Awesome people! I had a wheel bearing die and they got it in, checked it out the next fixed the wheel and found another problem with a different wheel and took care of that and I got my trailer back the next day. They have a great selection of trailers, parts and accessories.

I have dealt with New London trailer sales on three different occasions on buying a trailer. They have always been top-notch straightforward company to deal with. They are very courteous helpful and respectful of the customer. I don't think I would consider buying a trailer from anyone else

I had a trailer issue while pulling my boat up from NC to Smith Mountain lake. Everyone on the lake told me to drive up to New London trailers for getting it repaired. I had allMy tools with me to repair it myself and just needed the parts.When I walked in as a misplaced northern on vacation in Va, I was greeted and treated like a member of the family. It was warm, and kind and very helpful. Stevie was able to help me immediately, she knew the part number and manufacturer as soon as I set it down. She had me completely set up with everything I needed almost immediately. The other people helping out took care of me equally as well. From the parts I needed, to the tire and rim that they replaced, to the casual conversation that ensued, every part of the experience was great. Living in NC now, I would willing to make the drive up to deal with them because they were that good. When it was all said and done, the price that I paid was far under what I expected. I can t thank them enough (Stevie) for taking a problem that created stress on my vacation and turning it into as positive and stress free experience as possible.I highly recommend for any of your trailer repairs.

I ve bought trailers from New London over the past 15 years and have always been super happy with all of the staff and equipment. Jerry worked with me recently navigating an insurance claim on my trailer and he went above and beyond what I could have expected. His whole team is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. That s hard to find this day in age where good customer service is rare. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a top notch experience , great trailers and great customer service.Jarrett

Best place I have found for all types of hauling equipment. Always have items in stock, always a pleasure to work with, and has the bonus of being a full service trailer company. They will take trades, do inspections and repairs, and help you get the right trailer for your needs. Very helpful and agreeable. Don't go anywhere else until you've been to New London Trailer.

Great people and quick service. Came in from out of state, bought a new trailer and had some accessories installed while I waited. Overall I was pleased and would go there again, although there were some minor workmanship issues and details overlooked on my trailer that I discovered after leaving the state. No deal breakers, just not quite 5-stars.

I was stranded on a road trip with a broken leaf spring on my trailer. Even though they were super busy, they helped me out and got me on my way. Great service at a fair price. I left 100% satisfied and a happy customer.

I bought a set of ladder racks for my trailer a few months ago and had them install them on my trailer. I could have done it myself and saved a few bucks, but I'm glad I had them do it. A few months after the install, I noticed while driving at night that the running lights on my trailer were not working. I took it to New London rather than trying to fix it myself because it needed an annual state inspection anyway. After two hours of labor, they discovered that one of the screws they used to install my ladder racks had worn through a wire and shorted the running lights out. They didn't have to admit that they caused the problem--but they did, and they did not charge me for the repair. And then when I hooked up my truck, the lights still didn't work. So the owner and an employee worked for at least another half hour to find and fix the blown fuse in my truck. Still no charge! I'll never go anywhere else for trailers, parts or service. I strongly recommend New London Trailer for their honesty and integrity!

So very very helpful. I'd wasted hours online looking for wiring kits and got a great recommendation for New London Trailers from A great guy at Seven Hills Marine - which I also recommend. Call New London Trailer. She knew exactly what I wanted and went and checked that it was in-stock and gave me the price. Went later in the day, for exactly what I wanted and advice on and how to use some other accompanying parts. Anything remotely related and they are my first resource.

The guys there was great I first looked around no one came out to pressure me or stand over me witch is a plus for me then when I made my decision of what size I needed the sales men had two to choose from one that was a little bit more then the other one he never tried to up sale me he showed me what he had and told me how much thats the kind of sales man I enjoy working with if your looking at this review that means your looking to do business with these guys I say do your self a favor and go on and deal with them you won't be disappointed and the prices are very competitive too

Extremely helpful with everything I need for my kayak trailer build - couldn't ask for a better group of folks, they know their stuff and have a warehouse full of parts to give you exactly what you need. In addition, they have an extensive line of trailers for all your trailering needs. I highly recommend them !

Having bought our newest trailer here, had them service it and another trailer for us as well as being aware of some family members experience here I have always been happy with these guys. They are easy to deal with, always helpful and are the first place I consider for anything trailer related.

Young Lady went above and beyond to figure out what items I needed and how I could install them and said if I had any issues call and there mechanics said they'd walk me thru it. Prices are very much cheaper than other stores.

Had a problem with a new trailer, Tom and everyone else went above and beyond to make it right. Cannot say enough about the customer service that I received. Before you buy your next trailer be sure to give them a shot.
