Absolutely awesome customer service! I ended up having to go with a different vehicle due to personal circumstances but I would definitely recommend these guys as they go above and beyond to deliver good service and they are very friendly and chill.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from Raj and Rishi and the experience was great. No shady tactics just straightforward, honest, transparent communication. They even coordinated with me to allow for after hours pick up of my vehicle. I'd definitely recommend Auto Chiefs if you're in the market for a used car in any price range.

So let me start with this-I have been in the business of auto and motorcycle(Harley) sales combined over 25 years. I did not and never have played games or lied to any of my customers to get a sale. That said, it was time for a change and without going into a lengthy story, I was ready to give up my 2004 Ford Explorer for something bigger and did not want any payments. I settled on a 2004 Ford Expedition they had listed on Facebook Marketplace. It had somewhat high mileage but I wasn't looking for new. I knew what I was getting into and also knew this will not be a perfect truck. It did have some issues. After we , meaning Rich and Raj and I agreed on price with the help from Bucky , the sales team member I had first contact with ,we made the sale. There were some things that needed repair/replace and it was put in writing(NOTE- everything has been done with the exception of the rear wiper-waiting on part). I drove home on a Thursday. Drove the truck all weekend, then on Tuesday I was about to go to work and it wouldn't start. I called Raj and he was sympathetic and asked if I could get it in so they could look at it. I was able to bring in and without hesitation they replaced the battery. No typical "You bought it as is, you own it" They took care of me. The manager of the repair aspect of the operation, Joe ,has always been respectful and has helped me get the needed items taken care of. Well this brings me to current time. I went by on Saturday, during the heavy rains and the part had not come in yet for the rear wiper so I headed home. I hit many a flooded puddle from standing water on the road and thought nothing of it. I stopped at a fast food place and when I came out to go home, the truck would not start!!! There was plenty of juice but no clicking, clacking ...just silence and dash lights lit up. I immediately sent Joe a text if he could have any idea after I described the situation and as he was on his way home to see his kid at Karate he said he would detour and come to me to see if anything could be done. He tried a few things to no avail and then so I would not be stranded he contacted a tow company(North Star Towing) and will have it towed back to Auto Chiefs and Raj will stay late and have a loaner truck for me to get home with. Mike with North Star was prompt . The problem was a rusted wire. Joe took care of the towing and I the labor for repair. So I feel this was excellent customer service and retention as it was not a single sale, but will now be a relationship. I don't usually recommend many people or products but I will recommend Auto Chiefs and Raj, Rich, Joe & Bucky and the staff there that has been able to keep me on the road. Thank You !!

Was looking at cars and came across a handicap car because my uncle just became paralyzed last month. Needless to say i was looking and the owner messaged me back and took my word for it that I would be the from Pennsylvania on Thursday. I left pa at 330pm on Thursday and they closed at 6pm that night that night and my time of arrival was 830 pm. They stayed open and waited for me to get there. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with this place! You come in as a customer you leave as a friend. They made the process of buying a car absolutely fun and fast! I was looking for a car for my teenaged son and spent a good part of the day trying to find something in our budget, reliable, and fuel efficient. We found Auto Cheifs and not only did we find my son the perfect car the staff was full of kindess and personality. These guys treated us great! Even though they knew mom was paying the bill they treated my son like the primary customer which was so great. I will definitely come back to these guys for future cars.

Screw this place. Drove 2 hours, Made a appointment at 10 to look at a vehicle, and the man didn't show up till nearly 2 hours later. And on top of that lied to us saying we only gonna put 500 down to get the car and now saying 1500??? Yeah bunch of liars trying to make a buck. Don't recommend and will not be back.

I need a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering for a purchase. Honest, detailed report, suggestions of additional concerns to consider. The mechanic spoke directly with me and have advice. The owners provided insites based on their knowledge of the car model. One should note they also sell cars and we're firmliar with the car model. All things considered, I know I received MORE information and details than I paid. I feel their information helped me make a good decession on my car purchase! I would recommend their car sales business as well as the mechanic who reviewed my car, would be the same one doing a safety check on your purchase.

We bought a Ford Super Duty F-350 truck from Auto Chiefs and were very pleased with the whole process. Being an older used vehicle, we expected to have some issues but Raj and everyone at Auto Chiefs made sure all issues were repaired/resolved and that we were completely satisfied. Raj and the entire staff are friendly, courteous, and top notch in taking care of their customers. If you are looking for a used vehicle, go to Auto Chiefs.

I bought a car here years ago and sold them a car as part of the deal. Raj and the team were very fair. Very nice to deal with and even offered support well after the deal was over many years later. I would buy a car from them again because they were honest and helpful years later!!!

