I've been going to this tire place since it was Drake Tire and then Bobby's Tire and Auto. Just like other customers, I wasn't happy that it was sold to an out-of-state business. I did get a good competitive deal on tires and alignment for my 2003 Ford Ranger. It gives me much better control and comfort. Having Jennifer at their front desk was a smart hiring decision for them.

Today was a day. My tire blow out then the donut blow. I was on side of the road when two Angels brought me to this place my. The young lady at the front desk helped me so much and calm me down. This place has an Angel when you walk in the door. Thank you and may your life be full with blessings.

Reference YELP when you check their reviews. Not google! Giving a decent rating due to the manager going out of her way to help us get around town when our vehicle broke down. I am still a bit put off due to the fact that the vehicle was taken in for very specific reasons that somehow led to us receiving the vehicle back with a bottom engine knock and it not actually being repaired. We ended up with new parts that didn't actually fix the problem overall. The vehicle cut off again while trying to drive home. They didn't test the vehicle under load and didn't drive it around to ensure it was good. I was able to troubleshoot more possible issues than the younger mechanic while doing an initial check when the vehicle was first brought there. I named simple possibilities that he didn't even think of simply by knowing how cars work. That led me to believe there may have been a lack of knowledge toward diagnostics. I'm sure they have helped many people accurately in the past but my experience with this whole thing threw me off. They even tried to charge us outside of the quoted range originally until we pressed the guy about it, then he said oh it was a mistake or something like that and then fixed it. By the comments, this has happened to others more than once. Happy with the manager though. She definitely helped get us around town. They are friendly people. I just think something may be a bit off.Update: after doing further research through yelp, I can see that these issues have been reoccurring since the company was bought out by new management. I'm not the first person to experience these issues with them. Someone else left with a bottom knock on their vehicle after a simple oil change. Someone else also was given incorrect quotes and then highly upcharged at the end unless you catch them on it. I'm not sure what's going on but our overall experience was not something that makes us want to return for any future repairs! Please make sure to reference yelp when you check the reviews.

This location doesn't have state inspection. I don't understand why they can't rotate their employees from Armory drive to downtown for inspections. Also, I like the customer service & update on the vehicle as well example the issue by showing you. They give you little sample logos gifts of their business. They also provide a catalog of rims. Review is to improve products & service as well as value goods & service. I must add neither location except extended warranty but have a company credit card service & unsure of points program. Also you have to buy four tires in order to receive a free alignment.

The customer service on 4th St is 1000x better than on Armory!!Jessica is the most down to earth & kindest lady ever and the mechanics Care and know what they're doing!I'll always go to 4th St!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. At 1st prior to labor day weekend I called and made an appointment to get my rotars and brakes changed front and back. Told me my appt date. My date came, and I came in and the lady didn't write down anything for my appt ( meaning I had no appt) no worries! They took me in right away! The senior mechanic (older man) was very respectful and started working right away. Lady remembered me calling and was very friendly and polite. At this time she pulled another mechanic over to assist the senior ( to get the job done faster young guy) and the job was moving fast. During the work (I like to watch) I noticed the young worker was standing all over my tires and rims while he was working. Now, to me this is not very respectable professionalism! As the lady informed me to go ahead and pay the amount she stated what was owed did not come close or match What was told during the initial appt call! However it was doubled! What was originally told was roughly $145 turned out to be nearly almost $500! As I talked to her she had stated "thats the price because I brought another mechanic to speed up the process" so $500 for a 1 hr and 32 min job? Not at all! I said this makes no sense! The lady reduced the price but half and I thanked her so much! Job was done good and fast but here is my story! Customers should not allow this behavior anywhere and need to pay attention to the work being done! I really appreciate what they did but it did leave a sour taste about everything that happened!

I brought my car to these guys after I had been in a wreck for an alignment check. I had already been advised by Bruce who took my initial call, that I could go ahead and have it checked today-even though they were booked-however, I would have to have the alignment done tomorrow. I agreed. I came here stressed and emotional and feeling unsafe in my vehicle now due to an accident caused by another driver back in October. Once I arrived, Bruce worked with me and their mechanic Travis to get a clear understanding of what needed to be fixed and how much this would cost me. I was happy to have a plan now but, I still wanted to get my alignment done desperately. Without hesitation, they both agreed to make my safety their number one priority and did my alignment right then and there! From the moment I first called and spoke to Bruce, met their mechanic Travis, and was introduced to the GM Blake while wrapping things up and paying for my services, I was treated with the upmost respect. Everyone here was kind, understanding, efficient, and demonstrated exceptional customer service! I will never go anywhere else now and I highly recommend this company to anyone! I just had an all around wonderful experience with the entire staff during a very stressful time in my life-guys I am so grateful for you all you did an amazing job!

The service here is amazing! I dropped my tire off not knowing if it was even repairable. I dropped it off not long before close and the employees were kind and welcoming and assured me they would do what they could to fix the tire. They called me just a few minutes before close to update me and had my tire ready first thing in the morning. They were helpful, communicative and got everything done fast. I definitely recommend this place and I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

They helped me when they didn't have to. I had the lug nuts on my tahoe come loose while driving. I had it towed to them and they stayed late to tighten them and make sure I was good. It was a saturday and they definitely didnt have to. If I lived there I'd take my cars to them every time.

We were out of town with a 3 hr drive ahead of us. They immediately checked tires, resolved our issue, were professional and cordial, and got us back on the road in no time. Excellent!!!

This is my go to place for anything tires. Service was outstanding! They got everything i needed done in under an hour. So i was able to get back to work on time.

Took my blowout there and they got me back on the road. More importantly, they told me the company that sold me my tires, sold me tires that were over five years old, and they are over seven now, which probably contributed to the blowout. I didn't know how to see the age of a tire until they educated me. That info allowed me to go back to the other store and get new replacements. Good people.

My husband dropped his car off yesterday to find out what was going and it was ready today for pick up and it was a big job!! Competitive prices and very friendly services. The Evans will definitely be back for future services!

It's a tire shop. I only give 5 stars if they serve adult beverages. I took my 2012 impala there to swap 2 wheels and install new TPMS sensors. They were quick and did a good job.

I greatly appreciate the professional care team at Bobby s tires located in downtown Franklin on E. 4th St.I was referred to Bobby s tires when I heard the rumble in my tire as I hit it to DC for a 200 mile trip.They were able to service me immediately! The expert team Siri efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and caring!actually saved my life! The tread on my tires was Badly and would have probably blown out on my trip to DC.I bought two brand new tires at a very reasonable price. They honored my military status with a discount and had me out within an hour!I could not have asked for a better experience!Many thanks to the professional care team at Bobby s tires!

Wonderful customer service. I was quoted a price for a 15" tire but i have a 16" tire, the manager sold me the larger tire for the price of the smaller one, it wasn't even an option for him to charge me more. Talk about integrity! Thank you Bobby's! 0:)

Got stranded on the road then towed to casey cheverle. they said my brand new radiator was installed incorrectly and the windshield wipers were installed incorrectly. All was work done by this auto shop.

Great service and extremely professional! I didn t have to wait for days to be serviced. I brought my vehicle in without a scheduled appointment and within hours I was OMW. I definitely would recommend to anyone in need!
