Went thinking I needed new battery, but all ok. Also got current inspection. Again, all was well. I usually deal with Scott or Forest on the office & they both provide excellent customer service.

I can say that based on my experience these people working here are good, honest and reliable. The first time I came here the person on the counter was nice and friendly he was very detailed telling me what problems they had found the most important things to be fix (urgent and not urgent). Before I came here I went to a different auto shops and compared the advice but this shop beat the other. I also wanted to thank them for being kind and thoughtful because I dropped my metal purse on their waiting area with all of my ID's and ATM cards and they sent it back to my house completely. I'm so happy and grateful that there still a lot of good people in this world.

Excellent Customer Service, family own business! Services all your needs for your automobile! They will definitely treat you like family! ATA is highly recommended! Just stop by and talk to management.

Can't even begin to count the amount of money ATA has saved me over the years. My oil changes were covered by the dealership that I bought my car from, but the dealership would constantly tell me about other "alarming" issues that needed to be taken care of "immediately". I would just get their list of recommendations, take them to ATA and ask what actually needed to be done. Occasionally, 1 or 2 of the recommendations were necessary, but more often than not Forest would tell me it was unnecessary or completely made up. I never had a problem arise from skipping any of the services that ATA deemed unneeded. I much prefer their honesty to the fancy waiting rooms found at the dealerships!

Always have a good experience here. They are honest and trustworthy. Brought in a vehicle once, expecting the worst and instead of being taking advantage of, they got me in and out with a much lower price than I was anticipating. All types of work done here, including tires and inspections.

Family owned and I have been using them for all auto related issues since 1997. Extremely honest. Not out to gouge you like so many places. They are also a Virginia auto inspection station.

Scott and Forest are not only excellent mechanics, they are courteous and honest. I found them by my employer, and our company trusts them with our pest control fleet. I trust them with my car. If you want a good mechanic team, go here.

It's a shame when the kind employees have to suffer the consequences of poor management. The owner was very rude when I arrived to the shop with my car. Keep in mind, my car had been to this shop twice prior to this incident. After speaking with someone on the phone and being told to bring my car in, the owner comes out and tells me "we do not work on those cars". I politely explained how one of his employees told me to bring it in and I asked, "when did that policy change". The owner responded with "since I said so, I'm the owner". I kindly took my car elsewhere immediately. Such a terrible way to handle the situation on his behalf. I will not support this shop.

Highly recommend! Hands down best customer service I've ever received! The man that assisted me was amazing! He quickly assessed my problem and went about fixing it. He was informative and answered all my questions. This is where everyone should be going! A big thank you to ATA Tire Center for getting me on the road safely!

These guys are honest, fair, reliable, and prompt. They won't shake you down for unnecessary repairs, and will tell you as much detail as you would like about you vehicle.For instance, one time when I picked up my car they let me know that I was about 10k away from a significant maintenance expense - that it wasn't necessary on this day and I was not in any danger of imminent mechanical failure, but that I needed to begin budgeting for that preventative maintenance on my next visit.I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. A honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Forrest, Scott, and the whole ATA crew are absolutely worth that. Five stars frankly is not enough.

Superior service from such a friendly staff. If you are looking for a family oriented and trustworthy mechanic, look no further than ATA. The prices are fair, the service is five-star and they truly care that you are safe out there on the road. No hesitation at all recommending ATA!!

Friendly, kind, honest, wont sell you work or anything you do not need. My neighbor has been a customer for over 20 years and they came highly recommended to me. I have no desire to use anyone else. 5 star service consistently!

I had been going to Ladysmith for years, and when my mechanic had to retire I didn t know what to do. ATA has stepped up in ways only family does, they worked with me financially for repairing my constantly dying FORD, and are so quick in their timing. They do go over diagnostics so I know (and understand) what is going on with my car, but they don t do it in a way of forcing up sales with work that doesn t need to be done. They get plenty of clients already, they don t have time to do needless work. I respect that.

Every time I go here they fix exactly what NEEDS to be done and let me know if there's anything else that looks like it'll be needed down he road, so I'm prepared (or I can have it done there immediately).They also work on my Mercedes, and they don't gouge the prices of everything. It's the best shop I've ever been to, and it's the only shop I trust 100% of the time. I always recommend them to my customers and my friends.Forest and Trina will take care of you.

Fast and Professional Service at a very reasonable price. This place was recommended to me by Sullivan's Auto Body in Fredericksburg and I will be sure to be going back there for repeat business. They also have a very comfortable waiting room.

I've been using ATA Tires for over 20 years (one of their mechanics had worked on my cars for 10 years prior to his joining ATA), and they always provided excellent service. Extremely trustworthy, won't try to sell you service that you don't need.

Having a garage I can trust is golden. I've taken a dozen cars or so to ATA Tire pretty regularly over the past decade for everything from oil changes and inspections to burnt-out coils and pumps. Not once have I left the garage feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. I can't say that of some other garages I'd gone to before finding ATA. They are good folks doing solid work.

Moved to Fredericksburg 7 years ago and wanted an honest, reliable place to go. Several coworkers recommended ATA. We always go with what is recommended, because we trust it needs to be done. Prices are always fair

I have always gone to ATA because of their honest/no bs/ friendly service. I can trust that they aren't going to try to get me to pay for unnecessary services. Only twice I've had to go somewhere else and I regretted it both times. Thank you ATA!!

Friendly front desk, and on three occasions their estimated prices turned out to be too high and I walked out paying less than what I was prepared to do. They don't force unnecessary repairs on you or make you feel stupid for not knowing everything about your car.

I have been to a lot of local chain mechanics and was recently referred to ATA. These guys don't mess around; the are straightforward and get things done right the first time. I would suggest going to them over any other spot in Fredericksburg.

Went to get a second opinion and quote for needed car work. I dropped off my car after 9am and received a call back after 1p. Turns out I didn't need to get the recommended work. These auto professionals are straight up and will be going back for my auto repair needs.
