The staff is friendly and online scheduling was easy and fast. It was most helpful to have my vehicle returned to me once service was complete. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

It took time for the service dept to troubleshoot the issues with my Bronco but I'm thankful that the service manager Wesley stayed on top of all of my concerns. The dealership set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I would not be inconvenienced. That gesture was more than appreciated.I do feel that Ford Motor Company has become less concerned about the quality of their products and more interested in the quantity of sales. I've been a customer of FMC since 1976 but it's very disheartening when you purchase a new vehicle and within 6 months you start having issues with it. Ford needs to do better.

Had to call to request a replacement vehicle while mine was to be in shop.Windshield leak took longer to fix and dry out floor board under floor mat.The truck stayed into the weekend for repairs. Once windshield leak was repaired then the warranty recall work done by the following Tuesday. All is ok at moment until a heavy rain proves otherwise.

This month has made it a year since I have had my vehicle from Blake Ford and I am still happy about the services that I received from them. I went in for a routine oil change and was pleased with the services on today. Mr. Wesley made the process of scheduling, servicing and assuring that I was up to date with anything found on my vehicle and confident that it was a job well done once complete. Mr. Wesley was great at communicating the status throughout the entire process and made sure that my vehicle was returned safe and sound back to me. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for an oil change and any other service needed because they do a phenomenal job at keeping me on the road.Service: Oil change

I was very pleased with the service I received at Blake Ford. They came to my job and picked my car up for routine oil change, etc, kept me updated on what was going on and returned my car when it was finished!

5 months or less after I bought my Silverado the transmission went out and they had never changed the transmission fluid in it when selling it. The transmission fluid was completely burnt , the dealership nor the warranty helped me over the course of going on two months. I cannot leave less than 1 star

Once again 30 minutes late starting on my vehicle. Service appointment was for 9:30, vehicle not taking into service area until 10.Once vehicle was taken service was finished in an hour which is satisfactory and reasonable.

On June 16, 2023, Blake Ford performed a "Trip Check" on my 2004 Ford Econoline. I was impressed with all the checking that was done on my vehicle, but I was surprised when, within 300 miles after this service, my van ran hot, and I had to replace the radiator.I can't say that this is a problem that should have been revealed in the "Trip Check", so I will continue to use Blake Ford because of my years of satisfaction with this business.Services: Transmission, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Needed an oil change, and routine fluid check. Was able to get an appointment and on that day in and out in a timely manner. During the visit it was determined that I was in need of rear brakes which were installed the next day.

This was by far one of the worst services I have ever received. The oil change was supposed to be free but I got stuck paying $180. They did stuff to my car that I didn t give them permission to do, claiming they had called me and I never received a phone call from them. They called my mom making it seem like it had to be done right away, my mom is in her seventies, so she believed them. I looked at my receipt and I was charged $36 for a windshield wiper, right not both. When I could have went to auto zone up the street for half the price. That s not the only thing they done.But anyway I paid for it, I didn t act ugly I had questions, I just won t go back, unless I have no other choice.Service: Oil change

I took my truck in for a priority oil change which should include all priority options based on my Premier maintenance plan and an inspection. They wrote down my vin number wrong from the point I dropped off the vehicle and then argued with me and told me I didn t have the plan and it was my responsibility to call the dealership I bought the truck from and get it straight. I was treated poorly by every person I spoke with. I did the leg work at my expense and sent it over. They then realized they wrote down the vin wrong. They laughed it off and never apologized and said Oh well. Mistakes happen! When I got there to pick up my truck after being told everything was done I realized they lied again and the inspection was not done. I had to wait another 45 mins for them to perform the inspection and again was treated rudely including by Shawn the service advisor and Wesley the service manager.I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLAKE FORD AND ILL DRIVE AN HOUR FROM NOW ON TO GO TO A REAL FORD DEALER THAT TREATS ME WITH RESPECT AND COURTESY!!! I received a oil change and tire rotation.Also received work on leak which had to replace a belt and Coolant flush which technician said i needed. Next day engine coolant light comes on and i added it. Today car ran out. Engine coolant light comes on again and car shuts down. Not sure what they did, but car was better before I spent $870.Service: Oil change

I bought a vehicle here from TY and Eric and it was the most smooth transaction I ve ever did they helped and explained everything the whole entire time I was never confused or out of the loop it was so quick and easy professional and explained all the fine print to the very end! I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good quality used car !!!
