The support staff was amazing in getting my car scheduled to be fixed and fixing it in a timely fashion. I had a driver's side shake/shimmy in my 2014 Mustang and they helped replace all the tires and a few supporting structures. The car drove like a charm after that! I could not be more happy with the help I received from everyone there and the price was fair too! I 10/10 Recommend this place to service your vehicle!

Received an Oil Change and had an awesome experience! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Waiting room had a large space, TV and coffee and bathroom were super clean. They honored coupons on website and I was out in a hour. Thanks, I will definitely be back

I was blown away by the fast, professional and courteous service I received yesterday from Precision Tune Auto Care. I had several business meetings scheduled during the day and a tire going down so by chance I drove into Precision and talked to Flip one of the service managers who was very helpful. The team got me in and out in no time and provided me updates while I waited. Best auto repair service I've received in a very long time. Nice job and again thanks for the your superior customer service!!!

Convenient location but call around for price comparison. Had an oil change done here and it was nice that they completed it and reset my oil life monitor (most places seem to forget). Kinda interesting that they charge extra for the oil filter but still competitive prices.

Major communication failure. Spent $1500 to replace spark plugs and coils, it didn't resolve problem. They had the car for whole day to diagnose the car but said nothing is wrong with the car. When I brought back in after new spark plugs, he kept saying they need another diagnosis for $150. First diagnose, they didn't charge me because they thought I brought it on die to check engine light on. So they felt bad for misunderstanding and didn't charge me for it. Now this different guy kept saying they never did that because it doesn't show I paid for it. Wow, it's as if I'm talking to a wall and he had zero interest of what I was trying to tell him. Forget it already. Never again. I'll take the car back when the guy who helped me is on duty to save miscommunication. I have a feeling the issue will not be resolved and I am going to end up taking the car elsewhere and spend more $$$$ for the initial issue I took the car in for. I do not recommend this shop from my experience.

DONOT!!!! Crookes if I ever saw one. After 2 hours of waiting every service came with issues. We came in with a fully service, brank new brakes, and after a state inspection was told our breaks wasn't working. We lefted got a clear inspection at Advance Auto the same day. Never again!!!

This is my second time going to this location. Second times' a charm. The first time I was overcharged, and the cashier did not correct it. This time, everyone was polite, my total charge was accurate, and they put the reminder mileage sticker on the windshield... totally different experience.

Flip and Matt were great. Had a dead battery at the end of the day in 25 degree weather and they got me squared away at 5:00pm with a new battery of the correct type. Prior battery that another shop had put in was incorrect. Thanks for going above and beyond.

If I could give this place negative stars , I would. If you want heartbreak and heart burn, come to this location.I dropped my vehicle off on May 13. I explained to Luis that I will be out of the country and available via email. He said no problem .When I returned on May 23, nothing have been done due to battery issues . I called back several times in June to see if a diagnostic had been done. I found at on June 21 via John -alleged VP-that Luis was out from surgery for weeks. John said that there were no open ticket or notes on my vehicle because they were under the impression that I was still out of the country per Luis. June 22,Car was diagnosed and the result was I needed a fuel pump. I agreed to have it installed. Also John mentioned if that doesn t fix the problem , The tech would have to take off intake manifold and scrub the inside due to build up which is not allowing the fuel to flow. I agreed to all the labor. On July 6, John called me to say that I have a lot of stuff going on and I need to pay for the diagnostics and pick up the car by close of business on Friday July 8th. I could not because my job sent me on an assignment. I am a healthcare worker and a veteran. I reached out to corporate on July 7th via email. Spoke with the mgr- Andrew on July 11. He was very standoffish and rude totally ignored and dismissed my concerns . Told me I had to talk to john because he was not aware of our conversations. On July 17, had a very heartbreaking and disappointing conversation with Daniel from corporate. He called me from a block number and basically did not listen to any of my concerns. I was informed the car needed an engine which was my First time hearing that diagnosis.Results car was towed. I was charged 207.00 for a diagnostic. I am attaching the condition of my vehicle. The tech did not put the car back together . I feel super upset and discriminated against . My concerns were ignored. My car is a the last gift from my deceased mother. Precision callously disregarded my concerns and feelings. Brushed me off. Considering the condition my car is in , I should at least receive a discount from the diagnostic fee. I will be posting this review on every social media. I m also going to the Better Business Bureau ,consumer affairs and the base commander this business should not be allowed on a military institution-Fort Belvoir

I had a great experience. My guy Flip helped when out and even though they were booked and busy. They were able to plug my time and get be out before they re closing at 1800 and I didn t have a appointment.

