It's better than the others, but it's mediocre quality parts at extreme markups. I bought duralast wipers for my car. The drivers side makes poor contact and literally the one I threw away was better. I also paid more than twice what I usually do do at Wally world. The exact same synthetic oil and filter is $10-$20 more at AZ as well. I don't buy car parts here anymore. I can get name brand or OEM for the same price or less online. Makes no sense to buy here.

I stopped by AutoZone to return a part. Just want to let you know that the gentleman to help me today his name is Jacob was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He give me the correct part and assured me the best part of AutoZone, Jacob, apologize for the other store . Jacob is a team player.

i have been there 2 times needing a part that i couldn t put in myself and both times Daniel P went above and beyond his duties to help me. I hope he with get some gratitude from his supervisor! thanks again Daniel! i hope people will go in and ask for him!Kathy

Montel and Jacob were wonderful. We were having a lot of car troubles (our battery died, we were towing it around). They were the only people in the area who agreed to help, even though our engine is difficult to navigate. They worked for 30 minutes (at least) just to make sure we were able to get on the road. They were so nice and personable. They are the best!!!!

5 employees on duty. No other customers in the store. No one greets me when I walk in. Nobody offers to help. I walk up to the front with what I need (I hope), and still nothing. Nobody offers to check me out, so I found a self service kiosk. Thanks for literally nothing. You folk really need to work on your customer service skills.

Not the best staff but the few staff members that actually know there stuff definitely make up for it because they actually know what they are talking about. Always fair and Over all great customer service. And the younger black woman that works there(I think she is a manager) is pretty much the nicest person ever.

I ordered online for the first time and went to the store to pick up. Transaction went smoothly thus the stars.....I asked the employee if the gasket I purchased was the correct one to go with the other part I purchased. I was told "I don't know, you are the one that bought it". I see...... I thought they would have better customer service. I should never assume that someone working at a parts store would be knowledgeable about the parts I was buying. Not the first time that I was disappointed with the service here.

Bill a manager in this store who appears to be nice enough however, is not at all good at looking up parts on the auto zone system. Sold me the wrong part then, didn't want to admit it. Also, not only can he appear nice enough, he can be rather rude as well. Other staff members in this location to include the store manager are pretty awesome however, Bill has needs for some lesson in customer service. Advance is now my go to or possibly the Zone in Fredericksburg. I Will NOT use this store again. Thanks for the great customer service Billy Bob. I will take my loyalty and money elsewhere.I later tried to make contact with the DM and had NO response. Then the corporate offices.After several calls to them finally someone returned my CALLS of many, unfortunately, I was not able to take the call. I never heard from them again. I feel compelled to write that overall, the customer service for AZ is horrible. I have now found Edwards store over in Orange, much better customer service. Auto Zone only wants your money, their customer service truly sucks...

100% customer oriented store. They offer great pricing options, and good information to help you choose. If they have to order, no part is too trivial or obscure, they will get it. The management staff is superb. If you have the slightest issue, ask for Andy.

I drove from out of town, 2+ hours away, using my parents van. It managed to give out in a parking lot with Autozone. I stopped in and a wonderful gentleman named Cuffy came out to see if he could figure out the problem. He spent a good 30 to 45 mins looking. Unfortunately the van was just unfixable for the evening. I had to getna ride back to the hotel and another man named Donald offered me one. Super friendly, super helpful! Much appreciated when I was really stuck!

The commercial manager there, Boomer, is a one of a kind employee that always goes above and beyond to ensure top shelf service and shows her commitment to getting the job done in a timely and precise manner. I am a loyal customer because of her.

Juan was extremrly helpful while trying to remove my broken fuse. He went above and beyond his duties, greatly assisted me by fixing and removing my fuse which is a testament of his character. Super employee. Will be back again. Thank youMike M

I was trying to find a replacement brake line and they allowed me in the back to view/compare what they had to my sample. The gentleman checking me out realized I had a length of tubing that did NOT match the flange connectors I had chosen. He then went back and corrected my folly, saving me over an hour of time and a serious headache.It may not sound like much, but he was a hero that day. Did not expect that going in, pleasantly surprised!

Knowledgeable and professional, they talked me through their tool borrowing service for an auto issue I had. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because I had to return for a part they forgot to mention, but they were expecting me and had it ready because they realized their mistake.

We swore off Autozone for many years. But that has changed recently. We've been with Boomer for years and followed her here. Best commercial parts manager we have found yet. She is slowly but surely changing our minds back!

My husband has a 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT and was looking for brake calibers. Of course his car would have the special ones on them. Jennifer, the store manager on Plank Rd and her staff did not have those particular ones in stock. However, they located them all the way in California and had them overnighted to their store. It was a great experience and they have gained a return customer.

I had an issue with a motor mount for a 1993 Buick Park Avenue.This store not only refunded the money for a warranty part but reimbursed my labor in cash, for the issues and inconvenience Jimmie, Ashley, Andy and Juan are the greatest.

Manager named Perri has extremely poor customer service, acts bothered when you ask him anything, and you better forget about him helping you look for parts, he will huff and puff!! I preferred Autozone because of price but now made the switch to Advance, seems Advance doesn't put up with this kind of poor customer service.

My Nanna came into this store seeking advice on a fog light replacement. The clerk told her it was very complicated and when she asked what tools were necessary he said he doesn t know . First of all, how dare you mislead someone into thinking your an expert yet have no clue what you re talking about. All was needed was a Phillips head and a wrench.

Called to see if they had a after market muffler for 2011 hhr in the jerk that answered the phone was very un professional and this is autozone why the hell don't They carry aftermarket mufflers for my car thats fine cause I will take me in my cars services to advanced autos for now on. In for ur management if this even gets read this happened at 2:59pm 9/25/14 kiss my bumper advanced autos is the way to go the person who answered was very kind and pointed me exactly where to go! In a nice manner too.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE CAME HERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY POOR and I honestly feel discriminated!!! I would never ever return again!! I dealt with Frank and Andy!!!!!!!!
