!

We had a phenomenal experience with this car dealership. Joe went above and beyond with his service. Joe did excellent finding solutions to our problems in terms of cars and our budget. After finding a car that suited our needs we were transfered to the finance department. We were greeted by Chris who worked tirelessly with his knowledge and expertise to find us the very best rates from his panel of lenders. If i could give 100 stars i would but 5 is more than well deserved.. We look forward to doing business again in the future.Thank you so much.

All the staff that I dealt with were professional and just nice people! They were accommodating of what I needed and what I was looking for and they took the time to answer all questions. My 2 girls were with me and Laurie Page was so good with them and keeping them occupied so I could fill out paperwork! Doc was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. Joe was amazing at getting me a great deal on my vehicle and I couldn't be happier!

Got a great deal on my brand new Mercedes E-Class! Jordan was very informative and handled everything with enthusiasm and expertise! John helped crunch the numbers and make my payments fit in my monthly budget! If you are in need of a new vehicle.. pump the breaks on your search and you ll be happy to deal with the gentleman at Car City very pleased and looking to get my wife a car here as well next!

I purchased a nice 2016 Honda HRV and was helped out by Kayla. Her customer service was excellent and she answered all my questions. She helped me the entire time before I came in the store. She was honest and told me more than enough information about the vehicle I bought. Ask for Kayla!! 5/5!!

I have spoke with Kayla, Laurie and Kareem... Everyone has been super sweet and very attentive to my needs, a car for my mother and we had a checklist with a budget lol.The ladies, Kayla and Laurie kept in touch with me until I could get to Fredericksburg, an hour away, but hands down worth the drive for the experience. The cars were on point, clean and Kareem was very knowledgeable and honest, listened to our needs and made solid suggestions, a true sales person.I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I had the most simplest , helpful experience at Car City! Kareem was the most amazing car salesman ever .. he assisted me through the whole process, even insurance .I m greatly appreciative of his work ethic . Customer service at its finest! Kareem was very helpful when helping my family and I get into our next vehicle. I was looking for a car for two months. Couldn't get approved because of credit and no co signer. Kareem put me in any car I wanted with no hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend!!! Definitely love my new car and there's NOTHING bad I can say about this place. Ask for Kareem if you ever visit car City!

Highly recommend Car City. When I was there, I knew my credit wasn t necessarily the best but Finance really helped me. He was able to get me the car I preferred at a price I could do and since then I have referred some close friends of mine. Will definitely be returning if we are ever in need of another vehicle.

I went to Car City to look at a car for my son that I had seen online. When I got to the establishment I met Ms.Laurie Paige. This lady is amazing and kind. She went way beyond the scope of a car salesman She was honest and knowledgeable. She did everything that she could to sell me that car but there was an issue with the car and it didn t meet my expectations. I will surely go back because of Ms. Paige. Car City you have a gem in Ms. Paige.

I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle to go check-out Car City before making any final decision. Chris the owner is a man of his word. I was looking for a certain truck and Car City had something similar but not exactly what I wanted. While I was there, Chris the owner came out to speak with me. After a good conversation where he wrote down my needs and wants, I left thinking that my search for the truck I wanted was never going to end. I had been looking for over 6 months and test drove at least 15 trucks at many dealerships. Chris asked me to give him a couple days to find the truck I wanted and the very next day he texted me with a couple options. I chose one that seemed to be the exact color combination and options that I asked for and within a few days he called me to schedule an appointment to come in to see and drive the truck he brought in for me. All I can say is that I am a very happy boy. The truck was in great condition, drove perfectly and the financing he set up with his Finance guy Joe was better than my own credit union rate. I will recommend Car City to all my friends and family and I can tell everyone that for me, I got a first class experience with Car City.

Highly recommended. Kareem was the most helpful salesman I have ever done business with . Fast, easy and honest. I ve been purchasing vehicles for years and have never had a purchase as smooth and easy as I did today! Seriously . He was very nice & helpful. I m beyond grateful for he has done for my family and I. We drove away with the vehicle wanted! If I could leave 10 stars I would!

I recently had an amazing experience here. Jon Kirk was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient in helping me with my vehicle purchase. I ended up with practically everything on my wish list. 110% satisfied!
