The service was great! I had a great experience and the work done on my car appears to be very nice. I don t see any reason to complain.The repairman, Richard is the best. My POC, Mike did an excellent job. My car was hit in a parking lot in Jan 2024 and he took great care of the car. Six days after Mike got my car back to me, someone else hit it in another parking lot. Caliber did such an awesome job, I didn't hesitate to bring it to them. Mike took great care of it again. The other drivers were honest and came forward with an apology and their insurance information. Everything worked out well.

If you need collision work done to your vehicle I highly recommend Caliber Collision. The workmanship is excellent. The customer service was awsome and my advisor was very informative with every step of the process.

Vicki was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped with a situation that was probably more of a hassle in long run. She was so polite and helpful as well was able to help me with my situation. She even followed up with me to make sure I received the paperwork I needed. Amazing customer service. Fantastic employee!

The Caliber team did a great job repairing damage cause by hitting a deer. While the appointment time was out a little bit, to me it shows that they are trusted by a lot of people. They were able to keep is update on the progress and deliver the vehicle a few days earlier than estimated.

So far, so great! Wonderful customer service and they got my car as the date it was promised! The only bad thing about it is to get there. You can't make a U-turn if you are going south. You had to turn to another intersection and loop around. I recommend people to get their car done there.

Richard was very, very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He immediately suggested a solution to my concern. Breeden's Auto referred me to Caliber Collisons, and I could not be more pleased with Richard's help and the service from the staff. Excellent customer service at a time when that is hard to find! omg. Such a horrible interaction with them. I was referred from another insurance after a small fender Bender. I tried to talk to them about that I could not leave my car there for 2 weeks because I could not be without a vehicle. They said they would talk to shop to work with me...The next week they called back. They never talked with anyone and told me that i had to leave my car with them for > 2 weeks and they would not be working with me at all. The lady was snappy and rude to me on the phoneThey made the bad situation feel so much worse and had absolutely no willingness to work with meI can not live without my car for two weeks. I even offered to bring it in for estimates and then back for repairs which I think is reasonable

RICHARD IS THE MAN!! I brought our car in after a minor accident. Our well loved family car also had scuffs and scrapes from other adventures. Before taking it in for the scheduled repair, Mr. Gregg was kind enough to buff out several of the bad scrapes right in front of me! It took about 15 minutes and you can see the results below. Not many these days go above and beyond and provide this level of service! Thank you!!

I had a new car that was rear ended. Caliber got it in quickly and did the repair in a timely manner. They kept me updated regularly and did some extra diagnostics on request. It came back looking (and smelling) like new. Very pleased, and while I hope to not need their services again, I would use them readily if needed!

This shop did dent repair and paint damage repair. It looks like a brand new car (which it actually is!) I was kept up to date with texts and I am very happy with the services performed. I will definitely use them again!

Rich Gregg was the tech that greeted me this morning. Gregg was kind, courtious, and very professional. In addition to assessing the damage, Gregg identified that my car bumper had been after market painted, unbeknownst to me. He also removed a parking lot skuff on the driver's side front which I thought I would have to live with for the life of the car. I am highly confident that Gregg will apply his consciencenest in ensuring the repairs are top notch. Thank you Gregg.v/rGary Williams

After some jerks broke into my car, Calliber was recommended by USAA to help put it back together. I was very satisfied with the care provided by the entire team. Mike, my POC, was phenomenal and went the extra mile to communicate timelines and expectations. Mike handled any and all hiccups with grace and was a blessing during a very stressful time.

Excellent repair on door after a run-in with a deer. Repair was finished earlier than expected, and Sheila kept me updated on a regular basis. I was amazed at how clean my car was both inside and out upon its return.

If you've been in an accident, first of all, I'm sorry & hope everyone is alright!If your vehicle needs repairs, the only place I'll refer anyone to is Caliber Collision in Massaponax!!!!! They have repaired my vehicle so well!!And were in touch with me the whole time to let me know how it was going!! Vickie and Mike were awesome through it all & went above and beyond for me!!!!!!!!!! I was extremely satisfied and grateful with the entire experience!!!!!!!!!

Caliber Collision located at 4801 Crossings Ct in Fredericksburg has a professional staff and were amazing with with repairs. My 2022 vehicle was hit and had over $20,000 in damages. The Caliber Team emailed me at least twice a week notifying me the status of repairs throughout the process. Repairs were completed on-time as scheduled and my vehicle looked new again as it did when we bought it. We have had no issues with the repairs. Great Job!

I had the best experience with vicky she's amazing. Both ladies did an amazing job. My company messed up my location where i needed to pick my rental. They went way and beyond for me to get my rental. Honestly, I never in my life had that customer service.

Mike and his team did an excellent job on repairing my front bumper, headlight and front fender on my 09 chevy hhr from hitting a deer mike kelp in touch with me just about every two days on my progress to completion. Very nice body and paint job. Customer service is great! I loved that I was updated frequently via text of the service they were providing. I had to have a vehicle rental and Caliber Collision made sure that Enterprise car rental was made aware that I had arrived and Enterprise brought me a car rental within minutes. For drop off of the rental, I left Caliber the keys and Enterprise picked up the rental. I was impressed with the whole one stop situation.Thank you!Service: Painting

It took way too long. They changed the estimated date. It took too long for the initial evaluation. I would not recommend them. They also sent the updated texts to the wrong name. I paid over 3k. They couldn t clean the inside a bit with a wipe down and vacuum?

I received great service throughout the process of getting my car repaired. They kept me up to date of where they were in the process. I even got my car earlier than the initial repair date.
