***UPDATE*** Apparently, one can only review a business one time with Google under the same gmail account. So, this is an update with my most recent experience with service on 12/4/2020.I had another great experience getting my Class C RV winterized. Gene was the technician that performed the service. Afterwards he spent a good 15+ minutes with me explaining what he had done and gave me some helpful tips since my RV experience consist of all of about 3 months. Once we went inside he recommended a couple of other products that would help with my part of the winterization prep for long-term storage until Spring. Anyway, he was very professional and willing to impart his knowledge and experience on me as a newbie. And as always, Tracey in Parts was very kind and professional, and was even glad to answer any questions I had while I was waiting. I highly recommend Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg. Thanks again!This past weekend on Saturday I had an appointment to bring in my new Class C RV in to have some vent covers installed. I just have to say that Tracy is awesome! Very helpful & personable! In short, I called on the Wednesday prior to ask a few questions and she said I could come in that day before 3:00 if I could make, couldn't so I called back and she said Saturday morning was fine. In addition to taking care of having my vent covers installed we talked about some issues I had that might be warranty issues and before you know it she had a laundry list of about 7 seven warranty fixable items and all but two got resolved in addition to the vent covers. They had to order a part for one and had to take pictures to send to Coachmen for a warranty solution. We had great conversation and there was a waiting room with coffee. Very comfortable and friendly environment. The two service techs I saw working were on top of it, unfortunately I did not get their names, but certainly worth noting. You won't be disappointed if you go there for service.

Awesome personable service for this guy. I'm a clueless new towable RV owner who needed a brake controller installed ASAP. They scheduled me in soon and the technician was patient with me in giving me ample opportunity to choose the exact installation site under my Nissan NV's dashboard. I will definitely be going back to Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg Service Center for any future RV-related needs.Services: Electrical, Brakes

Purchasing our travel trailer from Campers In. Of Fredericksburg was a wonderful experience. Kelly was so accommodating and gracious answering our many questions via email as we made our decision. So friendly and helpful walking us through our final 2 selections before we made our choice. Would definitely recommend choosing this RV dealer for your next purchase!

Just bought a travel trailer from them and had an overall outstanding experience picking it up there. Craig did a great job with my walk through and was able to answer all my rather detailed questions. Dave got my hitch installed quickly and gaveme some good pointers on hooking up and making sure my truck/trailer is level. Finally Amy and another lady in parts very efficiently got me some quotes on some future upgrades. Anyway I highly recommend this RV dealer.

We bought a new travel trailer through the internet department of Campers Inn. It was easy and preferable to spending a lot time at the showroom. At delivery time, Amy and everyone on her team in the yard at the service center were terrific, extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with!

Great service and sales employees however it would have been convenient if both the actual location of sales and the location to pick up and speak to finance were at the same location. Aside from that no complaints.

Buy to your RV elsewhere. That warranty means nothing if they're unresponsive or unavailable to provide services during the warranty period.

We needed an ongoing problem with the propane system on our Pleasure Way Class B RV where we were needing to change the regulator pretty much every 8 to 12 weeks. The tech Gene was able to diagnos the cause to the solenoid and we were able to get Manchester to send a new one free since this problem has been going on since we bought the RV new 20 months ago. Thanks to him and Tracy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to drop off our RV so it could be there waiting in their "queue" for a tech to look at it. Since we live in it full-time, that is quite difficult given it was there a week before they were able to get to it.

Great Staff and Service!Had an unknown electrical issue on an enclosed trailer and they took the time to troubleshoot it and fix.Will go back to them again for any other repairs.

The absolute best in customer service and repair. Campers in has exceeded my expectations every time I've had them work on my RV period of only recommend them the matter how far you have to drive-in Virginia.
