I got my oil changed last year and assumed I was due for it and since I am new to town, I decided to get an appointment with Meineke. I am so glad I chose them because the lady told me my oil is still full and as clean as a whistle did not even know what this country phrase means so had to google it. They also checked my tires and everything without charging me a penny. Nice honest folks. Highly recommended!

Thought I had a water pump problem on my 2017 Explorer. Took my vehicle to Meineke in Forest Virginia and Mr Brian Ford took it in examined the vehicle and determined I needed to replace the water pump. After deciding to replace the water pump the vehicle was left that day and within 2 days the job was complete to my satisfaction. I had been using my local Ford dealership for service which meant a lot of recalls from Ford. I had met Mr Ford previously and knew that he worked at the Meineke shop in Forest.I had heard nothing but good about how good their service was. I found out this was so true. I ve had nothing but positive experiences with this Meineke location. Always prompt with their completion of the work and won t try to sell you repairs you don t need. They take their time to explain what needs to be now and and what can wait until later. Highly recommend.

They did a great job relaying all the information to me through text and email while I was at work. They should me the problem I was having then asked if I wanted to get it fixed, when I accepted the work order they got right to it! Couple hours later I got an invoice by text and email. I even paid for it over the text and then they just said if I want the receipt and keys in the car because they would be closed by the time I got off work. I would highly recommend them to anyone plus I have a few cars that eventually may need to worked on too. My car is sound great. Thanks

Wonderful experience ! We used 2 other local mechanics to fix our daughter s Infinity with no Luck. We were left with nothing repaired and money wasted. We brought our vehicle to Mark @ Meineke in Forest, and he diagnosed and repaired her car so quickly ! We could t believe it, as we had been dealing with issues with her car for months. Great communication during the whole process. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Professional , friendly, and fast service :)

Fine. The people and the service are just great.My only possible issue is that when I agree to payment online there is no way for a coupon to get used. Most of the time when I get one by mail, it comes at a time when not needed. This time I could, but it didn't get applied.

Meineke has handled all of my auto repairs for years. Bryan has put together an awesome team of Highly knowledgeable mechanics. That have always performed First Class work for me. Plus they stand behind their work.

Technician was very knowledgeable and great at his job. Both Tech and Service Administrator showed good knowledge and were very fair with fixing the item that needed to be fixed for car to pass inspection. They provided great help with items that may cause trouble in the future, and with making a prioritized list of those items so I could spend my money for the right items at the right time. Four stars given because I have no basis for cost comparison with other places for the repair done (car was overdue for inspection sticker).

Stopped on our way from MA to Florida. Hubby thought front-end was out of alignment. He does a lot of his own mechanical work so is quite savvy. They told us car was in spec., and even if it wasn't it was too rusty for them to work on. $50. When we got home brought it to our mechanic. It was WAY out of spec. Our guy did an alignment no problem even though it was "too rusty" to work on. Guess meineke should teach some of their techs how to work on Northern cars. Will never go back there.

This shop is awesome. They have the technical equipment and capabilities to handle any mechanical issue you have. After diagnosis of the issues you get a itemized breakdown of what specifically needs to be done and how much each portion of the work will cost. You are then able to approve or not approve the work from your phone. In addition to that, they are fantastic at communicating in as much detail that you require, the specifics around what should be done and why. I have found their pricing scale to be fair and their diagnostics to be accurate and honest. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else even given the fact that they are 1 hour from my house.

Had a muffler put on my vehicle at the Forest location. They were able to schedule me right away and complete the work in a short amount of time. The price was very reasonable and the staff friendly.

I'm very happy with Meineke Car Care Center. They provide Affordable and Quality Care for my cars. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I trust them.If your car doesn't need something, they will tell you because they care more about you and your car than just making a profit.

I ve been happy customer from the past however this last visit was unacceptable to me. Bryson was not friendly or helpful other than to charge me 165.00 to look at my vehicle for 45 mins to then tell that I need a new fuel pump, filter and drive module for a total of 1111.00. Called Harris Tire right Nextdoor and they did it for 550.00. That s include everything I was quoted from Meineke. 431 was the labor was going to be charged. Then drive module comes the the fuel kit that is order and you all where charging another 230.00 I feel like because I m a single woman you took advantage of the fact that you were going to overcharge me and I wouldn t say anything because I needed a car. I will never come back to my Because I do not feel I was being told the truth, and I think that y all were price gouging me. For the business right next-door to quote me Half of what you all were going to charge me that is absolutely horrible. Not including the 165 you got out of me and you did nothing to my car shame on Meineke I will never recommend you all to anyone and I will share my experience with others about this.

Brian, Grayson and the whole team at meineke are top notch! They got me in quick with no appointment. Gave me step by step info on my car while also dealing with other customers. Everyone there seemed to be taken care of while waiting. I've trusted no one with my cars for the past 20 years.

Just continues to beat their customers' expectations once again. Never thought that this repair would ever come to fruition. However, with a great versatile staff nothing is too much for them to handle. Again, praise to this group of professionals that make you feel like family. very confident with their diagnosis and mechanical repairs and always search for options and provides a sound educated decision financially and mechanically. Staff is very punctual, friendly and honest about vehicle. Offered quotes on work to be done and gave very valuable information. But didn't presdure me into making an immediate decision. I trust them with my car every time and will continue to do so.

Went in for brake trouble. They took off all 4 wheels and showed me that right front caliper had seized. Estimate was $1,900+. I just couldn't do that at that time. Told a friend, and he took me to his long time mechanic. That fellow saw my car at noon on a Friday, told me to leave, replaced the caliper and fixed the brakes all for $500. It was done in 3 hours. Meineke was going to charge over $500 just for labor. I dodged a bullet.
