In the middle of a road trip and needed my alternator changed not only did they give me the correct one, But they also sent me to an amazing mechanic and I was back on the road to Delaware in an hour!!!! Thank you Casey!and affordable automotive services for getting me back on the road.

No matter when I go to this place they are always slow. Today there were 3 employees and only 1 guy checking everyone out. I felt sorry for him because the other customer were upset and saw 3 customer walk out. I almost walked out tooWe spend a lot of money there but service has to be improved...

Always good friendly employee's that are very helpful and full of knowledge. Usually not a very long wait at all to check out or get assistance. This is my preferred Auto parts store in Franklin.

I give this place a low rating the person that waited on me sold me the wrong parts after I went there twice so I won't go back to that location anymore I'm very glad they opened an O'Reillys in Windsor and the other in suffolk not going back to the franklin location

Sometimes you leave with what you need, other times you gotta make sure the people behind the counter are giving you the right part.I've had issues before where the employee was trying to tell me the part I was looking for was never made...while I held the old part in my hand
