Had a rock hit my windshield on the way home from work today. Called ASAP and was able to drop in and have my windshield repaired immediately to prevent the crack from spreading. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

I recently noticed a small chip in my windshield - and was afraid it would spread and ruin my windshield. I got confused trying to figure out chip repair on one of the bigger chain websites. So I went by ASAP Auto Glass, which gave me a very simple low price to fix my chip (I don t have insurance). You CAN T go wrong at ASAP, stop and see Dwight and his team - see them and you ll be pleased!

Excellent experience with ASAP Auto Glass! Edward came out to my home earlier than expected, loved that! He replaced my windshield with no problem all by himself! Held a genuine conversation with me the entire time, answering all of my curious questions and not missing a beat with getting the installation done. Gave me valuable information regarding my wipers, informing me how beneficial it would be to replace my wipers as well. Once the windshield was in and we said goodbye, Edward came back and measured my wipers to go back to the shop and pick up the right wipers and actually came back and installed those as well! ASAP Auto Glass is very efficient and professional, and definitely live up to their name! I 100% recommend their service to anyone in the Fredericksburg and Stafford area! They will get you on their schedule promptly and their prices are much lower than other places in the area! Highly, highly recommend! I am very angry. I work overnight shift and asked them to possibly come in the morning if possible seeing how it was scheduled 3 weeks in advance but no they came in the middle of the day and did not tell me I had to go outside and give permission or pay or approve anything I was under the impression they would do it and leave I had already made the payment when the appointment was made so I missed a call from them and they couldn't have knocked on the door? It wasn't until my neighbor came over and knocked on the door to tell me that they were in my driveway. I noticed the missed call was only 10 minutes ago so I have no idea why they had such an atttitude with me! Not to mention, they had called me around 11 am which was already later than I had expected them to come just to inform me that they would have to come after the 1230 appointment which was only another extra hour and a half for me to be up but then they didn't show until 2 pm I really wish there was an option to where I could post pictures of the damage done to my car. I am very dissapointed, $255 later and I'm missing parts of my windshield in between the glass and the inside of my car, the bottom part near the hood has a gaping hole in it and now when I get on the high way it whistles wind through the car can't wait until it rains and I get to take a shower in my car. Also they had a portion of my windshield duck taped so hopefully that doesn't mean it's not properly secure, I wouldn't doubt it. They tried telling me the damage was there before they started working when I was clearly asleep and inside my house after they had started working on my car it wasn't until I went outside to make a payment since the first one didn't go through their system that's when they chose to tell me about the damage that apparently was there before , well I'm 100% positive the damage was not there and I'm pissed that I will not be receiving any sort of compensation or repair so unless if you want to be screwed out of your money, have a half-ass job done and damage done to your car choose any other possible company to have your windshield replaced through. It's great that they offer military discount too bad I did not receive that benefit. I'm very dissatisfied and only hope no one else has to run into such trouble that I have!!!
