Came in on a Tuesday for my inspection appointment. The tech got us in super quick, was very honest about items that needed addressing to pass, and got us back on the road in less than an hour for a very good price. I highly recommend Auto Care Center or Fredericksburg! I ll be coming back next time I need any work done.

This was my first time using Auto Care Center of Fbg and I had a really wonderful experience (after a previous terrible one with Firestone). The staff was extremely kind and inspected my car in a timely manner. I will be using this business for my car from now on and I will also be recommending them to others.

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Care Center ever since they first opened up. The quality of workmanship and thoroughness that they go through even for a simple oil change tells me a lot about their values and care for their clients. I do wish however that they had a larger sign up front as I missed their turn a few times as they are located behind the Long John Silver Fish restaurant. They are truly a hidden gem. Thanks guys! You re the best.

The customer service received at Auto Care Center was impeccable. My vehicle was accepted mid day the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and returned at 7:30pm. Auto Care Center worked pass closing to deliver my vehicle. I was very grateful. Although it was a common repair any other dealer would have turned me away or returned the vehicle after the holiday. So far so good with the repair. I am not anticipating any issues. All is good and the issue is resolved.Pros: Great customer service, knowledgeable mechanics, friendly staffCons: 3.5% service fee on credit card payments, shop hours charge exceeded actual hours of labor with no adjustment at time of payment, non competitive prices (only $250 less then dealer, but I was in a pinch and wanted the repair right away. If I were not in a pinch I would have taken my vehicle to the dealer simply because the cost was not discounted enough to not have dealer parts, service and warranty), and lastly a verbal no pressure tip request. After spending over $1400 for an auto repair service a no pressure tip request was absurd. No pressure, sure it was pressure. I'm picking up my car the day before a holiday after hours. Definitely pressure.

Usman was extremely kind and honest about what I needed. Prices were affordable unlike other places and he replaced my battery and did my inspection quicker than I expected. My car was ready the next day. My experience with Auto Care Center of Fredericksburg yesyerday was fantastic. I called with an emergency request to get my car inspected, and Usman Ahmad scheduled me within 2 hours, and did a very excellent job inspecting my car and making it road legal. I did not know that Auto Care Center was there, right behind Long John Silver's on Plank Road in Fredericksburg. But I will definitely use them again and again and again with our cars when in need of excellent maintenance work. Ma-sha-Allah, very great service with excellent reasonable prices. I drove almost 100 miles back and forth to get to Auto Care Center of Fredericksburg and it was worth it. I came here to get my hybrid car daignosed. Usman hybrid master tech helped me fix my issue. Very professional and quick service. Went to toyota dealership before they want to charge me $1,350 for the same issue that Usman got done for almost half the price. Auto Care Center of Fredericksburg fixed this issue at same day with very low price and within a few hours! Thanks Usman, you guys are the best. I'll be bringing back all my vehicles here for all my services.

I was referred here by a family member and from the moment I walked in the service was immaculate. I was instantly reassured that my auto issue would be rectified within a short period of time. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They are extremely thorough and clear about what must be done and what would be beneficial. They explained the 'why of each. They sent photos of their findings and in one case, where it made sense, they sent a short video. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they are patient and thorough in answering. Their pricing is in line with other shops in this area. And there are no hidden charges. Thank you Auto Care. You are a blessing.p

Had some work done on my Vehicle here. Great mechanic shop! I m fairly new to the area and I stumbled upon this soon to be gem in Fredericksburg! Amazing customer service, and very people friendly. They get the job done, and will provide you with any information you need. No hidden fees, and will let you verify everything prior to actually paying! Not to mention first responder friendly as well! I m always looking for a car repair shop that I can trust. After just moving into the area, I was starting from scratch and had to rely on the online reviews. I was not disappointed when I took my car to the team at Auto Care Center of Fredericksburg. They have a great online approval system that was very user friendly and easy to use. They were very transparent about the pricing.The worst thing about many car shops is getting surprised by bad news when you call in for an update on your maintenance or repairs. Even though my vehicle did need some work, I felt like my vehicle was in very trustworthy hands and they were very open and honest about what needed to be done.The whole team was courteous and they offered me some delicious chai tea while I was waiting!I have never felt this good about finding a new auto shop and I ll definitely be a return customer.Service: Auto maintenance

These folks are wonderful. I was just starting a 4 hour trip today, and after filling up on gas, my car started to shudder badly in drive and my check engine light came on so I had to get off the road quickly. I was incredibly lucky that these guys were right across the street, and they took my car in immediately and ran a diagnostic. They showed me the work they were doing every step of the way, and my car is old so it required some replacement parts/engine maintenance. They took care of everything, and I was able to get back on the road with everything running beautifully. In the meantime, they ordered a pizza for those of us waiting in the lounge, and kept us in the loop. I took my car in for a state inspection and told them that another mechanic had told me it had an exhaust leak. They did a complete inspection of the car and said there was no exhaust leak and it was likely a bad gas cap. A $15 fix as opposed to the $400 the other mechanic quoted me. I appreciate their honestly and their willingness to work within my budget. They have a new customer!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Usman and his team are honestly the best out there when it comes to getting your car taken car of. I brought my vehicle to get inspection down and some other work, and these guys knocked it out of the park like champs. VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY, GREAT PRICING!They offer 5 start service with their delicious coffee machine and humorous conversations. This team is killing it and I would 100% recommend you visit them.Whatever you need, these are your guys!!

This family-owned business to me has my respect and business! They are attentive and willing to work with you. Not only did they complete the job, but they also made sure that the safety of the vehicle was by Virginia Inspection Laws. My truck runs smoothly and I am pleased that I have a place that I can trust with my vehicle.