Recently I found myself in need of a used truck and while doing an Internet search and found one that interested me at Auto Chiefs. Never having purchased a used vehicle before, I was concerned as to what type of customer service I would receive as car dealers do not necessarily have the best reputation. My fears were put to rest by Rick and Marcus; in fact, I do not believe I have ever had a better car buying experience.I never felt pressured during the process, I was dealt with honestly, was shown the Carfax report, and negotiated with fairly. The process was smooth and quick. In fact, Rick even delivered the truck to me as a courtesy.Even though their mechanic, Rodney, had checked the truck over thoroughly Ford indicated a few regular maintenance items that they recommended be dealt with. Even though the truck was bough As Is, Rick helped me out with the repairs at a much reduced rate from what Ford quoted. He could have said "you bought the car As Is, so what you got is what you got", but during the purchase process he had told me that Auto Chiefs stands by their products and he was a man of his words.To anyone looking for a used vehicle, I can highly recommend Auto Chiefs. Everyone at the dealership that I interacted with gave 5-Star Customer Service. And if I ever find myself in need of another used vehicle, you can be sure they will be my first stop.

Where to begin , I was searching for a replacement of Chevy SS truck , and the search was not turning up many results that met my requirements in my area . I decided to search the web and found Auto Chiefs , and in doing soI found exactly what I was looking for ; and make a phone call.I bought the truck sight unseen except for pictures on the site and the pictures were exactly what the interior and exterior look liked , when I got the truck .A special , thank you to the staff of Auto chiefs, who was always ready to answer any questions , or concerns I had regarding the truck.Thank you Rich, for all of help and excellent service.I highly recommend , Auto Chiefs to anyone looking for their next car or truck , the staff is very professional , yet very friendly you will not be disappointed !!!!!!My son is was a Chevy mechanic for 10 years plus , and he was very impressed with Truck's appearance and condition , and yes he went over it with fine tooth comb !Last but not least :A very special thank you to Terry and Bucky !!!!!!

great experience no pressure or hustle. Pricing on the suv I bought after a few months of researching was great and beat pretty much all the dealers within 100 mile radius for the year, model, and mileage.Rich and Raj both were honest through out the sale, and were willing to go out of their way to accommodate me due to living an hr away from the lot in getting a minor fix done.strongly recommended if your looking for a used car and want honest answers and good pricing.

Just bought an 09 Suburban 2500. Good price and GREAT customer service! Without question they repaired anything the truck needed! Even fixed things not under warranty! Everyone was real friendly, informative, and willing to go out of their way to satisfy. Definitely consider Auto Chiefs for your next used vehicle purchase.

I was a sales & finance consultant at Auto Chiefs. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I relocated. This review was expected on the first day I started working for Auto Chiefs. First impressions are everything. Honesty, integrity & commitment are written in stone on the property from the inside out. I was proud & honored to work for such an establishment. If you are in the market for a sedan sports car SUV truck antique or collectors vehicle this is the place. All their vehicles are fully serviced in their service center so you can rest assure the vehicle you are going home in to your family and friends will be safe, reliable, everything you expect & a lot more.Thank you Rich & Raj & Joey for the opportunity. I recently went to Auto Chiefs in Fredericksburg, VA and I was extremely pleased with their customer service. I don't have the greatest credit but they were still able to work with me and making sure that i was able to walk off of the lot with the car that I wanted. Every other dealership wanted a HUGE down payment or i would have to settle for a car that i really didn't want. Needless to say, I was able to purchase the BMW that I have always wanted, thanks to their patience and willingness to work with me. They were very efficient in making sure that all of my questions were answered and were very professional. I would definitely recommend their business to all of my friends and all of my friend's friends.

Without a doubt sold us a lemon. I have never had so much car trouble. We've owned the vehicle for 2 years and it's been so much trouble. Some of the issues you can tell have happened before since wires are spliced together and electrical taped back together. We never received what was promised to us and is on paper (rugs and headrests). After multiple phone calls we were then ignored and no calls were returned. I need to depend on my vehicle since my husband is constantly gone with the military and my kids are in therapy 5 days a week. This has been one of the biggest headaches. I wish we had never believed the lies and didn't buy from this company.Edit:Not sure how to respond to you except by editing my post.We HAVE called for months at the beginning when we first bought the car and no one would call us back or we'd get hung up on. I'm sorry, no, at first they kept saying that they would do it once the items arrived. Then it turned into excuses that a manager would call us, only to never get calls.The vehicle is under my husband's name and the warranty does not cover a lot of the issues we've had. Also, if you couldn't find me then how did you locate my warranty information?? Trust me, I've been trying to get the warranty to cover but they don't.I do apologize for leaving a bad review but it's my honest experience thus far.

