These guys go above and beyond to make sure your problem is solved. Andrew was super friendly and helpful with helping me swap out my alternator. They let me use all the tools I needed and even came out and assisted with the replacement. They were all experienced mechanics and really knew what they were talking about.

This morning I discovered I had a dead battery at work so I was able to get the battery jumped and drove up to my local Auto Zone. The customer service is always top notch. I had the opportunity to be waited on by Steven Gray. I didn t realize that they actually will replace your battery right there in the parking lot. Steven was very professional, replacing my battery promptly and sending me on my way. Thank you Steven!

Joshua the assistant manager was truly an amazing help. He took so much time to help me with several issues and then not only helped me replace the item but then helped me locate another item they didn t carry and order that thru eBay. I can t say enough about the professionalism and kindness I was shown at this store. Customer for life based on this encounter I had 10/12/23. Thank you!

We had car trouble on a Sunday, and we praised God that all the parts and tools needed were available at the store.God took care of us. The car alternator died right when we were out of the wooded area, and we were close to this AutoZone. That day they closed at 9 pm and it was about 4 pm that day when we arrived at the store. There were no open places we could take the car to be fixed close by, and we needed to be back home (an hour away) the next day. We parked in a shade on the front of the store. My husband changed the alternator in the parking lot, and Joshua A. (employee from this store) kept an eye on us while my husband was working on the car. He gave him pointers, and he was very honest in telling us what was wrong with the car and what tools were needed. He showed my husband graphics on how the belt needed to be installed and even went so far as to help him a bit with the final touches putting the belt back on. The women's bathroom was clean. There is plenty of parking space. The store was very clean and all the employees were really courteous and nice. Really recommend this place!

Probably the best Auto Zone I've ever been to. Kolby assisted me today and greeted me as soon as I entered the store, asking if there was anything he could help me with. He looked up two oil filter sizes for me and went to pull them from the shelf while I did the rest of my shopping. Very helpful from start to finish.

Earlier this week, I visited this store to purchase an accessory/safety item for my car because it's conveniently located where I live and saved me a trip further away from home where I could have purchased the item a little cheaper.I went to the checkout line and there was no one there, but an employee was standing about 3-4 feet from me carrying on a "personal" conversation with a customer as I stood there waiting to be checked out. This employee looked at me, didn't even acknowledge my presence as I stood there with my items in hand, and continued with his conversation. Not even an "I'll be with you" or anything to let me know he or someone else would get me checked out.As I stood there waiting, another customer and employee came from another location from the left side of the store and went right by me to the register to be checked out. In the meantime, the employee 3-4 feet from me continued with his personal conversation, and then finally went behind the counter to a cash register and offered to check me out.To not even acknowledge a customer that is clearly ready to checkout and to continue with a personal conversation within 3-4 feet of me was beyond rude. If it were not for me not wanting to go out of my way to another merchant, I would have returned the items and left without purchasing them. Note: I went in to purchase one item and purchased something else as well.Recommendation: Place your customers standing in line attempting to make a purchase above personal conversations. At a minimum, acknowledge your customers standing in line to make a purchase while having personal conversations within 3-4 feet, so they at least know you appreciate their business.

The manager Joshua went beyond the call of duty to help me with my car that was overheat. I was two hours away from home. He was able to help me get home safely. His kind and customer service put my mind at ease. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

We were in town seeing some friends. Our battery decided to go bad in the course of the trip. Charlie at this store was incredibly helpful. Tested the battery quick to discover it had in fact gone bad. Showed me the options for replacement. Installed the new battery quickly. In general the whole experience was great. He made a tense situation vastly better. He and the young woman working with him were bring great.

I'd first like to say as a mechanic it is extremely hard to find a good parts store were the employees are properly educated and with this parts store that is not the case ! These guys here are seriously amazing best parts experience I've ever had an I've had way to many to count they will have my business as long as I can turn wrenches. The store manager zach is awesome an the guys are great nothing but amazing experiences every single time I've came to the store ! Thank you guys so much for outstanding service I look forward to many years of business!

How is a place like this going to be closed during a Saturday before 6 pm especially when it's supposed to be open til 9pm. Sounds like management can't get there priority straight.

My car battery died I had to jump my car to get to the store and I had to leave my car running while I went in to buy one. The man in front of me bought a set of windshield wipers the young man went out to put them on for him. Before he went out, he said not once but, twice there was one waiting.When I first saw this woman I didn't realize she was an employee she wasn't wearing a red vest or a name tag that I saw until she walked behind the counter and picked up the phone. Three other customers entered the store after I did. The young girl in the back of the store came up and waited one man which was ok because she was in the back of the store and didn't realize I had been waiting. When she hung up the phone she walked over an waited on the couple. I have to say this made me upset. I said excuse me I was here first to which she replied "I ask who was here first" That was a slap in the face, first she ignored her co-worker when he told her that there was one waiting and then me. I spent 30 years in customer service and I can tell you three things for sure. this woman takes no pride in her personal appearance nor has any training in customer service and no pride in her job. I have been to this store before and received good service. I turned around and walked out I drove seven miles to Advanced Auto Parts I walked in and was acknowledged by friendly staff and had a batter which they carried out to my car in less than five minutesI am not saying that I will not shop at your store again but to let you know this woman needs to take more pride in herself receive better training. Wearing uniforms makes the employee look professional and name tags help customers identify someone if they wish complement or complain about their service. I Know you can do better.Thank you

This location is excellent! Zachary was a big help when I was fixing my windshield wipers for the first time. Not only did he check the size to make sure it fit my Jeep, he also put them on for me. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this location.

Big thank you to this Autozone and Joshua A. One of those Mondays that got worse when my teenage driver's car wouldn't start (dead battery). Jumped it and took it to Autozone. Joshua A. tested the battery and confirmed it was no longer good. Joshua then offered to install it. Something I didn't have time for that evening. It wouldn't have taken me three times as long. Thank you again Joshua A.

Almost always good service and the people go beyond to find you what you need. My new go to spot..... Well that was three days ago, as most of the staff in here do what they can and beyond to help, a certain one Charlie, (big guy) was not willing to put forth any effort to help me with a situation with a part I purchased from here several days back, I ended up getting things off of the shelf to "rig" the part to work on my car. Very upset when I left today.

Wow ! We went to this store because all our brake lights went out on our car and we had no idea why. All the fuses looked fine. Not only did the people in the store help us diagnose the problem but also helped us fix it before we pulled out of the parking lot. Above and beyond, kind, 5 star service !!!!!

I bought a van that the entire air conditioning system had been taken apart and most of the parts were missing. I initially purchased air compressor (thanks Steve) and then my mechanic told me that I still had a part missing that nobody could find. I called an spoke to Zach and he found the part but it did not have the mount that I needed. When I got to the store Michael went above and beyond to find me the right part. I am calling out these gentlemen because I feel that they all gave me AWESOME service and I now have working air conditioning in my van. Thanks guys you all ROCK! I will definitely be going there when I need parts.

I have been coming to this store since it was built. The manager, Zachary Short, is always helpful and is always willing to help everyone find everything that they need. Everyone that works there is an example of his leadership. Keep it up bud!

Ordered parts. Told next day. Went everyday for 5 days. No parts. Emps confused, no idea whats going on. Two weeks later... Still no parts. No calls. When they come in...keep them. Will never do business with this location again.