We needed immediate service to fix a tire valve that broke off and gave us a flat. Although we had to wait for a different company's tow truck, they fit us right in and fixed the problem! Very nice and accommodating! They made a bad day into a pleasant experience! Very good service. Highly recommend!

I spent $1800 for repairing left & right CV axles, and brake pads per the advertisement, I supposed to get 15% off, but I didn't, I only got $100 for loyal customer discount. I'm talking to the manager now to see if I can get that discount.

I brought my truck ('22 Sierra 2500) into the shop today (8/5) to swap rims, balance, TPMS, mount, as well as for an oil change and alignment. I can't speak highly enough of Donald and Aiden, who handled the entire process. They are beyond awesome and incredible in their craft. From start to finish, the service was extremely professional, and the prices were very fair. I'll be returning here for all my future automotive needs, and I highly recommend them to others looking for top-notch service!

Service is horrible and this place is one of those places that will try to rip you off. I had a sticking brake caliper - I just needed them to replace the one that was sticking They told me it was going to be $1109. For information, it's about a 15-30 minute job to replace a caliper, remove the wheel, remove the 2 caliper bolts, reassemble with the new pads. The brake pads have to come out for the caliper installation. This place wanted to charge an extra $209.25 for installing the brake pads. When I called them out on it the clerk said it was their "system" - he also demanded I have to get a $119 brake flush because it was their policy. I reported it to the Fort Belvoir Garrison, we'll see if they do anything about it. Talk about trying to take advantage of Soldiers and families.

I drive Toyota Camry, 2017. I needed just regular car maintenance.I was charged $500 for oil change, air filters, and 4 spark plugs replaced??? Wow!I regret that I didn t use the Toyota dealership services as I have been doing since I own the car.Not coming back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Overall, a better experience than the one on Ft Myers.This was our first time using this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my wife's car in for an oil change. This type of service is walk in only at this location. They will perform while you wait if you get there before 8, but otherwise it is a drop off service. I got there a little after the change over and had to drop off.Pros:The price is definitely better than out on town. I paid 80 out the door. Jiffy lube have me an estimate of 115 for a full synthetic oil change.Location: if you are already on Fort Belvoir for something else, you can just drop off your vehicle and walk to where you need to be ( Belvoir is huge, but it is at least pedestrian friendly)The safety inspection: the complimentary inspection is nice and they do catch things that need to be done. This time, they caught a battery that was getting set to fail. Relying on trust but verify, I took the battery to AutoZone to get retested and it failed during the test. I do not recommend having them do simple stuff like battery and air filter, these are simple, single tool jobs you can do yourself and save the cost of labor.Cons:Hidden fees: the advertised price and coupon are there to get you in the door. The coupon said $49 plus so fees, I paid 60% extra in shop fees, disposal, overhead, and taxes. They put it on the estimate that you sign when they take your keys.The price: $80 may be cheaper than at jiffy lube, but it is still expensive. AutoZone was running a special for synthetic oil, filter and air filter for $40. As usual, you are paying a premium for mechanic labor and convenience. It is cheaper to do your own with of you have a suitable work area.Time: my complaint remains the same with respect to time. It still took 3 hours to do the work, but at least I had business on this base so walking away worked. However, I do not know what the line looked like ahead of me, so I can't mark them down for inefficiency this time.

Would not recommend going to his business. I dropped my car off at 8:00AM (business opening) for a Tire Pressure Management System issue and a brake inspection. The Tire Pressure Management System issue started after I had 4 tires installed at this business.Called the business at 12:45PM and they had not looked at it yet. Received a phone call that my vehicle was finished at 1:45. Picked up my vehicle at 2:00PM and the TPMS issue was still present. I asked the management if this was a dealer specific fix and was told they have the equipment in house to fix it. Bottom Line, they did not address and/or attempt to fix the issue and turned out to be a complete waste of my time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Please replace Edgar with someone who has a basic command of utilizing a computer, moves fast, and is knowledgable of your pricing for service. Edgar tried to swindle me by telling me a brake job for both axles would cost $1136 and change. LOL OK.When I spoke with John on the phone earlier in the day, I felt confident about leaving my car here, but now I m going to take it somewhere else because they lost my trust.I know for a fact that labor and parts for the replacement of pads, shoes, and rotors should come out to between $750-$900. This place is operating on a military base and I really hope they re not trying to take advantage of other service-members.Everyone on base should heed the other reviews. No wonder they have 2.6 stars out of 5.Completely disappointing.

