I am utmost satisfied with the service that has been provided by this establishment. The owner is professional and will go out of his way to make sure the appropriate service is performed each time. The prices are more than reasonable and the quality is top-notch. I live in Alexandria, VA, but I will drive 35 miles, because I know my vehicle is in safe hands. I highly recommend this business!!!

I procrastinated and my vehicle desperately needed an oil change. I called Canelo s at 9:30 am on a Saturday and he was able to take me in at 11am. My experience was awesome! Felipe was very friendly and polite. We chatted about soccer as my vehicle was being serviced. The appointment was quick, efficient and affordable! Would definitely recommend Canelo s and will absolutely be back!

I had a great experience at Canelo's Auto Service. They fixed my timing chain tensioner, replaced my spark plugs, performed a complete fuel induction service, flushed my brake system, cleaned and adjusted my rear brakes, and installed new tires with alignment. They also got my annual state inspection done for me.The service was fast, professional, and affordable and the owner was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He explained everything to me clearly and gave me a detailed invoice. He also provided pictures along the way of issues discovered during the diagnostic ( I attached one of the pics he sent of the dirty sparkplugs). I was very impressed by the quality of their work and the customer service.I would highly recommend Canelo's Auto Service to anyone looking for a reliable quality mechanic (and specifically an honest one that does not have 800-number).

I'm new to the area , so I was very eager to find a good well respected mechanic . I found Canelo's Auto Service along with all his good reviews, and decided to give him a shot . Felipe and his employees were very welcoming from the time I walked inside! I had a cylinder misfire with my Hyundai Elantra and Felipe informed me of every little detail regarding the issue I was having with my car. I most certainly will be coming back to him !!

Canelo s is hands down the best place I have been in a long time. Amazing customer service. Extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. I needed an over due oil change on the fly and they fit me right in. Above and beyond the standard for sure. Highly recommend for any of your vehicle needs.

Filipe and crew are top notch! I scheduled my 90k service on my Mini Cooper and he had it ready by the end of my work day! So convenient. And he found a mistake another shop had made in a previous repair. I highly recommend Canelo's for any automotive service.

I can't recommend Canelo s Auto Service enough! From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained the issues with my car, provided a detailed breakdown of the costs, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. I haven't had any issues since they serviced my car.

I heard about them through a coworker and decided to give them a chance because my car had a dead battery & they came to me to jumpstart at an affordable price! I ended up just bringing my car to them to get looked at because I had other issues that I was putting aside for a while, and let me tell you, they ARE amazing!!! It s a small family owned business and they do not make you feel as if they are after your money. They have affordable parts compared to these other shops who will charge you an arm and leg for brakes and rotors. This will be my go to spot for any car related issues!

I love this shop and owner Felipe!. This is the 2nd time I've used them to service my car. The first time was for a brake job that I needed done immediately before I traveled out of town. He worked me into his busy schedule and did a great job fast! Im here for a 2nd time to do suspension work he advised me on at my first service. Again, I am completely satisfied. My car is an older model and he has advised me on what repairs to make to keep it going just a little longer. Felipe manages and operates his business with the utmost honesty, integrity and transparency. His prices are very reasonable, his work comes with a warranty. His employees are professional and very helpful as well. I will recommend his auto service to anyone I know.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

They are new to the area and I must say I have never met a group of people so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for every they did to help me. They have giving me top tier service with any situation I had with my car.My car was having issues and when no one wanted to help they were there to help me when I needed it the most. super transparent and super helpful they guided me and show me in detailed what was wrong and what was needed. Showed me the part that was messed up and helped understand what that part does because I m not car savvy and it s hard to figure out why some things are needed to be replaced sometimes.If you are looking for a new mechanic or people that are friendly and inviting I recommend them for anything you might need small or big!

Great auto shop! They have amazing customer service the owner personally picked up my car, took it to the shop and brought it back all fixed up while I was at work! 10 out of 10 would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE who needs some service to their vehicle!
