I've always had great experiences but today was by far the best! Always professional with great service. I believe God puts certain people in our paths and today was one of those days. I really needed that today. I have and will continue to come back here for as long as my cars need service. Thank you, you all are a treasure to the Hartwood area.

We had a great experience they were honest, helpful, accommodating and professional. On our way home from our vacation we broke down literally into their parking lot and they were able to assist us and get us back on the road in no time. We appreciated their hospitality as we had our dog and we would definitely recommend their shop to anyone who needs car repairs.

This was my first time using Burton's. From the first phone call to the time they took my payment, I was highly satisfied with the experience. Their explanation of my vehicle issue was both thorough and transparent.Vehicle repairs are going to be expensive no matter where you go, but I thought that the cost of the brake line repair service I received was fair and reasonable. Not a single complaint with my first experience. Next time my vehicle needs service/repairs, I'll definitely make them my first choice.

Very pleased with the services I received at Burton s Automotive.They were professional and provided an accurate estimate before the repairs. The work was done in the time they estimated and they were kind to loan me a car for the day! Highly recommend!

Went in this morning for an emissions test. I wasn t sure what times they did them so I got there before they opened incase a line forms. Last time I had my emissions done elsewhere it took about 2 hours. This was my 1st time at Burtons, I didn t see a sign for line up so I waited in my car until they opened. I was one of the 1st people inside, and out of the 4 other customer that came in I was the only one there for emissions! I couldn t believe it, I was done in 15 mins. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Thank you Burtons, all the employees I spoke with were really nice too.Service: Auto emissions testing

I want to thank everyone who worked on my 99 chevy these past 3 weeks.I just recently had my fuel pump, locking ring, fuel filter and fuel tank replaced. The fuel filter HAD NOT been changed since the very first owner had it (a couple people owned it before I purchased it from the last owner who was a friend of my husband and I). I have had no issues with the truck and they did an excellent job and when I called, David made me aware of what was going on and aware me of what the pricing was as well as his plans to fix certain parts.These guys are VERY reliable and DEFINITELY trust worthy. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them for ANY work that needs to be done.Thank you for making my baby feel better again.

I brought in a 25-year-old vehicle with 16 different OBDV2 codes. They quickly diagnosed a problem and replaced the required parts /(4 bad parts) to clear the codes. Kept me informed repair cost was reasonable. They said to give them a couple weeks and they return the vehicle in 4 days.

Average place. I showed up for an inspection and emmissions test with no appointment and was told I had five customers ahead of me. No big deal, I'll wait. Well, here I wait coming up on four hours and no one has checked on me or any customer from what I've seen. May be time to think about remodeling the lobby? Better/more comfortable seats? The environment is not ideal for waiting long periods of time. Larger dealerships may cost more money, but the service and environment is what keeps people coming back. Nothing wrong with Burton's. Just average. I love contributing to local businesses but it's tough when the competition outshines.

My father-in-law was a big fan of Burtons who has since past. So, now that I live so close to Burtons I took our Toyota Matrix in there to have it service. The work I had done and the staff there are above par and I recommend Burtons highly

My family has been coming to Burton's for years. We love Burton's! The front counter staff is so nice and friendly! Inspections and Emissions are done in a timely manner. And I love supporting small businesses, especially those who have been around for so long!

Great service!!! My mom and I got into a bind one time dropping off her vehicle and the guy that owns the place was so awesome and helped us out majorly! And did great work on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I recently replaced four tires on my Chevy Tahoe in November 2020. The right rear tire blew out on my vehicle on I-95 at highway speed. I called Burton's Automotive and received directions to the shop. I drove the car off the ramp on to route 17 and made it to Burton's.I did not realize the full extent of the damage until I got to the shop. I had no tire left and was riding on the rim.I met Ronnie Meaux and Jeff Scott the owners of Burton's Automotive they were able to negotiate a great price on four tires and get us back on the road.Their professionalism and expertise made a difficult situation easier to deal with. Our experience with their customer service was great. The Ronnie & Jeff team at Burton's Automotive made sure all of our questions were answered and every step of the work process was explained.We are grateful for their help and are thrilled with the repairs. We have already recommend their Automotive shop to several neighbors and will continue to do so.

I appreciate it the service I received there. Their emissions machine was down but it was quickly repaired by the state representative. And they took me in took care of my car and sent me along my way.Comfortable waiting area for their customers. Both inside and outside.

We love these guys! We have been taking our cars here for years & never any problems. They treat your car as if it was there own. Up front and honest people. They will be the only ones touching our vehicles as long as we own them.

