I was on my way to leave for a 9 hour road trip that morning when my car's axle snapped. Sarah got me in queue right away, worked quickly to get it looked at, and notified me if parts were in stock. Thankfully they were. Because of their PROFESSIONALIM and EFFICIENCY, I was able to get back on the road and on my way after only around 2 hours given my situation! Thank you to the great team!

Came here to get a safety inspection for one car because of a great experience with the last manager I spoke to and the lady told me that one wasn t available until the end of December. That s fine but when I continued on because I wanted to schedule an oil change for my other car. She cut me off and said she was the owner before I could get 5 words in. Rude. The last manager I spoke to was so nice and friendly but I didn t see him. Took my business elsewhere to someone who let me explain myself without the attitude and the snobbiness. You should let people finish talking

Capitol Auto service got me right today. My check engine light came on and they told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. Needless to say I was very satisfied. Anything you need done to your vehicle I highly recommend you go to Capitol Auto Service.

Word of advice: if you re driving around town in your branded vehicle, you might want to drive with courtesy and if not that safely. The person driving in the truck with tags TWV-3341 first cut me off on a turn and then turned off dangerously off a turn without signaling almost causing another accident with another car not even a mile later. Super rude. There s and advertisement on the vehicle that says follow on Facebook and Google. Just doing what you asked. Be careful out there. Some people want to make it home. You may not the way you are driving!

EXCELLENT SERVICE and customer SERVICE !!! My truck was having electrical issues and I refereed by my dad and they did a diagnostic test and let me know in 2 hours and ordered the parts definitely will RecommendThem to anyone!!!!!!

The shop was clean and the service was fast and professional. I came in for a safety inspection because the Firestone across the street never has any availability for them. They got me in fast and I was so grateful since it was such a hot day.

I recently had a engine placed in my vehicle at capital auto services these guys are phenomenal mechanics and It took no time to place my engine in my vehicle 3 day Tops. Take it from the purple guy get all your work done here.