Contacted the dealership about a vehicle I found on CarGurus. I received near instant communication back and forth over the next two days with answers to every question I had from Bucky. When my wife and I test drove the vehicle, we realized that it was a little larger than we were comfortable with so we test drove a different one and loved it. Our salesman Raj was extremely helpful and friendly, and not pushy at all. We only noted a couple of small discrepancies with the vehicle and the finance manager Joseph offered a free fix for both on the spot, and an extremely fair price for our trade-in. All in all, the experience could not have gone better. Everyone was friendly, no one was pushy, and the manager was transparent about every item. I would do business here again any day, and would recommend anyone else do the same.

I purchased a 2002 Ford F150 with a trade in. They gave an outstanding trade in value for my motorcycle and the customer service was above and beyond the normal used car dealerships. My truck had a major transmission problem 3 month after purchase. They towed it back to their mechanic's shop gave me a ride back home fixed my truck at no cost to me and delivered my truck back to my home with a great attitude! These guys are good honest people!Way to go Nick, Rich and Raj! Thanks again for a great buying experience!J. Lopez

They knowingly sold us a vehicle with a bad engine that had to replaced and cost us nearly 6,000 only 3 months later.I feel genuinely played by this place. The next day after we made a purchase the check engine light came on and we took it back and they charged us 400To fix the catalytic converter (literally the next day) and then the check engine light still stayed on.Idk what the game is but is messed up to sell something you know isn't in the best condition.Update ** 3 months later the engine now has to be replaced and the only offered a 30 day limited warranty.The worst vehicle buying experience ever seriouslyUpdate^ we've called the number below asked for help and have never been gotten back to - multiple times they say they're busy and will call back and never do. It's a 06 Dodge Ram 3500 dually.

I'm not big on buying used vehicles but I had a very specific need and Auto Chiefs came through in a big way. I found Auto Chiefs through CarGurus. I had never heard of them before but found out I drove past their location countless times, as recently as the week before, but never paid attention. There are many used dealers on Rt. 1 between Quantico and Fredericksburg and after a while you just don't notice them. This dealer is one to take notice of. I was looking for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my motorhome. I looked at one in Woodbridge that the dealer didn't even clean up first. Needed tires, pads and rotors at least. They said they would do whatever needed to be done to pass inspection. The Wife didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling so I passed. Looked at another one at a dealer in Baltimore. They said it passed MD inspection but I don't know how. Needed more work than the first one to pass VA inspection. They are a "no haggle" price dealer and just blew us off when we brought up that it should have failed inspection and we wanted new tires, pads and rotors or come down on the price. In fact at 6am the next day, we left at 8:30 the night before, the same vehicle, pictures and all, was listed on Autotrader as being at the Dulles location for $1800+ more than it was listed at 10 hours before. I don't like shady games. I found the third Jeep on CarGurus on Wednesday and sent an email. Alex responded in short order and I went to take a look that day. Alex couldn't have been more polite and professional. Everyone was friendly and professional. They didn't give off that used car salesman vibe like I experienced elsewhere which was quite a departure from the stereotype. The test drive went well and I asked if they had any issue with me taking it to my mechanic to check out. I thought they would balk at that but they encouraged it. They even let me take it from Fredericksburg to Alexandria where my son, who is also my mechanic, works. We spent a couple of hours going over it. He had some reservations about the steering, battery and the front and rear differentials but overall it was in decent shape. I took those concerns back to Auto Chiefs and spoke with Rich. He showed me the work history of what they had already done and called in Jeremy, the service manager. They put it on the lift and went over the concerns. Jeremy didn't see what my son was concerned about so I got him on the phone and they talked for about 20 minutes. Jeremy said they were going to do a complete service on the power steering and the differentials right then, and they did, whether or not I purchased the vehicle. He admitted the power steering service should have been done earlier. They also replaced the battery which was new but showing issues. Jeremy also told my son the vehicle comes with a 90 day / 5k mile warranty should anything arise and they'll even work with you after that. They have three service bays and can do just about anything. My son was really impressed talking with Jeremy and said that he didn't have any further reservations and this was a good deal. I worked with Rich on the numbers and we came to an agreement. This was Friday. On Saturday I returned and paid the bill. I didn't have a way to get the vehicle home and was going to wait until I had assistance on Sunday but they offered to deliver the vehicle to my house after hours. That saved me a lot of trouble and Rich and Raj dropped it off on their way home. How many dealers will do that on top of everything else? Auto Chiefs hasn't been around long but if they continue with their current business model I think they'll do great things. They are already A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Review for Auto Chiefs of Fredericksburg, VAI could not have had a better used car buying experience than what I had with Auto Chiefs in Fredericksburg, VA.I found the car that I wanted which was a 2004 Honda Odyssey in excellent condition, with low mileage at a very reasonable price.When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was extremely friendly and indulged me as I spent some time doing research on the model they had for sale (I had previously wanted a 2005 but the condition and price made the 2004 appealing, so I wanted to make sure that consumer reports and customer reviews were still positive for that year).After deciding that I was interested, they gave me the keys and the afternoon to get the car checked out at the mechanic of my choice. 2-3 hours later, I returned with only a handful of minor finds from the full diagnostic at the Honda Dealership. Auto Chiefs immediately agreed to take care of everything on the list, a much appreciated gesture as I knew the car was meant to be sold as is .We did a little negotiating, not much, and everyone was happy (especially my kids who now had their own captain s chairs J) Then, so that I could take my new car home, they offered to follow me to my house (45 minutes away) in my old car.We scheduled to have the minor repairs done a couple weeks later. I noted a few more small concerns (all which turned out to be nothing) over the weeks leading up to the repairs and without hesitation, Auto Chiefs agreed to fix whatever they could. (Of course, I would have understood if they needed to draw the line and charge me for some of the service not included in our original agreement).They picked up and brought the car back to me right on time, all issues resolved, and my permanent DMV tags in their hands.Raj, Rich and Nick are sincere, knowledgeable, hardworking guys who run a good, honest business. We will DEFINITELY go back to Auto Chiefs when it is time for our next car!

