I had been searching for a quality driven, cost efficient glass replacement establishment for 3 months. Thanks to my wife's assistance, we found what I was looking for at All Veterans Glass LLC. From the moment that I called to get a quote until the completion of the replacement, I was reassured that I was dealing with professionals that cared about "keeping" me as a repeat customer.I waited a few days to write this review because I wanted to drive on the interstate and see if I heard any air leaks...I DID NOT!!! All Veterans Glass LLC took great care of me as I am confident that they would do the same for you.

So a very wicked tree fell and smashed my windshield. I called around for quotes, and All Veterans Glass had the best quote, the best veteran discount and the best customer service they were quick, super flexible and met our ever need! Please please consider them for a quote!

From the initial telephone conversation through the entire arrival and process, I cannot say enough good things about Tom. Cordial, concerned if I was comfortable and needed anything, and very kind. The work was done exceptionally well as expected.My truck was taken care of properly and my mirror and dimming worked fine. A 5 star experience and I would highly recommend.

Outstanding value. Took my dodge 3500 that had a nasty cracked windshield in for replacement. The owner personally greeted me and was kind enough to show me the work as well as explain what went into it. Five star experience and no issues. Highly recommended and a extremely fair price when compared to some of the bigger glass replacement companies.Service: Auto windshield replacement

All Veterans Glass was very easy to work with and prompt in their availability. Alan came to our home to replace our windshield and did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and explained the work he did on the windshield and made sure we inspected it and were pleased with his work. It is clear that he is passionate about his company and providing quality service to his customers. He went the extra mile to clean out some of the tree gunk that had gotten jammed around the windshield and let us know how to fix it should it get clogged in the future. 100% would recommend them and will return if we have glass needs in the future! (Bonus- we have Erie insurance and is was super simple to go through insurance with them!)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Tom is extremely kind and professional. He and another tech, Alan were able to fix my windshield at my office. They called and scheduled my appointment at my convenience. I was busy the day they came but they called a couple of hours in advance. I left my door unlocked and they fixed my windshield, locked up my vehicle and sent me a text message to let me know it was good. They were patient with my insurance who was paying the claim. If you want someone who is trustworthy, reliable, kind, and convenient then you should choose all veteran s glass!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I ve been using this company for 12 years and have sent my parents, children, and friends to them since. Tom is so pleasant and professional. They are quick and do great work! A business worthy of another great review. A business that checks all the boxes at a time when it's hard to do so. I had 2 different jobs for them within a 2 week period. Great pricing, customer service, communication and of course great work.The owner is full of good energy AND even helped me save a little money ($25) by telling me I could order a part for my window myself at Advanced Auto Parts and then just bring it in for him to do the work when he easily could have ordered it himself and marked it up 25%.Services: Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I've never had such amazing service done on my car as I had with Tom today! He is so friendly to speak to over the phone and especially in person, really can't say that enough! He scheduled an appointment that worked for me and when I couldn't find his shop, he picked right up and gave me directions. He took my car right back and made sure I was happy while I waited, though I didn't wait long at all! Highly recommend, thank you Tom!

Excellent service, owner gave me all the information I needed showed me everything that was wrong with my windshield and why he recommended a new glass.He did great work, very clean, and quick. Great customer service I recommend his shop to others.

I have had All Veterans Glass replace windshields in two cars for me recently and Tom did a great job both times. His price was lower than the other places by a good margin. I was referred to him by everyone at work and I see why. He arrives on time, completes the job on time for the low price quoted and does a great job. He doesn't cut any corners. I won't bother calling anyone else for glass now. Look no further!

Very awesome company, quality work with a quick turn around and friendly staff. My glass tabletop was broken in a move and Tom was able to get me a replacement within the same day I ordered it. He even helped me dispose of the old, broken top. The new piece looks wonderful and fits in the table frame perfectly!

Mr. Ward was very easy to deal with, quick, fairly priced, and professional. I highly recommend him. He makes sure the job is done right and offers a warranty with your windshield. He is a MARINE!!!! Takes care of those of us who are Veterans and Currently serving!!!!

My SUV was broken into and my purse stolen. Both of my passenger side windows were damaged. I called five other window providers for assistance and was told if I did not have id or money at the time of service my SUV would not be seen. I called Mr. Ward at All Veteran s Glass (expecting to be turned away) he said, I will work with you . There are still good people in this world and Tom Ward is one of them. I high recommend All Veteran's Glass to all! Great customer service and quality workmanship.

Tom is great and does outstanding work. I would recommend him to everyone for your glass needs. Out of 4 glass places I called he was the only one who called me back with a bid. Take your business to him and you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend All Veterans Glass LLC for anyone who needs to get a windshield replacement on their vehicle. I had my Toyota Highlander windshield replaced and all I can say is WOW!!! Tom was awesome! Installed my windshield very quickly and made sure I didn't need anything while I waited! Very friendly with a competitive price! I'll be back when I need another windshield or glass!

This shop is the best. Give your glass needs to a small local shop and you will not be disappointed. Prices are great and your insurance pays most of the time anyway!

Top notch! The nicest part is they were local. I called the number and the person was local! I had a piece of glass that was only trim. All the big companies said "oh, we only do windshields and windows. I don't have a botton for trim."

Mr. Tom provided professional service. From scheduling my appointment over the phone to demonstrating the care of my window, he was courteous and honest. Being a marine wife, I felt he was dedicated to his current service as he was when he served in the military...taking care of others.

I can't speak to how good they were. I called three times while they were open and did not get a response and left a message with my name and number but never got a call. I am a disabled veteran and loved the idea of supporting another veteran owned business but couldn't wait any longer to get my windshield fixed.

I attempted to contact this company three times on their web site but to no avail. They never bothered contacting me regarding having my windshield replaced. No matter, I received a good quality windshield at a competitor for much less...