Burton's is a reasonable repair shop close my house. The staff is great, and no matter where I take my car I always feel like I can be taken advantage of just due to lack of knowledge about vehicles, however I usually do not feel gouged here. They've looked at my vehicle for low cost or no cost before road trips, for safety, and other small favors. All in all a good shop. I'm disappointed some people had bad experiences. A friend who is a mechanic usually looks at my car before and after I take it to Burton's, and we've not felt lied too.........

Burtons seems to be a little pricey for repairs .definitely shop and get another quote. Like from little tire. You won't believe the price difference

I've taken six different make/model vehicles to Burton's over the past five years. They do good work, they are a little on they pricey side but they can do just about anything, so it's convenient. I go there for almost all the auto work I need. Excellent customer service from Bob, Sarah & the rest.

Burtons Automotive and Towing should be your first choice for help with your automotive repair and transportation needs. I have a 20 year old car with 176K miles that has needed some recent repairs. While I m in between jobs, excessive mechanic bills is not in my budget. I thought my transmission blew, I was ready to just walk away from the car completely, and even tried to sell it to Burtons. Dillon knew I was ready to walk away from the car and could have easily picked it up for pennies. Instead he told me to keep it, the rear differential is an affordable repair, and there is nothing wrong with the transmission. When is the last time you could trust a mechanic? Burtons Automotive and Towing is affordable, honest, experienced, and should be your first call for all your automotive needs.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Repair shops are a hit or miss... After reading Jeff's review, i have to say he's absolutely wrong and has no idea what a honest extremely competitive repair shop is. This company has been here for a long time. I've used them for over 20 years and ill flat out tell you and Jeff.. There is no one else around here or within 50 miles that can hold a candle to Burton's. They are extremely efficient, honest with what your car needs, it's cost, and what really takes 1st prize is they will not stick you with other unneeded repairs. Won't find another great group of people to care for your car anywhere...if i could rate a 10 I'd make sure i went 11...a Step above just a repair shop...dedicated, honest, loyal, friendly people..keep up the great job guys...

I've read the other reviews. And like most, you see only the ones where someone wants to complain.I have lived in and around Stafford for almost 18 years. I have used a few different repair shops, for work that I can't or don't have time to do myself.I have yet to have to return to Burton's for warranty work. I have yet to have something they installed break. I have yet to see where they are really more expensive than any other shop. And They have always had my car ready in the time frame that they gave me.And I have always been put at ease when dealing with their counter staff.

Excellent customer service. Got an oil change at Burton s last week and it turns out the oil filter used was defective (the fault of the manufacturer) so I woke up to a large pool of oil in my garage today. I called Burton s and even though it wasn t their fault they were so apologetic. They replaced the oil and filter again and even offered to come to my residence to clean up the oil on the garage floor.Their level of customer service is what I consider to go above and beyond. I will continue to use Burton s for all of my auto maintenance and repairs. They earned a very loyal customer today.

The mechanic claimed he could not complete my emissions inspection due to the fact that the OBD connector was broken or missing and claimed he would have to disassemble my dashboard to re-mount the connector .I proceeded to walk to my vehicle and open a little access panel that said OBD on it Guess what I found inside?? The very connection that this man claimed was missing . ( not damaged whatsoever)I went to Progressive right down the street and they, strangely, were able to perform the test with no issues .Either the mechanic at Burtons was just not educated enough to find the connector, or worse, was attempting to lie about it to incur more cost on me Either scenario is not what I expect from a shop that has been in business for many years.I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Burton's always goes above and beyond. The service is always friendly and professional and call me by name when I enter the shop. Today, I locked my keys in the car and called Burton's for advice on how to find a locksmith. Instead, Steve came out personally and managed to just tinker a bit and opened the door with no fuss! I was so relieved! Burton's is a place you can go to for all your auto needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car there a couple years back. Only writing a review now because I pass it often on 17 and it brings back old resentful feelings. I took my car there to get an alignment. They did the alignment and when I went there to pick up they said I needed new tires and if I drove it, I would pull my car out of alignment again. I was not prepared to pay for new tires and installation so therefore if I had known that beforehand I would not have gotten the alignment. I felt taken advantage because I was a young woman and knew little about cars. Slowly learning! #stillbitter

Respectable trustworthy professionals. Burton's is the ONLY place that has worked on my vehicles. I love their family friendly atmosphere, I never leave without a smile and peace of mind.
