The repairs to my truck s rear quarter panel and bumper were perfect. They communicated with me via text and phone throughout the process and it was completed quicker than anticipated. They even fixed at no charge a hole in the bumper that was unrelated to the accident. Everyone was professional and very polite. Great job Caliber!

I was kept informed throughout the repair process. I was so ecstatic to get my vehicle back earlier than planned just in time for the wintry weather. Dennis had the crew work really hard to get my vehicle back to me. I would also like to thank the crew who worked on my vehicle. Great job! The receptionist was also very pleasant! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Stephannie Kennedy was the young lady who took care of my vehicle and kept me up to date on the repairs. She was amazing and went above and beyond in making sure everything was done correctly. The work on my pathfinder was finished in less than a week and it looks great!!

Great Customer Service, they kept me informed on each step of the process. My car was ready before the due date! The work was amazing, you can't tell there was ever a ding in my door!! Thank you!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop!! I hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will take my vehicle to Caliber Collision!!

I appreciate them expediting my vehicle after the miscommunication. My vehicle looked clean and brand spanking new.Initial estimate went up after I scheduled repairs which is understandable but very annoying.Communication could be better between service advisors and office coordinators. If the process to have an adjuster come out takes longer than the anticipated repairs that needs to be communicated with the customer.Especially if you're dealing with the other parties insurance!Not sure why a walk around wasn't done with my vehicle until I said something and I didn't want to leave the rental at the shop.Overall wasn't a bad experience but needed to address the highs and lows of my experience.

10/10 best experience. Would highly recommend for anyone to come to caliber collision s for repairs. They had my car done ahead of schedule and already back on the road in less than a month. I hit a deer and it damaged internal workings as well as exterior cosmetics. Got my car back and it was like nothing ever happened to my car. I would like to thank representative Stephenie, who kept me updated throughout the process and took care of all my needs towards my car.

Stephannie Kennedy was the adjuster who assisted me after my accident, and was amazing. I had a collision to the front of my pathfinder and it was repaired in less than a week and looks like new!! Previously I had hit a deer and went to Radley chevrolet and the work was so terrible I couldn t stand looking at the front of my car. So I highly recommend Caliber collision!!!!

This place is all around amazing. I was continuously updated and well informed on my repairs. My SUV looked good as new when I arrived to pick it up. Not only was my vehicle completed well before the estimated date, but I was also able to leave my rental there for the rental company to pick up. ALL AROUND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10 out of 10, absolutely recommend.!!!!

These people are the best most kindest and curtious people I've ever met at a work place. Love Team Caliber. Defiantly will recommend them to everyone I know and meet that are looking for a body shop. Can't say enough about the men and women that work there. The lady in the office was quick with her responses and very kind on the phone and text messages

Worse paint job that I have seen in 20 years. Returned the vehicle to give them a chance to repair and it is still not right. Going to corporate and my insurance company to have it repaired by a better shop. The manager said that the tech buffed through the clear coat and they to repaint it again (3 times my vehicle was painted and still not right). Pictures attached is what was found after we were told the vehicle was complete.update.. the Culpepper team fixed my car right!!

The quality of the repair on my truck was top-notch. My repair advisor, Stephanie, did an outstanding job explaining the repair and costs, coordinating the claim with my insurance company, and consistently keeping me informed on the repair progress (which was completed well before the estimated date). The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful in explaining the various signature documents and forms and very efficient checking me out when I picked up the truck. Overall, I could not have had a better customer experience at Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

It's rare that a shop will actually repair a damaged fender, most folks just replace everything with equivalent parts. My insurance company originally listed everything as replace. However, they were able to repair everything! OEM parts are always better! They also got the vehicle completed early! Another happy customer!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My experience with Caliber Collision was very positive. They got my vehicle fixed as quickly as possible given the back order on some parts. Repairs exceeded expectations. They went above and beyond in their service. The receptionist even stayed late so I could pick up my car after work. I got off work at 5pm and they close at 5:30pm. She said she would stay awhile so I could get my car. She did. Everything was done as promised and in the time promised. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They are very professional , honest and nice. I highly recommend them.Update: I recently had my wheel rim work done by Caliber. I went back to them because of the great service they did last time. Again, they exceeded my expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 10.Update: Caliber came through again on a recent accident I had. Stephanie was very professional as was the work. This is the 3rd repair they did on my car and they did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 stars.

The most pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. I was in a car accident and had some damage to my car. Caliber Collision took care of everything. Caliber Collision did a great job with my VW Atlas. I scraped the side of my car going through a car wash. Caliber fixed my car in a timely manner and it looked brand new when they were finished. Caliber Collision of Stafford had great customer service! All of the staff worked diligently to help fix my car and ordered parts very quickly. As a young driver who brought their car in for repair Caliber was patient and helped walk me through the steps with insurance. I highly recommend their services for any repairs small or large.