My unpleasant experience with Auto Chiefs began in late July, when I started a conversation with one of their employees, Raj, via TrueCar. I managed to talk Raj down from $3800 to $3150. I had offered $2500, which was the number Kelley Blue Book spat out as being the "fair market price," within the broader fair market range ($1907 - $3094). Raj stated that they use NADA, which the banks go by. Ok. Close enough I thought for a "vehicle that is in great shape for its age" (see screenshots). During my test drive and inspection of the vehicle, I noted that the driver side lock was not functioning correctly. I also noted that the electronic mirror adjustment was not working. Auto Chiefs and I signed an agreement (which they did honor) to fix the issues within 14 days. Took longer than 14 days but fixed in the end.� Great. The vehicle ended up failing Maryland inspection due to a defective engine mount, loose battery, and bad wiper blades (you'd think a dealership would at least put some cheap, decent blades on; I should have noticed). Auto Chiefs ended up quoting me the cheapest price for the repair, so they performed the work. Ironically, this car in "great shape" had a brake relay switch fail while parked in the parking lot for the repair! Car did pass inspection after the work. Next issue that reared its ugly head was that the low oil pressure light popped up during operation. The engine is burning oil like crazy, and after a few attempts on my end, I am now surrendering the vehicle over to a professional mechanic. Because Auto Chiefs provides a limited 3 month or 5000 mile warranty for their vehicles, I called and E-mailed multiple times in an attempt to secure a copy of what exactly the warranty covers. Well, readers, I am sad to say I never did obtain a copy of the full warranty. I always had to call back despite being told I would be contacted, and there was always an excuse. Raj at one point told me another employee, Jeremy, was on vacation. Ok? So you send it over! If you are not willing to have your warranty posted on your site, then you need to have it available on some sort of local or cloud storage that all employees can access! This is 2017. Doing this is not difficult!To finalize this review, if you want a "vehicle in great condition for its age" that will occupy much of your otherwise free time and give you headaches and ulcers, look no further than Auto Chiefs!

Very helpful and accommodating, got a great running vehicle.There were issues with the car, but they were honest upfront and sent parts that were already ordered for repairs after the saleNo complaints, would certainly visit again when shopping for a vehicle.5 stars due to being there after hours and still receiving great service.

My husband and I went to 4 different dealerships within one week during our car search. We live in Southern Maryland and decided to widen our search radius to try to find a better deal. When I came across the 2007 VW Rabbit at Auto Chiefs, I had to go see it. We got there as soon as they opened and were greeted by James. He told us that his boss was stuck in traffic, so he didn't have the ability to get keys to test drive the car. He walked us over to the car and talked shop about cars with my husband while we gave the outside of the car a once over. He apologized again for not having keys for us to test drive the car and asked if we had other cars we were looking at. When we told him we did, he gave us directions to the other dealership and even suggested that we may want to go over there to look at the other car while we waited for his boss to arrive. We ended up staying and waiting and once we test drove the car, I was in love. They were very understanding when we said we still wanted to look at the other car. Of course, we came back to purchase the Rabbit, and I am so glad we did. The entire process was wonderful. Even the paperwork went smoothly. The whole time, James and his manager, Nick, were very attentive without being pushy. They understood when we got into a time crunch near the end since I had to be at work later that day and tried to speed up the car detailing as much as possible. Auto Chiefs sold us a very clean, wonderful car. Nick told us that he doesn't believe in being greedy, and I believe him. I am telling everyone I know (that is NOT an understatement) about our experience and pointing everyone who needs a car in their direction. You cannot go wrong with Auto Chiefs.
