My family and friends have been recommending Bruno Auto Repair for some time but I was hesitant to take my Mercedes to anyone outside the dealership, boy was I missing out. Bruno and his team are very honest and thorough!! I know that I will always get complete satisfaction from the work they perform and in a timely manner. Thank you Bruno for all of your hard work and dedicated service on my vehicle. Highly recommend for all of your vehicles!!

I love Bruno's Auto Repair. I take my 2011 Range Rover Supercharged there for things my local mom and pop shop can't repair and the dealer would have to take care of. Bruno is professional, quick with repairs and I feel his prices are great (especially compared to dealer prices). I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Being an auto mechanic in a former life, I am very picky of who does the work I don't have time for. I started using Bruno for my vehicle needs and couldn't be happier. The prices are the best I've seen in a long time and the tradition of true customer service is alive and well here. The customer area is clean, the staff is polite, and repairs are completed properly. My vehicle broke down coming home to Richmond from Arlington. I had never heard of this place, but it happened to be the closest repair shop near my misfortune. Bruno and his team were able to quickly diagnose, discuss, and clearly tell me how long it would take to repair my vehicle.. They were clear and concise, and not only that, treated me like family. I was stranded and couldn't get home. In fact, my issue took them most of the day to fix because of the severe issue. Here's the kicker...because they knew of my situation. When they broke for lunch, one of the guys at the shop had prepared the most amazing Uruguayan steaks I had ever been around or smelled. They must have seen i was hungry, and provided me with a steak and crusty bread with a tomato based chimichurri. I'm still reviewing an auto repair shop here, guys. This actually happened. I was served a second helping. I should legitimately be leaving a review on how great the food was. For the purposes of this review, just know, you'll be taken care of, and these people were a God-send. Thank you, Bruno's Auto Repair. I'll never forget how well you treated me.

Bruno is friendly, helpful, and honest. The prices are reasonable and the service was quick but thorough. If you're looking for a mechanic in the Fredericksburg area, I highly recommended giving Bruno Auto Repair a try!

Good salesman but a very bad mechanic. Took my BMW in for an oil leak and Mr. Bruno turned into a major repair, over $2K!, then he didn't know how to put the car back together- he couldn't START it!!! so the salesman recommended me a refurbish engine for another $1200...yeah like you heard. No paperwork of all the s.. he did only of the refurbished engine purchase he put on. Still with an oil leak and for warranty...good luck with this guy.Won't recommend it for an oil change...your decision.Service: General repairs & maintenance

13 years ago I brought my car here and when I picked it up he charged me less than what he quoted me. That's when I knew I found a good honest mechanic. He's very knowledgeable and has done auto repairs and body work for my family and friends. I would highly recommend this shop !!

Honest mechanic with reasonable prices. I had Bruno conduct a vehicle pre-purchase inspection and he diagnosed several issues with the car that I wouldn't have looked for or found. He saved me a headache. Would highly recommend him for automobile service as well. This is one mechanic you can trust!

Bruno Auto Repair and their team are a very friendly and knowledgeable service company that provides quality service in a timely manner with good prices. Bruno lied to me with info about my repairs with sneaky service. The parts came in wrong size, so it took extra time to complete and extra days in the shop. The work itself appears was done correctly from what I can tell... but I drove away with the same squealing sound I went in with. He showed me the parts he'd replaced and it seemed like they were still in good condition. Labor repairs are double what they d be other places and mine was to take apart the rear differential. They fixed it after several days waiting for the parts. When I drove away with the same exact problem I went in complaining about, I realized I d been duped into the $850 job!!!

I brought my truck in for a ABS light issue, Bruno was honest and direct with me. Fixed my issue with the truck and a fair price. I will definitely bring my truck here for now on. Staff are very friendly and they took care of me. Thanks Bruno!!