I got the synthetic oil change package.. was suppose to come with oil change, tires aired up, windshield wiper fluid filled, and a new oil filter. I was disappointed to see my tires weren t aired up at all, I didn t even have a new sticker to show when my next change would be (so I remember) and I m not even sure if my windshield wiper fluid was filled.. pretty disappointing. They were quick however with the oil change and didn t over charge me and kept the quoted price overall.UPDATE: I did receive a call and was apologized to and offered everything to be checked over for free and a credit. The person who also did the work on my car has done it to others and was let go. Very happy with their customer service and how quick they were to correct the situation!Service: Oil change

Brought vehicle in to ONLY reset or replace passenger rear tpms sensor. Already Concluded the sensor may need to be reset or replaced. Technician brought into the bay. I presumed the vehicle being in the bay for over an hour meant something as simple as a sensor reset or replacement would be complete. Once I saw my vehicle pulled back out of the bay and parked, I waited for the service desk technician to leisurely input that I should get new tires, an alignment, and that they have the sensor. If you have the sensor and you were unsure about repair while the vehicle is in the bay, I was just a few feet away to ask. I came in to get my sensor reset or replaced but all that time wasted for a diagnostic labeled as TPMS service. Service desk technician advising we don't do unauthorized work. I stated when I came in diagnostic for reset and if it doesn't reset replace the right rear TPMS. Doesn't get any clearer than that. You got my money this time. Can't get my wasted time back though.

I have to admit that I haven't brought my vehicle in and most like I never will. If can't get a sense of when I can bring my vehicle in nor a reasonable expectation of when it can be finished how can I ever plan? All I needed is for four brand new tires to be mounted. They told me it would take 3 hours??? Please can someone explain how mounting 4 new tires take 3 hours??? Maybe you can do the work or maybe you can't. Feels like gambling to me if you can't do simple stuff in an appropriate amount of time. I think I'll just go somewhere and I will never recommend people take their vehicles in to your establishment!

Realized I had a giant nail in my tire as I was going to run errands and ended up bringing the car in immediately even though I had my toddler and baby with me & no appointment. The staff were super kind to my kids and got the tire taken care of quickly. This was a few weeks ago now and the patch has held great!

I have been serviced by them before and never had issues with service or customer service. I called this morning to schedule for a car issue and was asked to hold. When the representative came back to the phone, he immediately greeted me with Is this a quick question or do I need to call back? I tried to briefly explain and I kept getting rushed off the phone because there were others customers in the building I m assuming. I understand understaffing is a national issue right now however, that is no way to address potential/prior paying customers. God forbid my car issues were dire and needed immediate attention. Another front desk person is obviously needed. Highly disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first visit to this location. Mr. John addressed me right away, he was very hospitable and welcoming. I needed an oil change and a tune up. I waited at the facility for the services to be completed. As I sat in the lobby, I observed the other customer interactions, they seem short staffed, but they are still getting the job done. 0800 appointment - 0835 3 walk-ins had their cars in the garage while mine was still parked out front.I can t speak to the actual service of work because I scheduled at 0800 for a reason, and wasn t going to hang around until they decided to respect my time.If your special price comes with disclaimers at sign in (I.e. filter not included in oil change price) that s a red flag. Tactics like that are used to take advantage of unaware people and draw in people who have already committed to getting it done. -6/15/22We ll add an update since they responded, accused me of being late, and there is no reply function.I walked in right behind the other customers, my appointment time was at opening time. I suppose I should have just elbowed my way to the front and demanded to be seen right then?You don t respect customers time, then counter-accuse with a lie.Your overall rating as a service stands for itself.

Came here for a flat tire and inspectionThey called me saying a million things needed to be done totaling over 2k. They refuse to do inspection unless I get all of it done even tho the car was doing perfectly fine
