Awesome people to deal with. They do good work at a good price. The thing that impressed me the most is that they called me a few weeks after doing the work just to check if everything was still going well with my vehicle. Never had any professional mechanic to do that before. Great experience.

I LOVE Jack Jr. Towing& Auto Repair!!!!! I have multiple vehicles of all ages and makes. I have had nothing but excellent, honest, and thorough service from them. The employees and owners have gone above and beyond to make sure I am driving vehicles that are safe. Thank you all!!!!

Receptionist tried to argue with me claiming my truck won't pass inspection because brake lights are on (brakes work) but it passed inspection the last 2 years? She's definitely lying I don't believe or trust that receptionist, she also refused to transfer me to a mechanic to discuss it. HOW can you speak for the mechanics behalf when your a receptionist? You are NOT not the mechanic inpecting my vehicle

I was originally told that the work which was scheduled would more than likely take all day and cost around $1,800.00 ...as it involved the possibility of replacing both exhaust manifolds and a metal EGR line in order to fix an exhaust leak before it would pass inspection (i had decided to go ahead and replace both manifolds since i believed that one would be neccessary, given the truck has 225,000 on the odometer)However, i was informed a couple of hours later that the mechanic managed to get the metal line loose, and did not need replacement manifolds, the leak was fixed and the truck now has an inspection sticker. I am driving it daily, and have turned in the rental vehicle that was costing me 300.00/week after being involved in an accident 2 years ago...long story.The manifolds will probably be replaced when the engine gets replaced later.I say all of that to say this, i am very grateful for the honesty of the employees at Jack Juniors towing in Franklin Virginia, they could have done what sooo many do out there in the world, and take my money when it wasn't really necessary, but they chose to be honest and have a sense of integrity...something that is becoming more and more rare in todays world.I will be returning to them in the future for more work to be done. Considering that i work 70-90 hours a week, to find an honest shop and mechanic is a blessing indeed for which i am very grateful.

$281 for a 02 sensor..just for the car to be right back down..again.. it hasn t even been two months since I got my car fixed here same exact issue. Flashing check engine light and tcs light on . I am now in jeopardy of losing my job.. because mechanics keep preying on single mothers and their cars..I paid you and I still can t get my car fixed. I am in tears it s either my rent or get my car fixed after spending over $700 for diagnostic fees plus 281 to fix the issue from licensed mechanics.. I m am so SAD.. my car is back down and it s 11/21 my car is back down .Update:: It s 2024 & the same sensor is now back on and needed. Do not go to these people

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for years now, they alway make time to fit us in their schedule fast! They are trustworthy and professional when it comes to even the smallest of repairs. Can t say enough good things about this company! Quoted $200. On the phone call, when I arrived they hacked up to the cost to $275. I am glad I had extra cash or I would be billed for an extra day. Not good business ethics. I will never recommend them.

I really like these guys. They're very professional, fast and proficient. I also spent a lot less money with them than I generally expected too. We had a problem with our truck just before a 40 day vacation with our camper. As in the past they came to our rescue and got our truck fixed so that we only lost one day of our planned vacation. Can't thank them enough.

Always quick and friendly! I've never had a problem with the service here. Kayla is incredibly helpful and tries her hardest to find whatever parts I need or if not orders them for me. I am forever grateful for Jack Jr.'s. They are the best auto shop in the area!

I have found that Jack Jr.'s Towing & Auto Repair is honest and fair in their quotes, reliable to get you in and out when they say, thorough and professional in their repairs, friendly and courteous in their customer service, and actually follow up their work to make sure the customer is satisfied. Jackie and Kayla are always very friendly and have two mechanics that are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. They call after they diagnosed the issue to see if you want the work done or not. Jackie Newsome and her crew saved me a lot of money after I took my Hyundai to the dealership in Chesapeake for an inspection and an estimate. She also fit me in before my out of state road trip so that I didn't have to rent a car. Stay local for your vehicle's needs and call Jackie at Jack Jr.'s! I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with this shop. We took our van here because it was leaking what we thought was transmission fluid. It was also overheating. The shop charged us $380 to fix the issue. My husband picked the van up and it broke down 20 minutes later. It was still overheating and leaking. We took the van back to the shop & were charged another $350 to fix the issue.. like what?! They had fixed something completely unrelated to the problem that we were having!!!! The owner gave us a 15% off discount but upon inspection of the receipt I noticed that the discount was only on parts.. sneaky sneaky sneaky considering that they get a discount on parts through Napa & up charge parts by 15%. In the end we spent almost $700 on a repair that should ve been half the price. Not pleased. Never going back.And YES we were serviced here. I see that they like to comment back on bad reviews with the same excuse we can t find you in our records .
