We had a weight go into the heat shield on our truck brake assembly and pulled into their parking lot to fix on the spot. The staff went above and beyond in helping us.

This store is ok they just don't keep the stock up like some of the other stores, this store has never offered to help me replace my wipers or remove my car battery when I purchased from them like the other stores not a big deal but I do like how the other stores offer their help.

I travel 100 miles roundtrip everyday for work. When my dashboard went dark, I knew my battery was in trouble. Stopped in at AAP and Rick was outside opening the store at 0725 hrs. (Earlier than 0730). Rick greeted me, tested my battery, fought like hell to get the connectors off and sent me on my way. I tried to give him the a tip for his time, but he would not accept it. Fully recommend this shop and their people. Thank you Rick, AAP is lucky to have you.-ER

Thanks to Rick who installed a new battery for me. I was fortunate to get my car there while I could. He tested it and it was dead so installed a new one. He was most helpful and courteous and I got back on the road.

Sam is the one you need to talk to. He is very knowledgeable. He's NOT going to sell you stuff you don't need. Hands down, the best auto parts store associate I've ever been helped by. Many thanks.

The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly. Went in to get a battery for my daughter's car. The gentleman came out and tested it and we decided she just needs to drive the car more frequently. Will return when we need to replace the battery.

Unfortunately, it took the young associate a good 10-15 minutes to change 2 wiper blades because he didn't know how to get them off. He had to get help with the first one. I felt bad for him though because it was raining and cold. I would think if you offer services like this that you would make sure your employees know how to do it.

Rick is one of the best sales person I have ever met. Rick helped me with tools and kindness when I was stranded on a road trip. He even saw my tire was low and offered to air it up.

This woman at the counter was so rude when I asked about a diagnostic check I even said, you don't have to be nasty about it. So her way of apologizing was to tell me she's bipolar so that's the why she comes off that way....my response was that's a terrible way to talk to a customer so she tells me to get out of her store.

Been in there several times. Okay service. Today was terrible. Guy behind the counter was more interested in talking to his friends about his "little shop" he has on the side than ringing me up. I left me merchandise and went elsewhere.

I called ahead and the gentleman was able to locate the part for me. He had it waiting for me at the counter when I got there. Both of the workers were very nice and friendly.

Took a fuel pump back that I was told was life time warranty said they would have it in around 12 went back was told it wasn't under warranty so much for there life time warranties and it would have been 80.00 higher than O'Reilly's I'm done with Advance
